1Fabrication technique of micro/nano-scale speckle patterns with focused ion beam显示文摘The fabrication technique of micro/nano-scale speckle patterns with focused ion beam (FIB) system is studied for digital image correlation (DIC) measurement under a scanning electron microscope (SEM).The speckle patterns are fabricated by directly etching the counterpart of the specimen to the black part of a template.Mean intensity gradient is used to evaluate the quality of these SEM images of speckle patterns fabricated based on different templates to select an optimum template.The pattern size depending on the displacement measurement sensitivity is adjusted by altering the magnification of FIB according to the relation curve of the etching size versus magnification.The influencing factors including etching time and ion beam current are discussed.Rigid body translation tests and rotation tests are carried out under SEM to verify the reliability of the fabricated speckle patterns.The calculated values are in good agreement with the imposed ones.LI YanJie XIE HuiMin LUO Qiang GU ChangZhi HU ZhenXing CHEN PengWan ZHANG QingMing 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,6:7
2Visible light photodegradation of methylene blue by AgBr-TiO_2/SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 magnetic photocatalysts显示文摘Visible photoactive AgBr/TiO_2 was immobilized on a SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 magnetic support by solvothermal and sol-gel methods to form a AgBr-TiO_2/SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 magnetic photocatalyst.Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and magnetometry.Hetero-structured AgBr/TiO_2 was well seeded on the shell-core SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 structure.The AgBr-TiO_2/SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 magnetic photocatalyst exhibited high photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methylene blue under visible light.The photocatalyst was superparamagnetic,which is beneficial for facile magnetic separation.Jianjun Liu Shengli Zuo Liming Yu Yingchun Yu Baoshan Li Pengwan Chen 2013Particuology2013,11,6:7

4Comparison of bone regeneration in alveolar bone of dogs on mineralized collagen grafts with two composition ratios of nanohydroxyapatite and collagen显示文摘To study the effect of two composition ratios of nano-hydroxyapatite and collagen(NHAC)composites on repairing alveolar bone defect of dogs.Eighteen healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into three groups.Two kinds of the NHAC composites were prepared according to the constituent ratios of 3:7 and 5:5;immediately after extraction of the mandibular second premolars,each kind of the NHAC composite was implanted into extraction socket,respectively:Group I,nHA/Col紏3:7;Group II,nHA/Col紏5:5 and Group III,blank control group.The bone-repairing ability of the two grafts was separately analyzed by morphometric measurement,X-ray tomography examination and biomechanical analysis at 1st,3rd and 6th month post-surgical,respectively.The NHAC composites were absorbed gradually after implanting into alveolar bone defect and were replaced by new bone.The ratios of new bone formation of Group I was significantly higher than that of Group II after 3 months(P<0.05).The structure and bioactive performance can be improved when the ratio between the collagen and the hydroxyapatite was reasonable,and the repairing ability and effect in extraction sockets are obviously better.Yan-FuWang Cheng-Yue Wang PengWan Shao-GangWang Xiu-Mei Wang 2016Regenerative Biomaterials2016,3,1:5
5Monitoring micro-structural evolution during aluminum sintering and understanding the sintering mechanism of aluminum nanoparticles:A molecular dynamics study显示文摘In this work, molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to explore the structural evolution and underlying sintering mechanism of aluminum nanoparticles. The structural evolution during sintering was firstly monitored through radial distribution function and atomic migration, and the underlying sintering mechanism was further quantitatively characterized in terms of average displacement, mean squared distance(MSD), radius ratio(i.e., the ratio of the neck radius to the particle radius), shrinkage and radius of gyration, crystalline orientations, particle size, etc. Results show that the surface atoms of nanoparticles are more active than the internal atoms, favoring the mechanical rotation of nanoparticles during sintering. During the sintering process, average displacement, radius ratio and the shrinkage rate have undergone three stages with increasing the temperature:(1) a slow increase and subsequent abrupt hike after reaching the sintering temperature;(2) an almost plateau region over a wide span of temperature;(3) finally a sharp increase again after reaching the melting temperature. In contrast, MSD remains basically unchanged before melting, close to zero, followed by a sudden increase after melting temperature. Although the radius of gyration also experiences three stages, nonetheless it exhibits almost completely contrary trend. It has also been found that both sintering temperature and melting temperature demonstrate an almost linear increase with the increase of nanoparticle size ranging from4.0, 6.0, 8.0 to 10.0 nm in diameter. 6A novel random phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy method显示文摘This paper proposes a new method that reconstructs the information of specimen by using random phase shift step in digital holographic microscopy (DHM). The principles of the method are described and discussed in detail. In practical experiment, because the phase shifter is neither perfectly linear nor calibrated, digital holograms with inaccurate phase shift step are recorded by the charge-coupled device (CCD). The phase could be accurately reconstructed from the recorded digital holograms by using the random phase-shifting algorithm, which makes up for reconstructed phase error caused by ordinary phase-shifting algorithm. The phase aberration compensation is also discussed. In order to verify the flexibility of the proposed method, numerical simulation of random phase-shifting DHM was carried out. 7Tectonic and Hydrocarbon Accumulation Elements Characteristics of the Tethyan Realm in South China显示文摘The evolution of the global Tethys Sea can be classified into three stages, Proto-Tethys, Paleo-Tethys and Neo-Tethys. The Tethyan realm has distinctive features of zonations and segmentations along north-south and east-west, respectively, and has variable richness in oil and gas. The petroleum geological conditions of Tethys are complicated, partly represented by multi-layer of source and seal rocks, and reservoirs. The hydrocarbon accumulation elements and periods of the Tethyan realm show gradually younger from west to east and north to south. South China is located in the north belt and Yangtze segment of the Tethyan realm, and its polycyclic tectonic movements were governed by the Tethyan and Pacific realms. The blocks in South China rotated clockwise and counter-clockwise during their drift northward from Gondwana. The belts and segmentations of Tethys in South China are also clear, with six tectonic belts including: Chuxiong-Sichuan; middle Guizhou-Hunan-Hubei; lower Yangtze; Xuefeng-Jiangnan; Guangxi-Hunan-Jiangxi; and Cathaysia. Numerous faults, including compressional, compressional-shear, extensional, extensional-shear and shear are well developed in South China. The fault strikes are mainly NE, NW and NS, in which the NE is the dominant direction. Lower, middle and upper hydrocarbon assemblages, respectively corresponding to Proto-, Paleo- and Neo-Tethys, formed in the Tethyan realm of South China with the lower and middle having excellent hydrocarbon accumulation conditions. 8Study on the mechanical behavior of adhesive interface by digital image correlation显示文摘The shear modulus of the adhesive layer and the failure mode of adhesive structure on single lap joint specimens under tensile tests are investigated in this paper.The aluminum-aluminum adherends are bonded by two different adhesives:polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and epoxy.The full deformation fields are measured using the digital image correlation (DIC) method with the images on the middle part of the adhesive layer recorded by a high resolution microscope.Then,the shear modulus values of the two adhesives are calculated with a simple pure shear strain model.A numerical model is proposed to simulate the single lap joint structure under tensile load in comparison with the experimental results.The results show that this method can successfully estimate the shear modulus of the adhesive layer.The failure behavior of epoxy adhesive/adherend interface is also analyzed and discussed.GUO BaoQiao XIE HuiMin ZHU JianGuo WANG HuaiXi CHEN PengWan ZHANG QingMing 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4:3

18Elastic constants characterization on graphite at 500℃ by the virtual fields method显示文摘In this paper the elastic constants of graphite at elevated temperature were experimentally investigated by using the virtual fields method(VFM). A new method was presented for the characterization of mechanical properties at elevated temperature. The three-point bending tests were performed on graphite materials by an universal testing machine equipped with heating furnace. Based on the heterogeneous deformation fields measured by the digital image correlation(DIC) technique, the elastic constants were then extracted by using VFM.The measurement results of the elastic constants at 500℃ were obtained. The effect on the experimental results was also analyzed. 20Experiment Study on Shock Induced Reaction Process of Ti+Si Reactive Powder显示文摘A phenomenon of shock wave reacceleration was studied when Ti+Si reactive powder is loaded by a high-speed flyer.The self-propagating reaction in the Ti+Si reactive powder was triggered by the high speed impaction of the flyer launched by a two-stage gas gun.In the process of self-propagating reaction,a strand of optical fiber and the electric pins were used to measure the velocity of shock wave propagation.The experimental results showed that the initial velocity of shock wave in the reactive powder was a few hundred meters per second,and then it decreased obviously with the increase of propagation distance.This phenomenon was also verified in the process of a pure Si powder loaded by a shock,while the phenomenon of shock wave reacceleration was not observed in the Ti+Si reactive powder.Naifu Cui Pengwan Chen Qiang Zhou Bingbing Zhou 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:0
