1Climatic Warming and Humidification in the Arid Region of Northwest China: Multi-Scale Characteristics and Impacts on Ecological Vegetation显示文摘The climatic warming and humidification observed in the arid region of Northwest China(ARNC) and their impacts on the ecological environment have become an issue of concern. The associated multi-scale characteristics and environmental responses are currently poorly understood. Using data from satellite remote sensing, field observations, and the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project phase 6, this paper systematically analyzes the process and scale characteristics of the climatic warming and humidification in the ARNC and their impacts on ecological vegetation. The results show that not only have temperature and precipitation increased significantly in the ARNC over the past 60 years, but the increasing trend of precipitation is also obviously intensifying. The dryness index, which comprehensively considers the effects of precipitation and temperature, has clearly decreased, and the trend in humidification has increased. Spatially, the trend of temperature increase has occurred over the entire region, while 93.4% of the region has experienced an increase in precipitation, suggesting a spatially consistent climatic warming and humidification throughout the ARNC. Long-term trends and interannual changes in temperature and precipitation dominate the changes in climatic warming and humidification. Compared to interannual variations in temperature, the trend change of temperature contributes more to the overall temperature change. However, the contribution of interannual variations in precipitation is greater than that of the precipitation trend to the overall precipitation change. The current climatic warming and humidification generally promote the growth of ecological vegetation. Since the 1980 s,82.4% of the regional vegetation has thrived. The vegetation index has a significant positive correlation with precipitation and temperature. However, it responds more significantly to interannual precipitation variation, although the vegetation response varies significantly under different types of land use. The warming and humidification of the climate in the ARNC are probably related to intensifications of the westerly wind circulation and ascending air motions.They are expected to continue in the future, although the strength of the changes will probably be insufficient to significantly change the basic climate pattern in the ARNC. 2Highly sensitive flexible capacitive pressure sensor with a broad linear response range and finite element analysis of micro-array electrode显示文摘With the continuous development of wearable electronics,health care and smart terminals,highly performance flexible pressure sensors present a huge application prospect.In this study,by introducing the micro-array structured electrodes and dielectric layers with high dielectric constant,capacitive pressure sensor fabricated with a brand new preparation strategy and highly sensitive is proposed.The prepared micro-array structure is the basis for sensors with high sensitivity.Besides,the contact area between the two electrodes changes from linear to planar with the increased loading,which result in a wider linear responding range.In addition,by introducing ceramic dielectric material-barium titanate(BT)fillers into the dielectric layer to increase it’s the dielectric constant,the sensitivity of the sensor shows two-fold increase.Moreover,the sensitivity gradients can be tuned by changing the loading contents of BT particles.Hence,compared with parallel board capacitive sensors with ordinary dielectric layer,these sensors exhibit excellent performance as follow,high sensitivity(up to 4.9 kPa^(-1))under low pressure range(0-2500 Pa),low detection limit(<1.7 Pa),short response time(<50 ms),a stable response over 5000 loading-unloading cycles,bending stability and an adjustable sensitivity.Further,the flexible pressure sensor can detect the pressure of the water droplets and monitor human movement behavior.With the facile design and excellent comprehensive properties,the flexible pressure sensor provides a new approach to improve the sensitivity and shows a broad application prospects in the wearable electronics,health care and smart terminals.Longquan Ma Xuecheng Yu Yuanyuan Yang Yougen Hu Xinyu Zhang Huayuan Li Xing Ouyang Pengli Zhu Rong Sun Ching-ping Wong 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,2:4

8Cloning and expressional characterization of soybean GmLls1 gene显示文摘Maize Lls1 (lethal leaf-spot 1) gene and its Arabidopsis orthologue AtAcd1 have been sug-gested to encode pheide a oxygenase (PaO), a key enzyme catalyzing chlorophyll breakdown. To further elucidate the molecular mechanism that regulates chlorophyll catabolism during soybean leaf senes-cence, a soybean Lls1 homolog was cloned and designated as GmLls1 (GenBank Accession No. DQ154009). Database searches using the deduced protein sequence revealed that it was highly ho-mologous to Lls1 genes or Lls1 orthologues in Arabidopsis, maize, cowpea and tomato. Structural analysis of the predicted GmLLS1 protein revealed typical Rieske [2Fe-2S] and mononuclear iron-bind- ing domains as well as the C-terminus CxxC motif that were conserved in and featured PaO homo-logues. RT-PCR results showed that the transcription of GmLls1 was up-regulated in all the three tested senescence systems: the natural leaf senescence process, the dark-induced primary leaf senescence and senescing cotyledons. We have previously de-scribed the involvement of an LRR receptor-like kinase (RLK), RLPK2 in regulation of soybean leaf senescence. Here we report that the expression of GmLls1 gene was dramatically down-regulated by the RNAi-mediated suppression of rlpk2 and, as ex-pected, greatly up regulated by the CaMV 35S pro-moter derived overexpression of this RLK gene. These results suggested that the expression of GmLls1 was controlled by the RLPK2-mediated se-nescence signaling pathway. 9Effects of Light and Temperature Factors on Biomass Accumulation of Winter Wheat显示文摘[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the influence of light and temperature factors on biomass accumulation of winter wheat at each growth stage and changes in biomass of each organ.[Method]Based on the observation data from Xifeng Agrometeorological Experiment Station of Gansu Province,including phenophase and yield factors of winter wheat in 1981-2008,biomass at three-leaves,overwintering,jointing,heading,milky maturity,and maturity stages in 1995-2008,and meteorological data in 1995-2008,the variation patterns of the biomass accumulation and the influence of TEP(thermal effectiveness photosynthetically active radiation)on the biomass of winter wheat at every growth stage were analyzed.[Result]The biomass accumulation of winter wheat in the whole growth period presented'S'curve,with the maximum value from heading to milky maturity stage.Since 1981,TEP from heading to milky maturity stage increased with a rate of 3.314 MJ/(m2·a),and the changing curves of TEP at other stages were like parable curves.TEP from turning green to jointing stage and from milky maturity to maturity stage had a higher value in the 1990s and a lower value in the 1980s and early 21stcentury,while that from jointing to heading stage had a lower value in the1990s but a higher value in the 1980s and early 21stcentury.There was a significant correlation between TEP at each growth stage and the actual yield.LAI(leaf area index)at each development stage also had a significant correlation with the utilization rate of TEP at corresponding stage.When LAI at jointing and heading stages increased by 1,the utilization rate of TEP correspondingly increased by 0.049 and 0.259 g/MJ respectively.[Conclusion]The research could provide theoretical references for the scientific planting and management of winter wheat in future.Pengli Ma Yihao Ma Jinyong Pu Chunyu Zhao Weitai Wang 2013Meteorological and Environmental Research2013,4,8:0
