2EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF FLOWFIELD STRUCTURE AROUND AN OGIVE-CYLINDER显示文摘The flowfield structure and their aerodynamic characteristics over an ogive cylinder were studied by means of flow visualization and surface pressure measurement in a water tunnel and a wind tunnel. The existence of multi asymmetric vortices over long slender bodies was experimentally confirmed at large angles of attack and in the subcritical Reynolds number range. The spatial 3 D characteristics of the multi vortices system were analyzed and a physical model was developed. The topological structure of different patterns in cross flow plane was studied and the mechanism governing the formation of asymmetric vortices and multi vortices was discussed from the viewpoint of stability of the topological structure. 4Full-thickness tissue engineered skin constructed with autogenic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘To explore the feasibility of repairing clinical cutaneous deficiency, autogenic bone marrow mesen-chymal stem cells (BMSCs) were isolated and differentiated into epidermal cells and fibroblasts in vitro supplemented with different inducing factors and biomaterials to construct functional tissue- engineered skin. The results showed that after 72 h induction, BMSCs displayed morphologic changes such as typical epidermal cell arrangement, from spindle shape to round or oval; tonofibrils, melano-somes and keratohyaline granules were observed under a transmission electronic microscope. The differentiated cells expressed epidermal stem cell surface marker CK19 (59.66% ± 4.2%) and epidermal cells differentiation marker CK10. In addition, the induced epidermal cells acquired the anti-radiation capacity featured by lowered apoptosis following exposure to UVB. On the other hand, the collagen microfibrils deposition was noticed under a transmission electronic microscope after differentiating into dermis fibroblasts; RT-PCR identified collagen type I mRNA expression in differentiated cells; radioimmunoassay detected the secretion of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) (up to 115.06 pg/mL and 0.84 ng/mL, respectively). Further in vivo implanting BMSCs with scaffold material short-ened skin wound repair significantly. 5Craniocerebral injury promotes the repair of peripheral nerve injury显示文摘The increase in neurotrophic factors after craniocerebral injury has been shown to promote fracture healing. Moreover, neurotrophic factors play a key role in the regeneration and repair of peripheral nerve. However, whether craniocerebral injury alters the repair of peripheral nerve injuries remains poorly understood. Rat injury models were established by transecting the left sciatic nerve and using a free-fall device to induce craniocerebral injury. Compared with sciatic nerve injury alone after 6–12 weeks, rats with combined sciatic and craniocerebral injuries showed decreased sciatic functional index, increased recovery of gastrocnemius muscle wet weight, recovery of sciatic nerve ganglia and corresponding spinal cord segment neuron morphologies, and increased numbers of horseradish peroxidase-labeled cells. 6Characteristics of the lunar samples returned by the Chang'E-5 mission显示文摘Forty-five years after the Apollo and Luna missions returned lunar samples,China's Chang’E-5(CE-5)mission collected new samples from the mid-latitude region in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum of the Moon.Our study shows that 95%of CE-5 lunar soil sizes are found to be within the range of 1.40-9.35μm,while 95%of the soils by mass are within the size range of 4.84-432.27μm.The bulk density,true density and specific surface area of CE-5 soils are 1.2387 g/cm^(3),3.1952 g/cm^(3) and 0.56 m^(2)/g,respectively.Fragments from the CE-5 regolith are classified into igneous clasts(mostly basalt),agglutinate and glass.A few breccias were also found.The minerals and compositions of CE-5 soils are consistent with mare basalts and can be classified as low-Ti/low-Al/low-K type with lower rare-earth-element contents than materials rich in potassium,rare earth element and phosphorus.CE-5 soils have high FeO and low Mg index,which could represent a new class of basalt.Chunlai Li Hao Hu Meng-Fei Yang Zhao-Yu Pei Qin Zhou Xin Ren Bin Liu Dawei Liu Xingguo Zeng Guangliang Zhang Hongbo Zhang Jianjun Liu Qiong Wang Xiangjin Deng Caijin Xiao Yonggang Yao Dingshuai Xue Wei Zuo Yan Su Weibin Wen Ziyuan Ouyang 2022National Science Review2022,9,2:12
7Passive-source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) array experiment in South China Sea and data quality analyses显示文摘Long-term passive source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) observatory is challenging due to various technical difficulties. In order to gain experience in this field, and to reveal the lithospheric structure beneath the extinct ridge in the central South China Sea(SCS), we carried out a passive source OBS array experiment, which includes 18 OBSs, in the deep portion of SCS. Here we present the instrumentation, the OBS deployment and recovery of this experiment, and more importantly, the data quality evaluated by a number of approaches. Through processing and inspecting waveforms from global, regional and local earthquakes, we find that most of recovered OBSs have good data quality with discernible main phases. The ambient noise analyses of OBS recordings show that their noise is higher than the global average, and the horizontal component is noisier than the vertical, indicating current impacts on horizontal components are more severe. In the period range of 5–10 s, there is a noise notch for the SCS OBSs, and noise levels of horizontal components are comparable to the vertical. This feature, which is not seen at OBS stations in open ocean, suggests the distant sources for double frequency microseism in this marginal sea are not significant. In addition, we successfully determined the orientations for 7 OBSs by investigating their Rayleigh wave polarizations; and we demonstrated the dispersion feature of Rayleigh waves through the frequency-time analysis. 8Modifi cation of wheat bran insoluble and soluble dietary fibers with snail enzyme显示文摘Insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)and soluble dietary fiber(SDF)extracted from wheat bran were modifi ed by snail enzyme and their physicochemical properties(water retention capacity and oil retention capacity),functional properties(cholesterol adsorption capacity,glucose adsorption capacity and antioxidant activity)and structural characterizations were evaluated.The results showed that snail enzyme modification led to the significant increase in oil retention capacity of IDF,glucose adsorption capacity and cholesterol adsorption capacity of IDF and SDF.Enzymatic modification also markedly improved the DPPH radical scavenging capacity and reducing power of IDF and SDF.Meanwhile,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis indicated the microstructures of IDF and SDF powders were signifi cantly changed.Fourier transfer-infrared spectrometry(FT-IR)showed that snail enzyme modifi cation could degrade the part of cellulose and hemicellulose of IDF and SDF.All these improved physicochemical and functional properties of IDF and SDF might depend on their structural changes.It suggested that snail enzyme modifi cation could effectively improve physicochemical and functional properties of IDF and SDF from wheat bran.Xin Liu Keke Suo Pei Wang Xue Li Limin Hao Jiaqing Zhu Juanjuan Yi Qiaozhen Kang Jinyong Huang Jike Lu 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3:10

11Productive HBV infection of well-differentiated, hNTCP-expressing human hepatoma-derived(Huh7) cells显示文摘Feasible and effective cell models for hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection are required for investigating the complete lifecycle of this virus, including the early steps of viral entry. Resistance to dimethyl sulfoxide/polyethylene glycol(DMSO/PEG), h NTCP expression, and a differentiated state are the limiting factors for successful HBV infection models. In the present study, we used a hepatoma cell line(Hu7^(hDNTCPh)) to overcome these limiting factors so that it exhibits excellent susceptibility to HBV infection. To achieve this goal, different hepatoma cell lines were tested with 2.5% DMSO/4%PEG8000, and one resistant cell line(Huh7 D) was used to construct a stable h NTCP-expressing cell line(Hu7^(hDNTCPh)) using a recombinant lentivirus system. Then, the morphological characteristics and differentiation molecular markers of Hu7^(hDNTCPh) cells with or without DMSO treatment were characterized. Finally, the susceptibility of Hu7^(hDNTCPh) cells to HBV infection was assessed. Our results showed that Huh7 D cells were resistant to 2.5% DMSO/4% PEG8000, whereas the others were not. Hu7^(hDNTCPh) cells were established to express a high level of h NTCP compared to liver extracts, and Hu7^(hDNTCPh) cells rapidly transformed into a non-dividing, well-differentiated polarized phenotype under DMSO treatment. Hu7^(hDNTCPh) cells fully supported the entire lifecycle of HBV infection. 14A new single-cell protein from Clostridium autoethanogenum as a functional protein for largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)显示文摘Clostridium autoethanogenum protein(CAP)is a new single-cell protein source originating from inactivated bacteria.An in vitro digestion experiment and an 8-wk growth experiment were conducted to evaluate the molecular weight distribution of the CAP hydrolysate,and the effects of dietary CAP levels on the growth performance,plasma parameters,hepatic and intestinal health,and the diversity of gutadherent microbiota of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides).The fish(initial body weight of 47.99±0.01 g)were fed diets where CAP gradually replaced 0%(CAP0),12.5%(CAP12.5),25%(CAP25),37.5%(CAP37.5)and 50%(CAP50)of low-temperature steam dried anchovy fish meal(LTFM)in the diet.Results showed that the content of peptides below 1,000 Da in the CAP hydrolysate(0.56 mg/mL)was higher than that of the LTFM hydrolysate(0.48 mg/mL).Dietary CAP inclusion had no negative effect on growth performance,while whole-body lipid content significantly reduced in the CAP25 and CAP50 groups(P<0.05).The plasma alanine aminotransferase activities and triglyceride concentrations in the CAP inclusion groups were significantly lower than those in the CAP0 group(P<0.05).The plasma aspartate aminotransferase activity was significantly reduced in the CAP37.5 group(P<0.05).The richness and diversity of the gut-adhesive microbiota and the proportion of Clostridium sensu stricto 12 in the CAP50 group were significantly higher than those in the CAP0 group(P<0.05).Dietary CAP inclusion inhibited inflammatory responses by down-regulating the mRNA levels of interleukin 1b(IL1b),IL10 and transforming growth factor b1(P<0.05)in the liver.The mRNA levels of acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 were significantly down-regulated in the CAP12.5,CAP25 and CAP37.5 groups(P<0.05),while that of fatty acid synthase was significantly down-regulated in the CAP50 group(P<0.05).These results demonstrate that dietary CAP inclusion could improve the hepatic and intestinal health of largemouth bass,and can be helpful to further develop CAP as a functional feed ingredient.Shifeng Ma Xiaofang Liang Pei Chen Jie Wang Xu Gu Yuchang Qin Christophe Blecker Min Xue 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,3:6
15In vitro differentiation of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells into endothelial-like cells显示文摘The neovascularization of ischemic tis- sue is a crucial initial step for the functional rehabili- tation and wound healing. However, the short of seed cell candidate for the foundation of vascular network is still a big issue. Human adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells (hADSCs), which possess multilineage potential, are capable of adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation. We examined whether this kind of stem cells could dif- ferentiate into endothelial-like cells and participate in blood vessel formation, and whether they could be used as an ideal cell source for therapeutic angio- genesis in ischemic diseases or vascularization of tissue constructs. The results showed that hADSCs, grown under appropriately induced conditions, dis- played characteristics similar to those of vessel en- dothelium. The differentiated cells expressed endo- thelial cell markers CD34 and vWF, and had high metabolism of acetylated low-density lipoprotein and prostacyclin. In addition, the induced cells were able to form tube-like structures when cultured on matrigel. Our data indicated that induced hADSCs could ex- hibit characteristics of endothelial cells. 16Au core-PtAu alloy shell nanowires for formic acid electrolysis显示文摘Inefficient electrocatalysts and high-power consumption are two thorny problems for electrochemical hydrogen(H2)production from acidic water electrolysis.Herein we report the one-pot precise synthesis of ultrafine Au core-Pt Au alloy shell nanowires(Au@PtxAu UFNWs).Among them,Au@Pt_(0.077) Au UFNWs exhibit the best performance for formic acid oxidation reaction(FAOR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),which only require applied potentials of 0.29 V and-22.6 m V to achieve a current density of 10 m A cm^(-2),respectively.The corresponding formic acid electrolyzer realizes the electrochemical H2 production at a voltage of only 0.51 V with 10 m A cm^(-2) current density.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the Au-riched Pt Au alloy structure can facilitates the direct oxidation pathway of FAOR and consequently elevates the FAOR activity of Au@Pt_(0.077) Au UFNWs.This work provides meaningful insights into the electrochemical H_(2) production from both the construction of advanced bifunctional electrocatalysts and the replacement of OER.Qi Xue Xin-Yu Bai Yue Zhao Ya-Nan Li Tian-Jiao Wang Hui-Ying Sun Fu-Min Li Pei Chen Pujun Jin Shi-Bin Yin Yu Chen 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:5
17Field evaluation of Streptomyces rubrogriseus HDZ-9-47 for biocontrol of Meloidogyne incognita on tomato显示文摘Streptomyces rubrogriseus HDZ-9-47,isolated from eggs of Meloidogyne spp.,was evaluated as a potential biocontrol agent of Meloidogyne incognita under in vitro and protective field.Microscopic observations showed that HDZ-9-47 parasitized eggs of M.incognita within 7 days.In vitro,the culture filtrate of HDZ-9-47 caused 97.0%mortality of second-stage juveniles(J2s)of M.incognita and inhibited more than 50%egg hatching.In the field,compared with the control,the rootknot index and J2s density in the treatment of drench the broth contained 1012 HDZ-9-47 spores were respectively reduced by 51.1 and 80.7%at 90 days post transplantation,which were better than that in other application doses and methods.In addition,reduction rates of root-knot index and J2s density of the treatment of combined application of HDZ-9-47 with biofumigation was 87.1 and 91.0%,respectively,better than either of HDZ-9-47 or biofumigation used alone or fosthiazate treatment.And tomato yield also increased by 16.1%.Together,our results suggest that HDZ-9-47 could be an effective biocontrol agent of M.incognita,and that application of HDZ-9-47 combined with cabbage residue biofumigation was a promising and sustainable option for M.incognita control.JIN Na XUE Hui LI Wen-jing WANG Xue-yan LIU Qian LIU Shu-sen LIU Pei ZHAO Jian-lon JIAN Heng 2017Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,6:5

However, the impact of emotion and personality is not considered in current models of crowd behavior. Other studies focus on social interactions such as emotional transmission [1]. 19Phosphatidylserine-Specific Phospholipase A1 is the Critical Bridge for Hepatitis C Virus Assembly显示文摘The phosphatidylserine-specific phospholipase A1(PLA1A)is an essential host factor in hepatitis C virus(HCV)assembly.In this study,we mapped the E2,NS2 and NS5A involved in PLA1A interaction to their lumenal domains and membranous parts,through which they form oligomeric protein complexes to participate in HCV assembly.Multiple regions of PLA1A were involved in their interaction and complex formation.Furthermore,the results represented structures with PLA1A and E2 in closer proximity than NS2 and NS5A,and strongly suggest PLA1 A-E2,s physical interaction in cells.Meanwhile,we mapped the NS5A sequence which participated in PLA1A interaction with the C-terminus of domain 1.Interestingly,these amino acids in the sequence are also essential for viral RNA replication.Further experiments revealed that these four proteins interact with each other.Moreover,PLA1A expression levels were elevated in livers from HCV-infected patients.In conclusion,we exposed the structural determinants of PLA1A,E2,NS2 and NS5A proteins which were important for HCV assembly and provided a detailed characterization of PLA1A in HCV assembly.Qi Yang Min Guo Yuan Zhou Xue Hu Yun Wang Chunchen Wu Min Yang Rongjuan Pei Xinwen Chen Jizheng Chen 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,5:4
