| 1 | CD147 antibody specifically and effectively inhibits infection and cytokine storm of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants delta,alpha,beta,and gamma显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 mutations contribute to increased viral transmissibility and immune escape,compromising the effectiveness of existing vaccines and neutralizing antibodies.An in-depth investigation on COVID-19 pathogenesis is urgently needed to develop a strategy against SARS-CoV-2 variants.Here,we identified CD147 as a universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.Meanwhile,Meplazeumab,a humanized anti-CD147 antibody,could block cellular entry of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants-alpha,beta,gamma,and delta,with inhibition rates of 68.7,75.7,52.1,52.1,and 62.3%at 60μg/ml,respectively.Furthermore,humanized CD147 transgenic mice were susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 and its two variants,alpha and beta.When infected,these mice developed exudative alveolar pneumonia,featured by immune responses involving alveoli-infiltrated macrophages,neutrophils,and lymphocytes and activation of IL-17 signaling pathway.Mechanistically,we proposed that severe COVID-19-related cytokine storm is induced by a'spike protein-CD147-CyPA signaling axis':Infection of SARS-CoV-2 through CD147 initiated the JAK-STAT pathway,which further induced expression of cyclophilin A(CyPA);CyPA reciprocally bound to CD147 and triggered MAPK pathway.Consequently,the MAPK pathway regulated the expression of cytokines and chemokines,which promoted the development of cytokine storm.Importantly,Meplazumab could effectively inhibit viral entry and inflammation caused by SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.Therefore,our findings provided a new perspective for severe COVID-19-related pathogenesis.Furthermore,the validated universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its variants can be targeted for COVID-19 treatment. | Jiejie Geng Liang Chen Yufeng Yuan Ke Wang Youchun Wang Chuan Qin Guizhen Wu Ruo Chen Zheng Zhang Ding Wei Peng Du Jun Zhang Peng Lin Kui Zhang Yongqiang Deng Ke Xu Jiangning Liu Xiuxuan Sun Ting Guo Xu Yang Jiao Wu Jianli Jiang Ling Li Kun Zhang Zhe Wang Jing Zhang Qingguo Yan Hua Zhu Zhaohui Zheng Jinlin Miao Xianghui Fu Fengfan Yang Xiaochun Chen Hao Tang Yang Zhang Ying Shi Yumeng Zhu Zhuo Pei Fei Huo Xue Liang Yatao Wang Qingyi Wang Wen Xie Yirong Li Mingyan Shi Huijie Bian Ping Zhu Zhi-Nan Chen | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10: | 6 |

| 7 | Eutrophication of Jiangsu Coastal Water and Its Role in the Formation of Green Tide显示文摘Since 2007,the large-scale green tide caused by Ulva prolifera(U.prolifera)have occurred as a recurrent phenomenon in the southern Yellow Sea of China.Field surveys and satellite remote sensing showed that the small scattered patches of green tide algae were first observed along the Porphyra agriculture area of the Subei Shoal in late April.In this study,we attempted to identify the role of eutrophication in the origin of the green tide in the Subei Shoal and its adjacent area.Subei Shoal and its adjacent area are characterized by rich nutrients,especially NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,PO_(4)^(3-)-P,and other bioavailable components(such as urea-N and amino acids).In the spring of 2017,the average concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N were 19.01±11.01μmolL^(-1),accounting for 86.68%of the dis-solved inorganic nitrogen(DIN).In addition,the average concentration of NH4^(+)-N was 2.51±1.60μmolL^(-1).PO_(4)^(3-)-P had an average concentration of 0.14±0.13μmolL-1.The average concentrations of urea-N and total hydrolyzed amino acids(THAA)were 1.73±1.36μmolL^(-1)and 1.33±0.80μmolL^(-1),respectively.Rich nutritive substances play a key role in the rapid production of U.prolifera and make the Jiangsu coastal water an incubator for green tide. | XIAO Mingyan SONG Weina ZHANG Haibo SHI Xiaoyong SU Rongguo | 2024 | Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Simultaneous regulation on coordination environment and interfacial chemistry via taurine for stabilized Zn metal anode显示文摘Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are the potential options for the next-generation energy storage scenarios due to the cost effectiveness and intrinsic safety.Nevertheless,the industrial application of AZIBs is still impeded by a series of parasitic reactions and dendrites at zinc anodes.In this study,taurine(TAU)is used in electrolyte to simultaneously optimize the coordination condition of the ZnSO4electrolyte and interfacial chemistry at the anode.TAU can preferentially adsorb with the zinc metal and induce an in situ stable and protective interface on the anode,which would avoid the connection between H_(2)O and the zinc metal and promote the even deposition of Zn^(2+).The resulting Zn//Zn batteries achieve more than 3000 hours long cyclic lifespan under 1 mA cm^(-2)and an impressive cumulative capacity at 5 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,Zn//Cu batteries can realize a reversible plating/stripping process over 2,400cycles,with a desirable coulombic efficiency of 99.75%(1 mA cm^(-2)).Additionally,the additive endows Zn//NH_(4)V_(4)O_(10)batteries with more stable cyclic performance and ultrafast rate capability.These capabilities can promote the industrial application of AZIBs. | Xin Xu Junyi Yin Ruimin Qin Haoliang Liu Xiang Feng Minghui Wang Mingyan Li Weiyu Sun Weichen Shi Bing Xiao Yaqiong Su Yonghong Cheng | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11: | 0 |

| 10 | Effects of Inoculation with Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on the Physiology,Biochemistry,and Expression of Genes Related to the Protective Enzyme System of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li显示文摘Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li is a widely used medicinal herb in treating pulmonary diseases.In recent years,its wild resources have become scarce,and the demand for efficient artificial cultivation has significantly increased.This article is the first to apply phosphate solubilizing bacteria isolated from the rhizosphere soil of F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li to the cultivation process of F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li.The aim is to identify suitable reference strains for the artificial cultivation and industrial development of F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li by examining the effects of various phosphate solubilizing bacteria and their combinations on photosynthesis,physiological and biochemical properties,and gene expression related to the protective enzyme system in F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li.The experiment,conducted in pots at room temperature,included a control group(CK)and groups inoculated with inorganic phosphorussolubilizing bacteria:W1(Bacillus cereus),W2(Serratia plymuthica),W12(Bacillus cereus and Serratia plymuthica),and groups inoculated with organophosphorus-solubilizing bacteria:Y1(Bacillus cereus),Y2(Bacillus cereus),Y12(Bacillus cereus and Bacillus cereus),totaling seven groups.Compared to CK,most growth indices in the bacterial addition groups showed significant differences,with W12 achieving the highest values in all indices except the leaf area index.The content of photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic parameters,and osmoregulatory substances increased variably in each bacterial treatment group.W12 exhibited the highest content of chlorophyll a and soluble protein,while W1 had the highest free proline content.The activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)in all inoculated groups were higher than in CK,with significant changes in SOD and CAT activities.The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in all inoculated groups was lower than in CK,with Y12 being the lowest,at approximately 30%of CK.Gene expression corresponding to these three enzymes also increased variably,with POD expression in Y2 being the highest at 2.73 times that of CK.SOD and CAT expression in Y12 were the highest,at 1.84 and 4.39 times that of CK,respectively.These results indicate that inoculating phosphate solubilizing bacteria can enhance the growth of F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li,with the mixed inoculation groups W12 and Y12 demonstrating superior effects.This lays a theoretical foundation for selecting bacterial fertilizers in the cultivation process of F.taipaiensis P.Y.Li. | Zhifen Shi Fumei Pan Xiaotian Kong Jiaqi Lang Mingyan Ye Qian Wu Guangzhi Wang Liang Han Nong Zhou | 2024 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2024,93,2: | 0 |
