| 1 | 全球重要农业文化遗产:一个有助于提高农业、生态与传统社会可持续性的综合观点显示文摘20世纪90年代以来,可持续发展理念在全球取得了广泛共识并延伸到农业生产系统,根据可持续发展战略和环境议程的需要,各个国家均已构建了许多自然资源可持续管理的途径并付诸实施,支持了乡村社区的发展并提高了他们的生计水平。本文简要概括了一种自然资源可持续管理的途径及其背景和特点。这种综合管理途径,如全球重要农业文化遗产的动态保护以及与其相关的农业和生态知识系统,至今仍然对传统社会、应对全球气候变化和维持生计有着重要的影响,值得进一步重新审视。 2002年,联合国粮农组织发起的重要活动之一就是全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)的保护与适应性管理,该项目旨在对全球重要的、受到威胁的传统农业文化遗产系统进行保护。全球重要农业文化遗产是指:'农村与其所处环境长期协同进化和动态适应下所形成的独特的土地利用系统和农业景观,这些系统与景观具有丰富的生物多样性,而且可以满足当地社会经济与文化发展的需要,有利于促进区域可持续发展',是在当地资源条件、不断发展变化的知识体系与经过长期验证的丰富经验的基础上,反映了人类与文化多样性的协同发展,揭示了人与自然和谐共生的深刻关系。这些生动鲜活且不断演变进化的系统和社区,一直保持着与诸如自然、家庭、社区、历史以及对其自然环境的归属感等融为一体所具有的特性。全球重要农业文化遗产的动态保护,是综合管理途径的一个具体实例,是一个将农业、生态与传统社会可持续性融合在一起的综合观点。这项计划正在全球范围实施,以促进对全球重要农业文化遗产的认识并保障其继续协同发展。该项目所推动的动态保护途径将:1)在国际和国家层面上,进一步推动公众对全球重要农业文化遗产内在价值的认识;2)在试点国家制定部门内部及部门间的计划和政策时,将GIAHS中的全球重要农业生物多样性的保护和适应性管理作为主要内容;3)通过采用考虑到生态与文化相互作用的新技术,促进当地社区社会政策与经济的发展;)通过实践和经验交流,进一步推广和扩大GIAHS的保护。 | Mary Jane Dela Cruz Parviz Koohafkan | 2009 | 资源科学2009,31,6: | 24 |
| 2 | 全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)的保护与适应性管理显示文摘在世界各地,世代居住的农牧民以多样化的自然资源为基础,通过因地制宜的生产实践活动,创造、发展、管理着许多独具特色的农业系统和景观。这些在本土知识和传统经验基础上所建立起来的农业文化遗产巧夺天工,充分反映了人类及其文化多样性和与自然环境之间深刻关系的演进历程。这些系统不仅产生了独特的农业文化景观,维持并适应了具有全球重要意义的农业生物多样性,形成了丰富的本土知识体系,而且更为重要的是,还为人类持续提供了多样化的产品和服务,保障了食物安全和生计安全,提高了人们的生活质量。但是,许多这样的农业生产系统正面临着包括全球化在内的多种影响因素的威胁。为了保护这些农业文化遗产,联合国粮农组织(FAO)于2002年启动了'全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)保护和适应性管理'项目,旨在为这些全球重要农业文化遗产及其农业生物多样性、知识体系、食物和生计安全以及文化的国际认定、动态保护和适应性管理提供基础。全球重要农业文化遗产被定义为:'农村与其所处环境长期协同进化和动态适应下所形成的独特的土地利用系统和农业景观,这些系统与景观具有丰富的生物多样性,而且可以满足当地社会经济与文化发展的需要,有利于促进区域可持续发展'。按照这一定义及粮农组织所制定的标准,典型的GIAHS包括:①以水稻为基础的农业系统;工以玉米/块根作物为基础的农业系统;③以芋头为基础的农业系统;④游牧与半游牧系统;⑤独特的灌溉和水土资源管理系统;⑥复杂的多层庭园系统;⑦狩猎-采集系统。在项目准备阶段,选择了6个国家的5种类型的传统农业系统作为首批全球重要农业文化遗产保护试点,后又在德国政府的支持下,增加了另外两个国家的传统农业系统。这7个试点包括:秘鲁的高原农业系统,智利的岛屿农业系统,菲律宾的稻作梯田系统,阿尔及利亚和突尼斯的绿洲农业系统,中国的稻鱼共生系统,肯尼亚的草原游牧系统,坦桑尼亚的农林复合系统。在未来5年左右的时间里,将利用这些GIAHS试点开发出一种基于适应性管理的保护计划,并探索该系统的经济可行性;确定日益显著的气候变化背景下的经济与环境可持续的发展战略;保护小型农户/传统的家庭为单位的生产结构和本土社区适当的权益。该项目所推动的动态保护途径将:①允许农民进一步改进这些在保障食物安全和人类福祉过程中所发展起来的农业系统和生物多样性;②支持政府在对生物多样性和传统知识进行现地保护过程中所制定的保护政策和激励机制;③承认当地社区和居民享有食物、文化多样性和传统成就的权益;④明确对于遗传资源的现地保护与相关的传统知识和地方自然资源管理体制相结合的途径的需要,通过强化社会-环境系统的恢复能力和农业系统的动态平衡,以确保不断适应自然与社会经济条件的变化。 | Parviz Koohafkan | 2009 | 资源科学2009,31,1: | 20 |
| 3 | Cracks coalescence mechanism and cracks propagation paths in rock-like specimens containing pre-existing random cracks under compression显示文摘The mechanism of cracks propagation and cracks coalescence due to compressive loading of the brittle substances containing pre-existing cracks(flaws)was modeled experimentally using specially made rock-like specimens from Portland Pozzolana Cement(PPC).The breakage process of the specimens was studied by inserting single and double flaws with different inclination angles at the center and applying uniaxial compressive stress at both ends of the specimen.The first crack was oriented at 50° from the horizontal direction and kept constant throughout the analysis while the orientation of the second crack was changed.It is experimentally observed that the wing cracks are produced at the first stage of loading and start their propagation toward the direction of uniaxial compressive loading.The secondary cracks may also be produced in form of quasi-coplanar and/or oblique cracks in a stable manner.The secondary cracks may eventually continue their propagation in the direction of maximum principle stress.These experimental works were also simulated numerically by a modified higher order displacement discontinuity method and the cracks propagation and cracks coalescence were studied based on Mode I and Mode II stress intensity factors(SIFs).It is concluded that the wing cracks initiation stresses for the specimens change from 11.3 to 14.1 MPa in the case of numerical simulations and from 7.3 to 13.8 MPa in the case of experimental works.It is observed that cracks coalescence stresses change from 21.8 to 25.3 MPa and from 19.5 to 21.8 MPa in the numerical and experimental analyses,respectively.Comparing some of the numerical and experimental results with those recently cited in the literature validates the results obtained by the proposed study.Finally,a numerical simulation was accomplished to study the effect of confining pressure on the crack propagation process,showing that the SIFs increase and the crack initiation angles change in this case. | Hadi Haeri Kourosh Shahriar Mohammad Fatehi Marji Parviz Moarefvand | 2014 | Journal of Central South University2014,21,6: | 16 |

| 5 | Stresses induced by post-tensioned anchor in jointed rock mass显示文摘A new analytical study on stresses around a post-tensioned anchor in rocks with two perpendicular joint sets is presented. The assumptions of orthotropic elastic rock with plane strain conditions are made in derivation of the formulations. A tri-linear bond-slip constitutive law is used for modeling the tendon-grout interface behavior and debonding of this interface. The bearing plate width is also considered in the analysis. The obtained solutions are in the integral forms and numerical techniques that have been used for evaluation. In the illustrative example given, the major principal stress is compressive in the anchor free zone and compressive stress concentrations of 815 k Pa and 727 k Pa(for the anchor load of 300 k N) are observed under the bearing plate and the bond length proximal end, respectively. However, large values of tensile stresses with the maximum of-434 k Pa are formed at the bond length distal end. | 7 | Combination therapy using evening primrose oil and electrical stimulation to improve nerve function following a crush injury of sciatic nerve in male rats显示文摘Peripheral nerve injuries with a poor prognosis are common.Evening primrose oil(EPO) has beneficial biological effects and immunomodulatory properties.Since electrical activity plays a major role in neural regeneration,the present study investigated the effects of electrical stimulation(ES),combined with evening primrose oil(EPO),on sciatic nerve function after a crush injury in rats.In anesthetized rats,the sciatic nerve was crushed using small haemostatic forceps followed by ES and/or EPO treatment for 4 weeks.Functional recovery of the sciatic nerve was assessed using the sciatic functional index.Histopathological changes of gastrocnemius muscle atrophy were investigated by light microscopy.Electrophysiological changes were assessed by the nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerves.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the remyelination of the sciatic nerve following the interventions.EPO + ES,EPO,and ES obviously improved sciatic nerve function assessed by the sciatic functional index and nerve conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve at 28 days after operation.Expression of the peripheral nerve remyelination marker,protein zero(P0),was increased in the treatment groups at 28 days after operation.Muscle atrophy severity was decreased significantly while the nerve conduction velocity was increased significantly in rats with sciatic nerve injury in the injury + EPO + ES group than in the EPO or ES group.Totally speaking,the combined use of EPO and ES may produce an improving effect on the function of sciatic nerves injured by a crush.The increased expression of P0 may have contributed to improving the functional effects of combination therapy with EPO and ES as well as the electrophysiological and histopathological features of the injured peripheral nerve. | Omid Badri Parviz Shahabi Jalal Abdolalizadeh Mohammad Reza Alipour Hadi Veladi Mehdi Farhoudi Mohsen Sharif Zak | 2017 | Neural Regeneration Research2017,12,3: | 7 |

| 9 | Experimental study of post-peak behavior of bimrocks with high rock block proportions显示文摘Design and construction of engineering structures in geomaterials with block-in-matrix texture(referred as bimrock) such as conglomerates,breccias and agglomerates are challenging tasks for engineers.When dealing with these materials in important structures such as open pits with high walls and pillars of deep underground mines,understanding the complete stress-strain behavior,including post-peak region,is a formidable yet crucial engineering practice.To study the post-peak behavior of bimrocks,artificial specimens were fabricated with a mixture of rock blocks and a cementing agent.All the experiments were conducted under uniaxial compression using a servo-control testing machine.The results show that the specimens with the highest block proportion(around 90% by mass) showed a small decrease in stress with strain increment in the post-peak region.The specimens with lower block proportions were characterized by an approximately steep fall in stress and following to residual stress.Based on the study,it is inferred that all the artificial specimens undergo post-failure deformation and the type of post behavior depends on rock block proportions. | Mohammad Afifipour Parviz Moarefvand | 2014 | Journal of Central South University2014,21,2: | 4 |
| 10 | Differential gene expression between squamous cell carcinoma of esophageus and its normal epithelium; altered pattern of mal,akrlc2, and rablla expression显示文摘AIM: To identify the altered gene expression patterns in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus (ESCC) in relation to adjacent normal esophageal epithelium. METHODS: Total RNA was extracted using SV total RNA isolation kit from snap frozen tissues of ESCC samples and normal esophageal epithelium far from the tumor. Radio-labeled cDNA were synthesized from equal quantities of total RNAs of tumor and normal tissues using combinations of 24 arbitrary 13-mer primers and three different anchoring oligo-dT primers and separated on sequencing gels. cDNA with considerable different amounts of signals in tumor and normal tissue were reamplified and cloned. Using southern blot, the clones of each band were controlled for false positive results caused by probable heterogeneity of cDNA population with the same size. Clones that confirmed differential expression by slot blot selected for sequencing and northern analysis. Corresponding full-length gene sequences was predicted using human genome project data, related transcripts were translated and used for various protein/motif searches to speculate their probable functions. RESULTS: The 97 genes showed different levels of cDNA in tumor and normal tissues of esophagus. The expression of mal gene was remarkably down. regulated in all 10 surveyed tumor tissues. Akrlc2, a member of the aldoketo reductase 1C family, which is involved in metabolism of sex hormones and xenobiotics, was up-regulated in 8 out of 10 inspected ESCC samples. Rablla, RPL7, and RPL28 showed moderate levels of differential expression. Many other cDNAs remained to further studies. CONCLUSION: The mal gene which is switched-off in all ESCC samples can be considered as a tumor suppressor gene that more studies in its regulation may lead to valuable explanations in ESCC development. Akrlc2 which is upregulated in ESCC probably plays an important role in tumor development of esophagus and may be proposed as a potential molecular target in ESCC treatments. | 19 | An efficient aerodynamic shape optimization of blended wing body UAV using multi-fidelity models显示文摘This paper presents a novel optimization technique for an efficient multi-fidelity model building approach to reduce computational costs for handling aerodynamic shape optimization based on high-fidelity simulation models. The wing aerodynamic shape optimization problem is solved by dividing optimization into three steps—modeling 3D(high-fidelity) and 2D(lowfidelity) models, building global meta-models from prominent instead of all variables, and determining robust optimizing shape associated with tuning local meta-models. The adaptive robust design optimization aims to modify the shape optimization process. The sufficient infilling strategy—known as adaptive uniform infilling strategy—determines search space dimensions based on the last optimization results or initial point. Following this, 3D model simulations are used to tune local meta-models. Finally, the global optimization gradient-based method—Adaptive Filter Sequential Quadratic Programing(AFSQP) is utilized to search the neighborhood for a probable optimum point. The effectiveness of the proposed method is investigated by applying it, along with conventional optimization approach-based meta-models, to a Blended Wing Body(BWB) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV). The drag coefficient is defined as the objective function, which is subjected to minimum lift coefficient bounds and stability constraints. | 20 | 基于TOPSIS和改进NSGA-Ⅱ法的搅拌摩擦工艺制备B_4C/A356复合材料显微组织和力学性能的混合多目标优化(英文)显示文摘采用搅拌摩擦工艺以A356合金为基体金属制备B_4C/A356复合材料。利用人工神经网络(ANN)和非支配排序遗传算法-Ⅱ研究复合材料的显微组织和力学性能。首先,研究不同加工条件下制得的复合材料的显微组织。结果表明,搅拌摩擦工艺参数如搅拌头的旋转速度、横向移动速度和形状显著影响基体中初始Si颗粒的尺寸、复合材料层中B_4C增强剂的分散效果及体积分数。采用高旋转/移动速度比和螺纹销形状搅拌头能获得较好的颗粒分布、较细的Si颗粒和较少的B_4C团聚体。其次,通过硬度和拉伸试验研究复合材料的力学性能。结果显示,经搅拌摩擦工艺处理后样品的断裂机理由脆性断裂转变为延性断裂。最后,利用人工神经网络技术建立了搅拌摩擦工艺参数与复合材料显微组织和力学性能的关系。采用结合多样性保护机制的NSGA-Ⅱ法,即ε消除算法得到搅拌摩擦工艺参数的Pareto最优解集。 | Mostafa AKBARI Mohammad Hasan SHOJAEEFARD Parviz ASADI Abolfazl KHALKHALI | 2017 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2017,27,11: | 2 |
