| 1 | 我国食品微生物定量风险评估的研究进展显示文摘近10余年来,我国政府重视食品安全并逐渐加强风险分析体系的构建和实施。根据历年来国家卫生与计生委的统计数据,表明由致病微生物导致的食物中毒发病率一直高于其他危害。食源性致病菌引起的食品安全风险是全球性问题,发展中国家面临的情况更为严峻,因此加强我国微生物定量风险评估以减少与发达国家的差距,从国家层面上势在必行。特别是2009年我国颁布实施《食品安全法》和2011年成立国家食品安全风险评估中心(China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment,CFSA)以来,已有不少针对国内具体食品致病菌情况开展的食品微生物定量风险评估(quantitative microbial risk assessment,QMRA)研究。本文对2000年至今我国已开展的QMRA研究,包括涉及的食品、致病菌、微生物预测模型、剂量-效应模型等进行详细综述。同时指出我国开展QMRA面临的技术性难题及解决方法,并对采用QMRA结果用于构建危害分析与关键控制点(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point,HACCP)和食品安全目标(food safety objective,FSO)以及执行目标(performance objective,PO)的应用前景进行探讨。建议加强风险评估与风险管理的互动交流、进一步完善风险监测、微生物限量制定和国际合作,在完善实施指南的基础上针对我国具体国情开展更多具有科学性和系统性的QMRA研究。 | 董庆利 王海梅 Pradeep K MALAKAR 刘箐 宋筱瑜 田明胜 陆冉冉 | 2015 | 食品科学2015,36,11: | 43 |

| 4 | Safety assessment of Bifidobacterium longum JDM301 based on complete genome sequences显示文摘AIM:To assess the safety of Bifidobacterium longum (B.longum) JDM301 based on complete genome sequences.METHODS:The complete genome sequences of JDM301 were determined using the GS 20 system.Putative virulence factors,putative antibiotic resistance genes and genes encoding enzymes responsible for harmful metabolites were identified by blast with virulence factors database,antibiotic resistance genes database and genes associated with harmful metabolites in previous reports.Minimum inhibitory concentration of 16 common antimicrobial agents was evaluated by E-test.RESULTS:JDM301 was shown to contain 36 genes associated with antibiotic resistance,5 enzymes related to harmful metabolites and 162 nonspecific virulence factors mainly associated with transcriptional regulation,adhesion,sugar and amino acid transport.B.longum JDM301 was intrinsically resistant to ciprofloxacin,amikacin,gentamicin and streptomycin and susceptible to vancomycin,amoxicillin,cephalothin,chloramphenicol,erythromycin,ampicillin,cefotaxime,rifampicin,imipenem and trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazol.JDM301 was moderately resistant to bacitracin,while an earlier study showed that bifidobacteria were susceptible to this antibiotic.A tetracycline resistance gene with the risk of transfer was found in JDM301,which needs to be experimentally validated.CONCLUSION:The safety assessment of JDM301 using information derived from complete bacterial genome will contribute to a wider and deeper insight into the safety of probiotic bacteria. | Yan-Xia Wei Zhuo-Yang Zhang Chang Liu Pradeep K Malakar Xiao-Kui Guo | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,5: | 5 |
| 5 | 气单胞菌在不同食物接触表面的存活与交叉污染显示文摘为探讨气单胞菌在不同食物接触表面的存活状况,采用擦拭取样法测定气单胞菌于案板、刀具表面的恢复率,并将气单胞菌分别接种于洁净和被污染的案板、刀具表面,评定气单胞菌在不同介质表面、不同时间下的存活状况。根据恢复率和介质表面上气单胞菌存活实测值,采用@Risk软件对介质表面实时带菌量的期望值进行计算,并运用一级线性模型对气单胞菌存活特征曲线进行拟合。同时,以案板为交叉污染途径,对气单胞菌在介质表面的存活行为对交叉污染的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:采用擦拭取样法测得的气单胞菌从案板、刀具表面的恢复率的最佳分布拟合结果分别是Normal(0.66,0.15)和Normal(0.72,0.18);气单胞菌在被污染的介质表面存活的时间(7 h)长于其在洁净介质表面的存活时间(3 h或2.5 h),且一级线性模型可以较好地对气单胞菌存活曲线进行拟合(R2>0.88);蒙特卡罗模拟结果表明,忽略气单胞菌在食物接触表面的存活行为会高估其在厨房内的交叉污染水平。 | 董庆利 王海梅 Pradeep K Malakar 陆冉冉 | 2015 | 农业机械学报2015,46,3: | 5 |

| 10 | Optoelectronic properties and Seebeck coefficient in SnSe thin films显示文摘SnSe thin films of thickness 180 nm have been deposited on glass substrates by reactive evaporation at an optimized substrate temperature of 523 ± 5 K and pressure of 10^(-5) mbar.The as-prepared SnSe thin films are characterized for their structural,optical and electrical properties by various experimental techniques.The p-type conductivity,near-optimum direct band gap,high absorption coefficient and good photosensitivity of the SnSe thin film indicate its suitability for photovoltaic applications.The optical constants,loss factor,quality factor and optical conductivity of the films are evaluated.The results of Hall and thermoelectric power measurements are correlated to determine the density of states,Fermi energy and effective mass of carriers and are obtained as 2.8×10^(17)cm^(-3),0.03 eV and 0.05m_0 respectively.The high Seebeck coefficient ≈ 7863 μV/K,reasonably good power factor ≈7.2×10^(-4) W/(m·K^2) and thermoelectric figure of merit ≈1.2 observed at 42 K suggests that,on further work,the prepared SnSe thin films can also be considered as a possible candidate for cryogenic thermoelectric applications. | K S Urmila T A Namitha J Rajani R R Philip B Pradeep | 2016 | Journal of Semiconductors2016,37,9: | 2 |
| 11 | Rituximab or plasmapheresis for prevention of recurrent focal segmental glomerulosclerosis after kidney transplantation:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS)is one of the most common glomerular diseases leading to renal failure.FSGS has a high risk of recurrence after kidney transplantation.Prevention of recurrent FSGS using rituximab and/or plasmapheresis has been evaluated in multiple small studies with conflicting results.AIM To assess the risk of recurrence of FSGS after transplantation using prophylactic rituximab with or without plasmapheresis,and plasmapheresis alone compared to the standard treatment group without preventive therapy.METHODS This meta-analysis and systematic review were performed by first conducting a literature search of the MEDLINE,EMBASE,and Cochrane databases,from inception through March 2021;search terms included‘FSGS,’’steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome’,‘rituximab,’and‘plasmapheresis,’.We identified studies that assessed the risk of post-transplant FSGS after use of rituximab with or without plasmapheresis,or plasmapheresis alone.Inclusion criteria were:Original,published,randomized controlled trials or cohort studies(either prospective or retrospective),case-control,or cross-sectional studies;inclusion of odds ratio,relative risk,and standardized incidence ratio with 95%confidence intervals(CI),or sufficient raw data to calculate these ratios;and subjects without interventions(controls)being used as comparators in cohort and cross-sectional studies.Effect estimates from individual studies were extracted and combined using a random effects model.RESULTS Eleven studies,with a total of 399 kidney transplant recipients with FSGS,evaluated the use of rituximab with or without plasmapheresis;thirteen studies,with a total of 571 kidney transplant recipients with FSGS,evaluated plasmapheresis alone.Post-transplant FSGS recurred relatively early.There was no significant difference in recurrence between the group that received rituximab(with or without plasmapheresis)and the standard treatment group,with a pooled risk ratio of 0.82(95%CI:0.47-1.45,I2=65%).Similarly,plasmapheresis alone was not associated with any significant difference in FSGS recurrence when compared with no plasmapheresis;the pooled risk ratio was 0.85(95%CI:0.60-1.21,I2=23%).Subgroup analyses in the pediatric and adult groups did not yield a significant difference in recurrence risk.We also reviewed and analyzed posttransplant outcomes including timing of recurrence and graft survival.CONCLUSION Overall,the use of rituximab with or without plasmapheresis,or plasmapheresis alone,is not associated with a lower risk of FSGS recurrence after kidney transplantation.Future studies are required to assess the effectiveness of rituximab with or without plasmapheresis among specific patient subgroups with high-risk for FSGS recurrence. | Boonphiphop Boonpheng Panupong Hansrivijit Charat Thongprayoon Shennen A Mao Pradeep K Vaitla Tarun Bathini Avishek Choudhury Wisit Kaewput Michael A Mao Wisit Cheungpasitporn | 2021 | World Journal of Transplantation2021,11,7: | 2 |
