1中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料Sm_(2-x)Ce_xCuO_4的制备与性能研究显示文摘采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法合成了新型中温固体氧化物燃料电池(ITSOFC)阴极材料Sm_(2-x)CexCuO_4(SCC,x=0.0 ̄0.25)。利用XRD和SEM对材料的结构、化学稳定性和微观形貌进行分析表明,该阴极材料与电解质Ce_(0.9)Gd_(0.1)O_(1.9)(CGO)在1000℃烧结时不发生反应;且烧结2h后,二者之间形成良好的接触界面。利用交流阻抗和直流极化技术对电极的性能进行研究发现,随着Ce掺杂量的增加,极化电阻逐渐减小;Sm1.8Ce_(0.2)CuO_4在空气中的极化电阻最小,750℃为0.37Ω·cm^2;氧分压测试结果显示电极反应的速率控制步骤为电极上发生的电荷迁移过程。孙丽萍 霍丽华 赵辉 Christophe Pijolat 2007无机化学学报2007,23,9:5
