2Hot Granules Medium Pressure Forming Process of AA7075 Conical Parts显示文摘High strength aluminum alloy plate has a low elongation at room temperature, which leads to the forming of its components need a high temperature. Liquid or gas is used as the pressure-transfer medium in the existing flexible mould forming process, the heat resistance of the medium and pressurizing device makes the application of aluminum alloy plate thermoforming restricted. To solve this problem, the existing medium is replaced by the heat-resisting solid granules and the general pressure equipments are applied. Based on the pressure-transfer performance test of the solid granules medium, the feasibility that the assumption of the extended Drucker-Prager linear model can be used in the finite element analysis is proved. The constitutive equation, the yield function and the theoretical forming limit diagram(FLD) of AA7075 sheet are established. Through the finite element numerical simulation of hot granules medium pressure forming(HGMF) process, not only the influence laws of the process parameters, such as forming temperature, the blank-holder gap and the diameter of the slab, on sheet metal forming performance are discussed, but also the broken area of the forming process is analyzed and predicted, which are coincided with the technological test. The conical part whose half cone angle is 15° and relative height H/d0 is 0.57, is formed in one process at 250℃. 3Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of the laser solid formed TC4 titanium alloy显示文摘Hot compressive experiments of the laser solid formed(LSFed)TC4 titanium alloy were conducted at a wide temperature range of 650-950℃and strain rate of 0.01-10 s^(-1).The Arrheniustype constitutive models of the LSFed TC4 alloy were established at the temperature range of 800-950℃and of 650-800℃,respectively.The average relative error between the predicted stresses and experimental values in those two temperature ranges are 10.4%and 8.3%,respectively,indicating that the prediction models constructed in this paper are in a good agreement with experimental data.Processing maps were established by the principle of dynamic materials modeling on the basis of the data achieved from the hot compression experiments.The processing parameters corresponding to the stable and unstable regions of material deformation can be determined from the processing maps.The microstructure evolution of the stable and unstable regions of the samples after tests were observed.Finally,the effect of hot compressive parameters on the microstructure were investigated to research the dynamic recrystallization and the texture of the deformed LSFed TC4 alloy.Xiawei YANG Yanying WANG Xiurong DONG Chong PENG Baijin JI Yaxin XU Wenya LI 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:3
4Synthesis of thermoresponsive polystyrene-based comb-type grafted poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)显示文摘Narrowly distributed polystyrene-g-p(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PSt-g-PNIPAM) was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of N-isopropylacrylamide using the brominated polystyrene as macroinitiator and CuCl combined with hexamethyltriethylenetetramine as catalyst. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy confirmed the structure of PSt-g-PNIPAM. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed that the graft copoly- mer had a single distribution peak with molecular weight, Mn (g/mol) of 19815 g/mol (using polystyrene as the standard). 12Lipidomic analyses reveal enhanced lipolysis in planthoppers feeding on resistant host plants显示文摘The brown planthopper(BPH)(Nilaparvata lugens St?l)is a highly destructive pest that seriously damages rice(Oryza sativa L.)and causes severe yield losses.To better understand the physiological and metabolic mechanisms through which BPHs respond to resistant rice,we combined mass-spectrometry-based lipidomics with transcriptomic analysis and gene knockdown techniques to compare the lipidomes of BPHs feeding on either of the two resistant(NIL-Bph6 and NIL-Bph9)plants or a wild-type,BPH susceptible(9311)plant.Insects that were fed on resistant rice transformed triglyceride(TG)to phosphatidylcholine(PC)and digalactosyldiacylglycerol(DGDG),with these lipid classes showing significant alterations in fatty acid composition.Moreover,the insects that were fed on resistant rice were characterized by prominent expression changes in genes involved in lipid metabolism processes.Knockdown of the NlBmm gene,which encodes a lipase that regulates the mobilization of lipid reserves,significantly increased TG content and feeding performance of BPHs on resistant plants relative to dsGFP-injected BPHs.Our study provides the first detailed description of lipid changes in BPHs fed on resistant and susceptible rice genotypes.Results from BPHs fed on resistant rice plants reveal that these insects can accelerate TG mobilization to provide energy for cell proliferation,body maintenance,growth and oviposition.Xiaohong Zheng Yeyun Xin Yaxin Peng Junhan Shan Ning Zhang Di Wu Jianping Guo Jin Huang Wei Guan Shaojie Shi Cong Zhou Rongzhi Chen Bo Du Lili Zhu Fang Yang Xiqin Fu Longping Yuan Guangcun He 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,9:1

16The Pythium periplocum elicitin PpEli2 confers broad-spectrum disease resistance by triggering a novel receptor-dependent immune pathway in plants显示文摘Elicitins are microbe-associated molecular patterns produced by oomycetes to elicit plant defense.It is still unclear whether elicitins derived from non-pathogenic oomycetes can be used as bioactive molecules for disease control.Here,for the first time we identify and characterize an elicitin named PpEli2 from the soil-borne oomycete Pythium periplocum,which is a non-pathogenic mycoparasite colonizing the root ecosystem of diverse plant species.Perceived by a novel cell surface receptor-like protein,REli,that is conserved in various plants(e.g.tomato,pepper,soybean),PpEli2 can induce hypersensitive response cell death and an immunity response in Nicotiana benthamiana.Meanwhile,PpEli2 enhances the interaction between REli and its co-receptor BAK1.The receptor-dependent immune response triggered by PpEli2 is able to protect various plant species against Phytophthora and fungal infections.Collectively,our work reveals the potential agricultural application of non-pathogenic elicitins and their receptors in conferring broad-spectrum resistance for plant protection.Kun Yang Yi Wang Jialu Li Yaxin Du Ying Zhai Dong Liang Danyu Shen Rui Ji Xuexiang Ren Hao Peng Maofeng Jing Daolong Dou 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,2:0
17Protective effects of IRG1/itaconate on acute colitis through the inhibition of gasdermins-mediated pyroptosis and inflammation response显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic relapsing gastrointestinal disorder,while the treatment effect is not satisfactory.Immune responsive gene 1(IRG1)is a highly ex-pressed gene in macrophage in response to inflammatory response and catalyzes the production of itaconate.Studies have reported that IRG1/itaconate has a significant antioxidant effect.This study aimed to investigate the effect and mechanism of IRG1/itaconate on dextran sulfate so-dium(DSS)-induced colitis in vivo and in vitro.In vivo experiments,we found IRG1/itaconate ex-erted protective effects against acute colitis by increasing mice weight,the length of colon,reducing disease activity index and colonic inflammation.Meanwhile,IRG1 deletion aggravated the macrophages/CD4+/CD8+T-cell accumulation,and increased the release of interleukin(IL)-1b,tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),IL-6,the activation of nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB)/mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway,and gasdermin D(GSDMD)mediated pyrop-tosis.Four-octyl itaconate(4-OI),a derivative of itaconate,attenuated these changes,therefore relieved DSS-induced colitis.In vitro experiment,we found 4-OI inhibited the reactive oxygen species production,thereby inhibiting the activation of MAPK/NF-kB signaling pathway in RAW264.7 and murine bone-marrow-derived macrophages.Simultaneously,we found 4-OI inhib-ited caspase1/GSDMD-mediated pyroptosis to reduce the release of cytokines.Finally,we found anti-TNF-a agent reduced the severity of DSS-induced colitis and inhibited gasdermin E(GSDME)-mediated pyroptosis in vivo.Meanwhile,our study revealed that 4-OI inhibited caspase3/GSDME-mediated pyroptosis induced by TNF-a in vitro.Taken together,IRG1/itaconate exerted a pro-tective role in DSS-induced colitis by inhibiting inflammatory response and GSDMD/GSDME-medi-ated pyroptosis,which could be a promising candidate for IBD therapy.Wenchang Yang Yaxin Wang Tao Wang Chengguo Li Liang Shi Peng Zhang Yuping Yin Kaixiong Tao Ruidong Li 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,4:0
18Research on Whitening Efficacy of Supramolecular Azelaic Acid in Zebrafish Models显示文摘To discuss the inhibitory effect of supramolecular azelaic acid(SAZA)and azelaic acid(AZA)on melanin synthesis.The inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was tested in vitro.Zebrafish embryos were exposed to SAZA and AZA in different proportions.The development of embryo melanin was observed and quantitatively analyzed.The experimental result showed that both AZA and SAZA had inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,with IC_(50) of 8.34 mmol/L for AZA and 6.56 mmol/L for SAZA.Zebrafish embryo is basically normally developed,with no obvious deformity.Both AZA and SAZA can inhibit the production of melanin,and the SAZA has a better effect in the same amount of experiment.In addition,AZA is able to inhibit the tyrosinase activity and melanin production in zebrafish embryos.The SAZA prepared by cyclodextrin inclusion has shown better water solubility and significantly improved compatibility.Peng Guanjie Li Yangsi He Shuilian Wang Yaxin Zhao Haishan 2022China Detergent & Cosmetics2022,7,4:0
19Dynamic Changes of Antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in COVID-19 Patients at Early Stage of Outbreak显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by SARS-CoV-2,has spread around the world with high mortality.To diagnose promptly and accurately is the vital step to effectively control its pandemic.Dynamic characteristics of SARSCoV-2-specific antibodies which are important for diagnosis of infection have not been fully demonstrated.In this retrospective,single-center,observational study,we enrolled the initial 131 confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Jin-Yin-Tan Hospital who had at least one-time antibody tested during their hospitalization.The dynamic changes of IgM and IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein in 226 serum samples were detected by ELISA.The sensitivities of IgM and IgG ELISA detection were analyzed.Result showed that the sensitivity of the IgG ELISA detection(92.5%)was significantly higher than that of the IgM(70.8%)(P\0.001).The meantimes of seroconversion for IgM and IgG were6 days and 3 days,respectively.The IgM and IgG antibody levels peaked at around 18 days and 23 days,and then IgM fell to below the baseline level at about day 36,whereas IgG maintained at a relatively high level.In conclusion,antibodies should be detected to aid in diagnosis of COVID-19 infection.IgG could be a sensitive indicator for retrospective diagnosis and contact tracing,while IgM could be an indicator of early infection.Huaqing Shu Shuzhen Wang Shunan Ruan Yaxin Wang Jiancheng Zhang Yin Yuan Hong Liu Yongran Wu Ruiting Li Shangwen Pan Yaqi Ouyang Shiying Yuan Peng Zhou You Shang 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,6:0
