2KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites with BN interface fabricated by polymer infiltration and pyrolysis process显示文摘Continuous silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix(SiC_f/SiC) composites are attractive candidate materials for aerospace engine system and nuclear reactor system. In this paper, SiC_f/SiC composites were fabricated by polymer infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP) process using KD-S fiber as the reinforcement and the LPVCS as the precursor, while the BN interface layer was introduced by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) process using borazine as the single precursor. The effect of the BN interface layer on the structure and properties of the SiC_f/SiC composites was comprehensively investigated. The results showed that the BN interface layer significantly improved the mechanical properties of the KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites. The flexure strength and fracture toughness of the KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites were evidently improved from 314±44.8 to 818±39.6 MPa and 8.6± 0.5 to 23.0±2.2 MPa·m^(1/2), respectively. The observation of TEM analysis displayed a turbostratic structure of the CVD-BN interface layer that facilitated the improvement of the fracture toughness of the SiC_f/SiC composites. 3Dynamic separation of Xe and Kr by metal-organic framework and covalent-organic materials: a comparison with activated charcoal显示文摘We systematically investigate dynamic separation of Xe and Kr at room temperature using four representative porous materials(Cu-BTC, ZIF-8, COP-4 and activated carbon(AC)). Results indicate that among the four materials, Cu-BTC not only shows the highest retention volume per gram(V_g=788 m L g^(-1), which is 1.8 times of activated carbon(436 m L g^(-1))) under flowing condition, but also can separate 350 ppm Xe from 35 ppm Kr mixture in air with a high Xe/Kr selectivity of 8.6 at room temperature and 200 k Pa, due to its suitable pore morphology, open metal sites, small side pockets in the framework. Moreover, the Cu-BTC also performs well on individual separation of Xe, Kr, CO_2 from five-component gas mixture(Xe:Kr:CO_2:Ar:N_2= 1:1:1:1:0.5, V/V) and has the longest retention time for Xe(20 min) in gas chromatographic separation, suggesting that it is a good candidate for potential applications as polymeric sieves.Qian Wan Shunshun Xiong Zhonghua Xiang Shuming Peng Xiaolin Wang Dapeng Cao 2016Science China Chemistry2016,59,5:3
43D carbon network supported porous SiOC ceramics with enhanced microwave absorption properties显示文摘Porous SiOC ceramic was successfully prepared by pyrolysis of dimethylsilicone oil,silane coupling agent and melamine foam.The microwave absorbing properties of porous SiOC were studied for the first time.At the matching layer thickness of 3.0 mm,the paraffin-based composite with porous SiOC displays a minimum reflection coefficient(RC)of-39.13 d B(11.76 GHz)and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 4.64 GHz which are much larger than that of paraffin-based composite with ordinary SiOC.It is found that the porous structure of SiOC is crucial to achieve its high microwave absorption performance by improving both the polarization loss and conduction loss.The enhanced polarization loss is originated from the dipole polarization and interfacial polarization,while the improvement of conduction loss is attributed to the carbon skeleton of porous SiOC.These results indicate that porous SiOC ceramic is a promising candidate for high-performance ceramic-based microwave absorbing materials.Chen Chen Sifan Zeng Xiaochun Han Yongqiang Tan Wanlin Feng Huahai Shen Shuming Peng Haibin Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,19:3
5Compositional dependence of hydrogenation performance of Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb high-entropy alloys for hydrogen/tritium storage显示文摘A series of Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb high-entropy alloys with different Mo concentrations were developed as candidate materials for hydrogen/tritium storage in solid phase.The crystal structures and hydrogenation properties of the Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry techniques.All the alloys have a body-centred cubic single phase structure.The results demonstrate that the cell volume of the Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb hydride decreases with increasing Mo concentration,which reduces their thermal stability.The theoretical calculation proposes that the lower binding energy of the Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb hydride decreases the thermal stability of Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb alloys with higher Mo content.The great hydrogenation performance for all the Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb alloys is owing to their reversible single-phase transformation during the hydrogen absorption-desorption cycle,which would be bene ficial to improving the hydrogen recycling rate and preventing the disproportionation.The compositional dependence of the hydrogenation performance of the Ti-Zr-Hf-Mo-Nb alloys was established and will be useful in designing novel hydrogen/tritium storage materials to satisfy the requirements of diffe rent application fields in hydrogen,solar thermal and nuclear energy.Huahai Shen Jutao Hu Pengcheng Li Gang Huang Jianwei Zhang Jinchao Zhang Yiwu Mao Haiyan Xiao Xiaosong Zhou Xiaotao Zu Xinggui Long Shuming Peng 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,20:2
6Optimization of dynamic sequential test strategy for equipment health management显示文摘Testing is the premise and foundation of realizing equipment health management (EHM). To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy (DSTS) for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision process (POSMDP) is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process (BSMDP) through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run expected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. 7A novel testability model for health management of heading attitude system显示文摘Prognostics and health management (PHM) is very important to guarantee the reliability and safety of aerospace systems, and sensing and test are the precondition of PHM. Integrating design for testability into early design stage of system early design stage is deemed as a fundamental way to improve PHM performance, and testability model is the base of testability analysis and design. This paper discusses a hierarchical model-based approach to testability modeling and analysis for heading attitude system health management. Quantified directed graph, of which the nodes represent components and tests and the directed edges represent fault propagation paths, is used to describe fault-test dependency, and quantitative testability information is assigned to nodes and directed edges. The fault dependencies between nodes can be obtained by functional fault analysis methodology that captures the physical architecture and material flows such as energy, heat, data, and so on. By incorporating physics of failure models into component, the dynamic process of a failing or degrading component can be projected onto system behavior, i.e., system symptoms. Then, the analysis of extended failure modes, mechanisms and effects is utilized to construct fault evolution-test dependency. Using this integrated model, the designers and system analysts can assess the test suite's fault detectability, fault isolability and fault predictability. 9High retention volume covalent organic polymer for xenon capture:Dynamic separation of Xe and Kr显示文摘Xenon capture and Xe/Kr separation are important processes in industry.For instance,Xe/Kr separation is an indispensable step in recycle and treatment of nuclear fuel emission.Among different separation methods,selectively adsorb gas molecules using porous materials is a promising way to reduce the high energy consumption in traditional cryogenic distillation.However,many reported adsorbents still face the challenges of:ⅰ) poor separation property at low Xe/Kr concentrations;ⅱ) insufficient retention volumes,which influence the viability of whole process.In this work,we present a stable covalent organic polymer,i.e.,COP-14,showing promising potential for Xe/Kr separiton.In dynamic breakthrough experiments,COP-14 successfully separates low concentration Xe(350 ppm) and Kr(35 ppm) from target gas mixtures.Meanwhile,the xenon retention volume per gram(1700 mL g^(-1) at 298 K) of COP-14 in dynamics absorption process achieves 3.8 times of benchmark active carbon.The good performance of the newly devloped COP-14 mainly from its rich nitrogen sites and suitable pore size with xenon molecues.The promising results of COP-14 on Xe/Kr separation in this work provide a promising way for designing efficient Xe/Kr separation mateirals.Qian Wang Zhu Meng Juntao Li Shuming Peng Zhonghua Xiang 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5:1

11Screening for a^(177)Lu-labeled CA19–9 monoclonal antibody via PET imaging for colorectal cancer therapy显示文摘Carbohydrate antigen 19–9(CA19–9)with multi epitopes relatively high expresses on colorectal cancer(CRC)cells,making it an attractive target for developing radioimmunotherapy(RIT)for CRC.The lutetium-177(^(177)Lu)labeled monoclonal antibodies(mA bs)can selectively bind the corresponding antigens and release targeted cytotoxic radiation,which could induce cell apoptosis and reduce the drug-induced resistance.Here,a series of CA19–9 m Abs were labeled with zirconium-89(^(89)Zr),and one with high tumor uptake was screened via PET imaging,which has potential application for the diagnosis of CRC.Then the screened m Ab(C003)labeled with^(177)Lu was utilized for CA19–9 targeted RIT,which presents a significant suppression effect on the growth of colo205 xenografts than immunotherapy alone.Meanwhile,the side effects of ^(177)Lu-DOTA-C003 are limited according to the results of in vivo study.Both89Zr-DFO-C003for CRC immune-PET imaging and ^(177)Lu-DOTA-C003 for RIT against CRC exhibit good potential in clinical applications.Jing Wang Liangang Zhuo Peng Zhao Wei Liao Hongyuan Wei Yuchuan Yang Shuming Peng Xia Yang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7:1

14Tricarbocyclic core formation of tyrosine-decahydrofluorenes implies a three-enzyme cascade with XenF-mediated sigmatropic rearrangement as a prerequisite显示文摘Tyrosine-decahydrofluorene derivatives feature a fused[6.5.6]tricarbocyclic core and a 13-membered para-cyclophane ether.Herein,we identified new xenoacremones A,B,and C(1-3)from the fungal strain Xenoacremonium sinensis ML-31 and elucidated their biosynthetic pathway using gene deletion in the native strain and heterologous expression in Aspergillus nidulans.The hybrid polyketide synthaseenonribosomal peptide synthetase(PKS-NRPS)XenE together with enoyl reductase XenG were confirmed to be responsible for the formation of the tyrosine-nonaketide skeleton.This skeleton was subsequently dehydrated by XenA to afford a pyrrolidinone moiety.XenF catalyzed a novel sigmatropic rearrangement to yield a key cyclohexane intermediate as a prerequisite for the formation of the multi-ring system.Subsequent oxidation catalyzed by XenD supplied the substrate for XenC to link the para-cyclophane ether,which underwent subsequent spontaneous Diels-Alder reaction to give the end products.Thus,the results indicated that three novel enzymes XenF,XenD,and XenC coordinate to assemble the[6.5.6]tricarbocyclic ring and para-cyclophane ether during biosynthesis of complex tyrosine-decahydrofluorene derivatives.Zhiguo Liu Wei Li Peng Zhang Jie Fan Fangbo Zhang Caixia Wang Shuming Li Yi Sun Shilin Chen Wenbing Yin 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:1

20First-principles study of He point-defects in HCP rare-earth metals显示文摘He defect properties in Sc, Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Lu were studied using first-principles calculations based on density functional theory. The results indicate that the formation energy of an interstitial He atom is smaller than that of a substitutional He atom in all hcp rare-earth metals considered. Furthermore, the tetrahedral interstitial position is more favorable than an octahedral position for He defects.
