| 2 | 长期保护性耕种方式对农田表层土壤性质的影响显示文摘研究了不同耕种方式对澳大利亚同一地区3种土壤表层(0-5cm)理化性质的作用,以揭示保护性耕作对土壤质量恢复的影响。结果表明:免耕穴播/保留残茬(DD/SR)、多年生人工草地(PP)和自然草地(NP)表层土壤的〉2mm水稳性团聚体含量、全氮、有机碳含量、田间持水量均显著高于其相应对照传统耕作/秸秆焚烧(CC/SB)、人工草地/作物轮作(PPC)和耕作(CT)的;土壤全氮含量、田间持水量分别与有机碳含量之间有极显著的正相关关系(r=0.994**,r=0.996**,n=6),而受土壤质地等因素的影响较小;在同一类型的土壤上,土壤有机碳含量与水稳定性团聚体含量之间存在显著的相关性;在不同试验区,耕作措施对表层土壤容重和孑L隙分布的影响存在较大差异;秸秆焚烧和施用石膏对表层土壤的pH及交换性阳离子含量有较大的影响。研究表明长期保护性耕作、草田轮作或多年生草地有利于提高表层土壤有机碳含量和结构稳定性,从而改善土壤的供肥供水能力。 | 张国盛 K Y Chan G D Li D P Heenan | 2008 | 生态学报2008，28，6： | 45 |
| 3 | Percutaneous transgastric computed tomography-guided biopsy of the pancreas using large needles显示文摘AIM:To assess the safety,yield and clinical utility of percutaneous transgastric computed tomography(CT)-guided biopsy of pancreatic tumor using large needles, in selected patients. METHODS:We reviewed 34 CT-guided biopsies in patients with pancreas mass,of whom 24(71%)had a direct path to the mass without passing through a major organ.The needle passed through the liver in one case(3%).Nine passes(26%)were made through the stomach.These nine transgastric biopsies which used a coaxial technique(i.e.a 17-gauge coaxial introducer needle and an 18-gauge biopsy needle)were the basis of this study.Immediate and late follow-up CT images to detect complications were obtained. RESULTS:Tumor tissues were obtained in nine pancreatic biopsies,and histologic specimens for diagnosis were obtained in all cases.One patient,who had a rare sarco-matoid carcinoma,received a second biopsy.One patient had a complication of transient pneumoperitoneum but no subjective complaints.An immediate imaging study and clinical follow-up detected neither hemorrhage nor peritonitis.No delayed procedure-related complication was seen during the survival period of our patients.CONCLUSION:Pancreatic biopsy can be obtained by a transgastric route using a large needle as an alternative method,without complications of peritonitis or bleeding. | Hsiuo-Shan Tseng Chia-Yuen Chen Wing P Chan Jen-Huey Chiang | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，47： | 11 |

| 5 | Response to endoscopic therapy for biliary anastomotic strictures in deceased versus living donor liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND:Endoscopic therapy has been successful in the management of biliary complications after both deceased donor liver transplantation(DDLT) and living donor liver transplantation(LDLT).LDLT is thought to be associated with higher rates of biliary complications,but there are few studies comparing the success of endoscopic management of anastomotic strictures between the two groups.This study aims to compare our experience in the endoscopic management of anastomotic strictures in DDLT versus LDLT.METHODS:This is a retrospective database review of all liver transplant patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) after liver transplantation.The frequency of anastomotic stricture and the time to develop and to resolve anastomotic stricture were compared between DDLT and LDLT.The response of anastomotic stricture to endoscopic therapy was also analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 362 patients underwent liver transplantation between 2003 and 2011,with 125 requiring ERCP to manage biliary complications.Thirty-three(9.9%) cases of DDLT and 8(27.6%) of LDLT(P=0.01) were found to have anastomotic stricture.When comparing DDLT and LDLT,there was no difference in the mean time to the development of anastomotic strictures(98±17 vs 172±65 days,P=0.11),likelihood of response to ERCP [22(66.7%) vs 6(75.0%),P=0.69],mean time to the resolution of anastomotic strictures(268±77 vs 125±37 days,P=0.34),and the number of ERCPs required to achieve resolution(3.9±0.4 vs 4.7±0.9,P=0.38).CONCLUSIONS:Endoscopic therapy is effective in the majority of biliary complications relating to liver transplantation.Anastomotic strictures occur more frequently in LDLT compared with DDLT,with equivalent endoscopic treatment response and outcomes for both groups. | Calvin HY Chan Fergal Donnellan Michael F Byrne Alan Coss Mazhar Haque Holly Wiesenger Charles H Scudamore Urs P Steinbrecher Alan A Weiss Eric M Yoshida | 2013 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2013，12，5： | 7 |

| 8 | Th1 cytokines promote T-cell binding to antigen-presenting cells via enhanced hyaluronan production and accumulation at the immune synapse显示文摘Hyaluronan(HA)production by dendritic cells(DCs)is known to promote antigen presentation and to augment T-cell activation and proliferation.We hypothesized that pericellular HA can function as intercellular‘glue’directly mediating T cell–DC binding.Using primary human cells,we observed HA-dependent binding between T cells and DCs,which was abrogated upon pre-treatment of the DCs with 4-methylumbelliferone(4-MU),an agent which blocks HA synthesis.Furthermore,T cells regulate HA production by DCs via T cell-derived cytokines in a T helper(Th)subset-specific manner,as demonstrated by the observation that cell-culture supernatants from Th1 but not Th2 clones promote HA production.Similar effects were seen upon the addition of exogenous Th1 cytokines,IL-2,interferon c(IFN-c)and tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-a).The critical factors which determined the extent of DC–T cell binding in this system were the nature of the pre-treatment the DCs received and their capacity to synthesize HA,as T-cell clones which were pre-treated with monensin,added to block cytokine secretion,bound equivalently irrespective of their Th subset.These data support the existence of a feedforward loop wherein T-cell cytokines influence DC production of HA,which in turn affects the extent of DC–T cell binding.We also document the presence of focal deposits of HA at the immune synapse between T-cells and APC and on dendritic processes thought to be important in antigen presentation.These data point to a pivotal role for HA in DC–T cell interactions at the IS. | Paul L Bollyky Stephen P Evanko Rebecca P Wu Susan Potter-Perigo S Alice Long Brian Kinsella Helena Reijonen Kelly Guebtner Brandon Teng Christina K Chan Kathy R Braun John A Gebe Gerald T Nepom Thomas N Wight | 2010 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010，7，3： | 3 |

| 11 | Axial strain enhances osteotomy repair with a concomitant increase in connexin43 expression显示文摘The mechanical environment is known to influence fracture healing. We speculated that connexin43(Cx43) gap junctions, which impact skeletal homeostasis, fracture healing and the osteogenic response to mechanical load,may play a role in mediating the response of the healing bone to mechanical strain. Here, we used an established rat fracture model, which uses a 2 mm osteotomy gap stabilized by an external fixator, to examine the impact of various cyclical axial loading protocols(2%, 10%, and 30% strain) on osteotomy healing. We examined the presence of Cx43 in the osteotomy-healing environment and assessed how mechanical strain modulates Cx43 expression patterns in the callus. We demonstrated that increased cyclical axial strain results in increased radiographic and histologic bone formation. In addition, we show by immunohistochemistry that Cx43 is abundantly expressed in the healing callus, with the expression most robust in samples exposed to increased cyclical axial strain.
