| 1 | 日本东北9.0级地震的同震与震后滑动显示文摘大部分强震都发生在海沟,那里是海洋板块向大陆板块俯冲的地方。大量矩震级MW9.0以上的地震发生在若干区域,包括智利,阿拉斯加,堪察加半岛和苏门答腊岛等。位于太平洋板块俯冲鄂霍茨克板块的日本海沟,历史记载上没有发生过MW9.0地震,除了至今震级还有争议的公元869年Jogan大地震[1](可能超过MW9.0)。然而,根据最新的大地测量资料估算的应变积累速率比已发生的板块间地震的平均释放速率要高[2~6]。这一发现又引发了这样的疑问:这些区域如何释放积累的应变。2011年3月11日发生的逆冲型MW9.0强震(下文中均称为日本东北大地震),撕裂了日本东北部的太平洋海岸板块边界。我们报道根据GPS网络监测到的地表位移确定的同震与震后滑动特征。同震滑移区域沿日本海沟方向长约400 km,与震前闭锁区域基本吻合[4]。震后滑动不仅覆盖了同震滑移区域,而且扩展到了其邻区,甚至其影响已经达到100 km深度区域,引起2011年3月25日的MW8.3地震。由于东北地震释放了积累数百年的应变,之前提到的应变积累与释放不平衡的问题可能得到部分解释。这次东北地震同时也提醒我们,即使在过去没有发生过强震的其它海沟地区,也有发生MW9.0强震的潜在危险。因此,利用空间对地形变观测技术监测应变积累,以确定强震潜在危险区是非常重要的。 | Shinzaburo Ozawa Takuya Nishimura Hisashi Suito Tomokazu Kobayashi Mikio Tobita Tetsuro Imakiire 张慧(译) 焦明若(校) | 2011 | 华南地震2011,31,3: | 30 |

| 3 | Imaging of community-acquired pneumonia: Roles of imaging examinations, imaging diagnosis of specific pathogens and discrimination from noninfectious diseases显示文摘This article reviews roles of imaging examinations in the management of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP), imaging diagnosis of specific CAP and discrimination between CAP and noninfectious diseases. Chest radiography is usually enough to confirm the diagnosis of CAP, whereas computed tomography is required to suggest specific pathogens and to discriminate from noninfectious diseases. Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, tuberculosis, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and some cases of viral pneumonia sometimes show specific imaging findings. Peribronchial nodules, especially tree-in-bud appearance, are fairly specific for infection. Evidences of organization, such as concavity of the opacities, traction bronchiectasis, visualization of air bronchograms over the entire length of the bronchi, or mild parenchymal distortion are suggestive of organizing pneumonia. | 5 | Treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients receiving antiplatelet therapy显示文摘Antiplatelet therapy is the standard of care for the secondary prevention of acute coronary syndrome and ischemic stroke, especially after coronary intervention. However, this therapy is associated with bleeding complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding, which is one of the most common life-threatening complications. Early endoscopy is recommended for most patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. After successful endoscopic hemostasis, immediate resumption of antiplatelet therapy with proton-pump inhibitors(PPIs) is recommended to prevent further ischemic events. PPI prophylaxis during antiplatelet therapy reduces the risk of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. | 14 | Evaluation of safety for hepatectomy in a novel mouse model with nonalcoholic-steatohepatitis显示文摘AIM To investigate whether the liver resection volume in a newly developed nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) model influences surgical outcome.METHODS For establishment of a NASH model, mice were fed a high-fat diet for 4 wk, administered CCl_4 for the last 2 wk, and administered T0901317 for the last 5 d. We divided these mice into two groups: A 30% partial hepatectomy(PH) of NASH liver group and a 70% PH of NASH liver group. In addition, a 70% PH of normal liver group served as the control. Each group was evaluated for survival rate, regeneration, apoptosis, necrosis and DNA expression after PH.RESULTS In the 70% PH of NASH group, the survival rate was significantly decreased compared with that in the control and 30% PH of NASH groups(P < 0.01). 10 of 32 mice in the NASH 70% PH group died within 48 h after PH. Serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels and total bilirubin(T-Bil) in the NASH 70% PH group were significantly higher than the levels in the other two groups(AST: P < 0.05, T-Bil: P < 0.01). In both PH of NASH groups, signaling proteins involved in regeneration were expressed at lower levels than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The 70% PH of NASH group also exhibited a lower number of Ki-67-positive cells and higher rates of apoptosis and necrosis than the NASH 30% PH group(P < 0.01). In addition, DNA microarray assays showed differences in gene expression associated with cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.CONCLUSION The function of the residual liver is impaired in fatty liver compared to normal liver. | 17 | Cellular irinotecan resistance in colorectal cancer and overcoming irinotecan refractoriness through various combination trials including DNA methyltransferase inhibitors: a review显示文摘Treatment with pharmacological drugs for colorectal cancer(CRC)remains unsatisfactory.A major cause of failure in pharmacotherapy is the resistance of colon cancer cells to the drugs,creating an urgent issue.In this review,we summarize previous studies on the resistance of CRC cells to irinotecan and discuss possible reasons for refractoriness.Our review presents the following five major causes of irinotecan resistance in human CRC:(1)cellular irinotecan resistance is induced mainly through the increased expression of the drug efflux transporter,ABCG2;(2)cellular irinotecan resistance is also induced in association with a nuclear receptor,pregnane/steroid X receptor(PXR/SXR),which is enriched in the CYP3A4 gene enhancer region in CRC cells by exposing the cells to SN-38;(3)irinotecan-resistant cells possess either reduced DNA topoisomerase I(Top1)expression at both the mRNA and protein levels or Top1 missense mutations;(4)alterations in the tumor microenvironment lead to drug resistance through intercellular vesicle-mediated transmission of miRNAs;and(5)CRC stem cells are the most difficult targets to successfully treat CRC.In the clinical setting,CRC gradually develops resistance to initially effective irinotecan-based therapy.To solve this problem,several clinical trials,such as irinotecan plus cetuximab vs.cetuximab monotherapy,have been conducted.Another clinical trial on irinotecan plus guadecitabine,a DNA-methyltransferase inhibitor,has also been conducted. | Shogo Ozawa Toshitaka Miura Jun Terashima Wataru Habano | 2021 | Cancer Drug Resistance2021,4,4: | 2 |
