1Correlation between electrical conductivity–optical band gap energy and precursor molarities ultrasonic spray deposition of ZnO thin films显示文摘ZnO thin films were deposited using the simple,flexible and cost-effective spray ultrasonic technique at different precursor molarities values.The films were deposited on a glass substrate at 350 C.This paper is to presentanewapproachtothedescriptionofcorrelationbetweenelectricalconductivityandopticalgapenergywith precursor molarity of ZnO thin films.The ZnO films exhibit higher electrical n-type semiconductors,whose band gap energy increased from 3.08 to 3.37 eV with an increasing of precursor molarity of 0.05 to 0.1 M.The maximum value of electrical conductivity of the films is 7.96(cm)1obtained in the ZnO thin film for precursor molarity0.125 M.The correlation between the electrical and the optical properties with the precursor molarity suggests that the electrical conductivity of the films is predominantly influenced by the band gap energy and the precursor molarity.The measurement of the electrical conductivity of the films with correlation is equal to the experimental with the error is about 1%in the higher conductivity.Said Benramache Okba Belahssen Abderrazak Guettaf Ali Arif 2013Journal of Semiconductors2013,34,11:5

9The calculation of band gap energy in zinc oxide films显示文摘We investigated the optical properties of undoped zinc oxide thin films as the n-type semiconductor;the thin films were deposited at different precursor molarities by ultrasonic spray and spray pyrolysis techniques.The thin films were deposited at different substrate temperatures ranging between 200 and 500°C. In this paper, we present a new approach to control the optical gap energy of ZnO thin films by concentration of the ZnO solution and substrate temperatures from experimental data, which were published in international journals. The model proposed to calculate the band gap energy with the Urbach energy was investigated. The relation between the experimental data and theoretical calculation suggests that the band gap energies are predominantly estimated by the Urbach energies, film transparency, and concentration of the ZnO solution and substrate temperatures. The measurements by these proposal models are in qualitative agreements with the experimental data; the correlation coefficient values were varied in the range 0.96–0.99999, indicating high quality representation of data based on Equation(2), so that the relative errors of all calculation are smaller than 4%. Thus, one can suppose that the undoped ZnO thin films are chemically purer and have many fewer defects and less disorder owing to an almost complete chemical decomposition and contained higher optical band gap energy.Ali Arif Okba Belahssen Salim Gareh Said Benramache 2015Journal of Semiconductors2015,36,1:0
10Effect of band gap energy on the electrical conductivity in doped ZnO thin film显示文摘The transparent conductive pure and doped zinc oxide thin films with aluminum, cobalt and indium were deposited by ultrasonic spray technique on glass substrate at 350 C. This paper is to present a new approach to the description of correlation between electrical conductivity and optical gap energy with dopants' concentration of Al, Co and In. The correlation between the electrical and optical properties with doping level suggests that the electrical conductivity of the films is predominantly estimated by the band gap energy and the concentrations of Al, Co and In. The measurement in the electrical conductivity of doped films with correlation is equal to the experimental value, the error of this correlation is smaller than 13%. The minimum error value was estimated in the cobalt-doped ZnO thin films. 11A semantic web services discovery approach based on a mobile agent using metadata显示文摘Purpose-The success of web services involved the adoption of this technology by different service providers through the web,which increased the number of web services,as a result making their discovery a tedious task.The UDDI standard has been proposed for web service publication and discovery.However,it lacks sufficient semantic description in the content of web services,which makes it difficult to find and compose suitable web services during the analysis,search,and matching processes.In addition,few works on semantic web services discovery take into account the user’s profile.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the web services discovery by reducing the search space and increasing the number of relevant services.Design/methodology/approach-The authors propose a new approach for the semantic web services discovery based on the mobile agent,user profile and metadata catalog.In the approach,each user can be described by a profile which is represented in two dimensions:personal dimension and preferences dimension.The description of web service is based on two levels:metadata catalog and WSDL.Findings-First,the semantic web services discovery reduces the number of relevant services through the application of matching algorithm“semantic match”.The result of this first matching restricts the search space at the level of UDDI registry,which allows the users to have good results for the“functional match”.Second,the use of mobile agents as a communication entity reduces the traffic on the network and the quantity of exchanged information.Finally,the integration of user profile in the service discovery process facilitates the expression of the user needs and makes intelligible the selected service.Originality/value-To the best knowledge of the authors,this is the first attempt at implementing the mobile agent technology with the semantic web service technology.Nadia Ben Seghir Okba Kazar Khaled Rezeg Samir Bourekkache 2017International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics2017,10,1:0
12Intelligent Intrusion Detection System for the Internet of Medical Things Based on Data-Driven Techniques显示文摘Introducing IoT devices to healthcare fields has made it possible to remotely monitor patients’information and provide a proper diagnosis as needed,resulting in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT).However,obtaining good security features that ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient’s information is a significant challenge.However,due to the computational resources being limited,an edge device may struggle to handle heavy detection tasks such as complex machine learning algorithms.Therefore,designing and developing a lightweight detection mechanism is crucial.To address the aforementioned challenges,a new lightweight IDS approach is developed to effectively combat a diverse range of cyberattacks in IoMT networks.The proposed anomaly-based IDS is divided into three steps:pre-processing,feature selection,and decision.In the pre-processing phase,data cleaning and normalization are performed.In the feature selection step,the proposed approach uses two data-driven kernel techniques:kernel principal component analysis and kernel partial least square techniques to reduce the dimension of extracted features and to ameliorate the detection results.Therefore,in decision step,in order to classify whether the traffic flow is normal or malicious the kernel extreme learning machine is used.To check the efficiency of the developed detection scheme,a modern IoMT dataset named WUSTL-EHMS-2020 is considered to evaluate and discuss the achieved results.The proposed method achieved 99.9%accuracy,99.8%specificity,100%Sensitivity,99.9 F-score.Okba Taouali Sawcen Bacha Khaoula Ben Abdellafou Ahamed Aljuhani Kamel Zidi Rehab Alanazi Mohamed Faouzi Harkat 2023Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,47,11:0
