1结膜滤过泡组织病理学特性显示文摘目的:描述并比较在修复小梁切除术和由于疏忽造成的滤过泡时得到的的结膜的组织学特征并评价抗纤维变性药物的作用。方法:我们对经过晚期滤过泡修复的28只眼的结膜标本采用常规石蜡制作的方法和光学显微镜下检查进行仔细观察:19只眼为渗漏的小梁切除术滤过泡,5只眼为无渗漏的小梁切除术滤过泡,4只眼为由于疏忽造成的滤过泡。定量分析的组织学特征包括结膜上皮的厚度,基质血管供应,鳞状组织化生,基质炎症细胞浸润和杯状细胞的密度。并且分析了手术类型,存在渗漏,先前的局部用药,应用抗纤维化药物都与组织学检查所见并置对比。结果:与由于疏忽造成的滤过泡的对照组相比,小梁切除术的滤过泡(渗漏的和无渗漏的)显示上皮的厚度(P〈0.02),杯状细胞的密度(P〈0.001)和血管供应(P〈0.001)全部降低。接受过抗纤维化药物的结膜比先前未受抗纤维化药物影响的结膜的上皮细胞层数更少(P〈0.05)。结论:小梁切除术后切除的薄的滤过泡的组织学分析证明上皮的厚度和杯状细胞的密度与由于疏忽造成的滤过泡相比均降低。与正常结膜相比。Brian A. 18微生物合成纳米银的一般方法及产物性质鉴定与生产应用显示文摘纳米银具有独特的理化性质,在化学、医药等领域应用广泛,但使用化学和物理法生产纳米银毒性较强且污染严重,因此,微生物法成为了一种可供替代的绿色生产技术。近年来,微生物法合成纳米银的报道逐渐增多,对其反应条件和产物性质的研究趋于成熟,纳米银也开始与多个应用领域相结合。归纳现有微生物合成方法的规律,阐述产物的性质及应用,比较其与传统材料的优势与不足,将有助于推动微生物与纳米技术的结合与进步。基于国内外学者的报道和本课题组所开展的相关研究,本文对微生物法合成纳米银的一般检验手段和功能鉴定方法进行综述,并就纳米银的应用展开设想与讨论,以期为微生物法合成纳米银的深入研究和优化改进提供参考。董周焱 Manik Prabhu Narsing Rao 肖敏 李文均 2019微生物学杂志2019,39,3:1
