1UAV Online Path Planning Algorithm in a Low Altitude Dangerous Environment显示文摘UAV online path-planning in a low altitude dangerous environment with dense obstacles, static threats(STs)and dynamic threats(DTs), is a complicated, dynamic, uncertain and real-time problem. We propose a novel method to solve the problem to get a feasible and safe path. Firstly STs are modeled based on intuitionistic fuzzy set(IFS) to express the uncertainties in STs. The methods for ST assessment and synthesizing are presented. A reachability set(RS) estimator of DT is developed based on rapidly-exploring random tree(RRT) to predict the threat of DT. Secondly a subgoal selector is proposed and integrated into the planning system to decrease the cost of planning, accelerate the path searching and reduce threats on a path. Receding horizon(RH) is introduced to solve the online path planning problem in a dynamic and partially unknown environment. A local path planner is constructed by improving dynamic domain rapidly-exploring random tree(DDRRT) to deal with complex obstacles. RRT* is embedded into the planner to optimize paths. 2Effects of weaning age on growth, nutrient digestibility and metabolism,and serum parameters in Hu lambs显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effect of weaning age on growth performance, nutrient digestion and metabolism, and serological indicators, and to obtain an optimal weaning age in Hu lambs.Forty-eight newborn Hu lambs(birth weight, 2.53 ± 0.14 kg) were randomly divided into 4 groups. The lambs in control group(ER) suckled their dams. The lambs in other three experimental groups were weaned on milk replacer at 10.20, and 30 days of age(EW10, EW20, and EW30 groups),respectively. The results were as follows: 1) lambs in EW10 and EW30 groups had a lower(P < 0.05) ADG than those in ER group within 10 days post-weaning; the weaned lambs began to show a higher(P < 0.05) ADG than those in ER group after 20 days post-weaning. 2) EW10 and EW20 groups had a higher(P < 0.05) creep feed intake than EW30 and ER groups from 15 to 60 days of age. 3) The apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, gross energy, nitrogen, ether extract and phosphorus, and the deposition of nitrogen and phosphorus did not differ(P > 0.05) among groups; however, the apparent digestibility and deposition of calcium in early weaned lambs were lower(P < 0.05) than those in ewe-reared lambs. 4)The albumin content in EW30 group was lower(P < 0.05) than that in ER group; the globulin content in EW30 group was higher(P < 0.05) than that in other groups; the content of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 in weaned lambs tended to increase compared with lambs in ER group. Finally, the growth rate of lambs decreased within 10 days post-weaning, but early weaning boosted creep feed intake, leading to better growth and health later in life. 3Effect of supplementation of allicin on methanogenesis and ruminal microbial flora in Dorper crossbred ewes显示文摘Background: Garlic extracts have been reported to be effective in reducing methanogenesis. Related mechanisms are not well illustrated, however, and most studies have been conducted in vitro. This study investigates the effects of supplementary allicin(AL) in sheep diet on in vivo digestibility, rumen fermentation, and shifts of microbial flora.Methods: Two experiments were conducted using Dorper × thin-tailed Han crossbred ewes. In experiment 1,eighteen ewes(60.0 ± 1.73 kg BW) were randomly assigned for 29 days to either of two dietary treatments: a basal diet or the basal diet supplemented with 2.0 g AL/head?day to investigate supplementary AL on nutrient digestibility and methane emissions. In experiment 2, six ewes(65.2 ± 2.0 kg BW) with ruminal canulas were assigned to the same two dietary treatments as in experiment 1 for 42 days to investigate supplementary AL on ruminal fermentation and microbial flora. The methane emissions were determined using an open-circuit respirometry system and microbial assessment was done by q PCR of 16 S r RNA genes.Results: Supplementary AL increased the apparent digestibility of organic matter(P < 0.001), nitrogen(P = 0.006),neutral detergent fiber(P < 0.001), and acid detergent fiber(P = 0.002). Fecal nitrogen output was reduced(P = 0.001)but urinary nitrogen output was unaffected(P = 0.691), while nitrogen retention(P = 0.077) and nitrogen retention/nitrogen intake(P = 0.077) tended to increase. Supplementary AL decreased methane emissions scaled to metabolic bodyweight by 5.95 %(P = 0.007) and to digestible organic matter intake by 8.36 %(P = 0.009). Ruminal p H was unaffected(P = 0.601) while ammonia decreased(P = 0.024) and total volatile fatty acids increased(P = 0.024) in response to supplementary AL. Supplementary AL decreased the population of methanogens(P = 0.001) and tended to decrease that of protozoans(P = 0.097), but increased the populations of F. succinogenes(P < 0.001), R. flavefaciens(P = 0.001), and B. fibrisolvens(P = 0.001).Conclusions: Supplementation of AL at 2.0 g/head?day effectively enhanced OM, N, NDF, and ADF digestibility and reduced daily methane emissions(L/kg BW0.75) in ewes, probably by decreasing the population of ruminal protozoans and methanogens.Tao Ma Dandan Chen Yan Tu Naifeng Zhang Bingwen Si Kaidong Deng Qiyu Diao 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,2:9
4Diversity and conservation of Chinese wild begonias显示文摘Begonia, one of the most diverse plant taxa and the fifth or sixth largest angiosperm genus, consists of over1800 accepted species. The number of species recognized within this genus has greatly increased over the past 20 years, rising from 80 to 200 species in China alone. Based on recent field surveys, the number of begonia species in China is predicted to be between 250 and 300. Given the large number of begonia species that still remain to be described, further taxonomical work is urgently required. This is especially true for Chinese Begonia, in which there is a huge diversity of habitat, habit, plant size, leaf type, flower and fruit morphology, and most species are narrowly distributed in isolated habitats that are subject to negative disturbances from climate change, as well as agricultural and industrial activities. Although the conservation status for the majority of species has been evaluated using the standards of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, the results don't represent the truth in many species, and also about11.5% of which are data-absent. In addition, illegal collection and over-harvesting of wild begonias for ornamental or medicinal use has increased due to the rapid development of internet commerce. Far more often than predicted, these species should be categorized as rare and endangered and require immediate protection. Ex situ conservation of Chinese begonias started in 1995 and over 60% of the total species have been so far introduced into cultivation by several major botanical gardens in China. However, only few research institutions, limited funds and human resources have been involved in Begonia conservation;moreover, no project has conducted reintroduction. Therefore, more conservation-based work remains to be done. Improved conservation of Chinese begonias in the future depends on further field survey, an improved understanding of population diversity, and integrative approaches, including in situ and ex situ conservation, seed banking, and plant reintroduction. Species-targeted conservation zones should be established for endangered species excluded from the existing nature reserves. 5Role of methionine on epigenetic modification of DNA methylation and gene expression in animals显示文摘DNA methylation is one of the main epigenetic phenomena affecting gene expression.It is an important mechanism for the development of embryo,growth and health of animals.As a key nutritional factor limiting the synthesis of protein,methionine serves as the precursor of S-adenosylmethionine(SAM) in the hepatic one-carbon metabolism.The dietary fluctuation of methionine content can alter the levels of metabolic substrates in one-carbon metabolism,e.g.,the SAM,S-adenosylhomocysteine(SAH),and change the expression of genes related to the growth and health of animals by DNA methylation reactions.The ratio of SAM to SAH is called ‘methylation index' but it should be carefully explained because the complexity of methylation reaction.Alterations of methylation in a specific cytosine-guanine(Cp G)site,rather than the whole promoter region,might be enough to change gene expression.Aberrant methionine cycle may provoke molecular changes of one-carbon metabolism that results in deregulation of cellular hemostasis and health problems.The importance of DNA methylation has been underscored but the mechanisms of methionine affecting DNA methylation are poorly understood.Nutritional epigenomics provides a promising insight into the targeting epigenetic changes in animals from a nutritional standpoint,which will deepen and expand our understanding of genes,molecules,tissues,and animals in which methionine alteration influences DNA methylation and gene expression.Naifeng Zhang 2018Animal Nutrition2018,,1:4

11Geochemistry and tectonic significance of Early Cretaceous granites in Highland 1248 of Daxing'anling显示文摘The Early Cretaceous granitic complex in Highland 1248 of Daxing'anling successively consists of intruded granodiorite,monzonite granite and syenite granite. Through test analysis on the major,trace and rare earth elements of the intrusive complex,this study focuses on the source characteristics and tectonic environment of the original magma of intrusive complex. The results show that the intrusive rocks in Highland 1248 are meta-aluminous-peraluminous rocks in calc-alkaline series with homologous characteristics in δEu negative anomalies; the complex is enriched in LILE( Rb,Cs and K) and depleted in HFSE( lanthanide,Sc,Y,U,Nb and Ta),displaying the geochemical characteristics of I-type granites in active continental-margin subduction zones. The complex also has the characteristics of granites after the collision of plate with rich aluminum and high potassium,but significantly depleted Nb,Ta,Ti,P and other elements,i. e. in the orogenic evolutionary stage. 18Net protein and metabolizable protein requirements for maintenance and growth of early-weaned Dorper crossbred male lambs显示文摘Background: Dorper is an important breed for meat purpose and widely used in the livestock industry of the world.However, the protein requirement of Dorper crossbred has not been investigated. The current paper reports the net protein(NP) and metabolizable protein(MP) requirements of Dorper crossbred ram lambs from 20 to 35 kg BW.Methods: Thirty-five Dorper × thin-tailed Han crossbred lambs weaned at approximately 50 d of age(20.3 ± 2.15 kg of BW) were used. Seven lambs of 25 kg BW were slaughtered as the baseline animals at the start of the trial. An intermediate group of seven randomly selected lambs fed ad libitum was slaughtered at 28.6 kg BW. The remaining 21 lambs were randomly divided into three levels of dry matter intake: ad libitum or 70% or 40% of ad libitum intake. Those lambs were slaughtered when the lambs fed ad libitum reached 35 kg BW. Total body N and N retention were measured.Results: The daily NP and MP requirements for maintenance were 1.89 and 4.52 g/kg metabolic shrunk BW(SBW0.75).The partial efficiency of MP utilization for maintenance was 0.42. The NP requirement for growth ranged from 12.1 to 43.5 g/d, for the lambs gaining 100 to 350 g/d, and the partial efficiency of MP utilization for growth was 0.86.Conclusions: The NP and MP requirements for the maintenance and growth of Dorper crossbred male lambs were lower than the recommendations of American and British nutritional systems.Tao Ma Kaidong Deng Yan Tu Naifeng Zhang Bingwen Si Guishan Xu Qiyu Diao 2017Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2017,8,3:1
