1基于RS/GIS的四湖地区湖泊水域百年变迁研究显示文摘四湖地区是长江中游江汉平原的重要湖泊分布区,在历史时期湖泊分布广阔,是著名的云梦泽的主体。由于江湖关系演变和人类活动的影响,湖泊面积变化迅速,尤以20世纪为甚。在野外调查和历史文献分析的基础上,利用不同时期的水利图、地形图、遥感影像图作为基本信息源,在GIS技术支持下,提取湖泊面积信息,对四湖地区近百年湖泊水域变化进行了研究。结果显示,从20世纪20年代开始湖泊面积和个数呈先增加后减少的趋势,50年代处于鼎盛时期,50年代初期到70年代初期迅速减少,70年代至2000年减幅明显减缓。这种动态变化是自然因素和人类活动综合作用的结果,人类活动的作用更为突出。针对湖泊水域日益减少的现状,应加强对湖泊资源的保护力度,并在此基础上进行合理开发和利用。魏显虎 杜耘 Yasunori NAKA YAMA 薛怀平 任宪友 2005长江流域资源与环境2005,14,3:17
2MUC5AC/β-catenin expression and KRAS gene alteration in laterally spreading colorectal tumors显示文摘AIM:To clarify differences in mucin phenotype, prolif-erative activity and oncogenetic alteration among subtypes of colorectal laterally spreading tumor (LST). METHODS:LSTs, defined as superficial elevated lesions greater than 10 mm in diameter with a low vertical axis, were macroscopically classified into two subtypes:(1) a granular type (Gr-LST) composed of superficially spreading aggregates of nodules forming a flat-based lesion with a granulonodular and uneven surface; and (2) a non-granular type (NGr-LST) with a flat smooth surface and an absence of granulonodular formation. A total of 69 LSTs, comprising 36 Gr-LSTs and 33 NGr-LSTs, were immunohistochemically stained with MUC2, MUC5AC,MUC6, CD10 (markers of gastrointestinal cell lineage), p53, β-catenin and Ki-67 antibodies, and examined for alteration in exon 1 of v-Ki-ras2 Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) and exon 15 of v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homologue B1 (BRAF) by poly-merase chain reaction followed by direct sequencing. RESULTS:Histologically, 15 Gr-LST samples were adenomas with low-grade dysplasia (LGD), 12 were high-grade dysplasia (HGD) and 9 were adenocarcinomas invading the submucosa (INV), while 12 NGr-LSTs demonstrated LGD, 14 HGD and 7 INV. In the proximal colon, MUC5AC expression was significantly higher in the Gr-type than the NGr-type. MUC6 was expressed only in NGr-LST. MUC2 or CD10 did not differ. P53 expression demonstrated a significant stepwise increment in progression through LGD-HGD-INV with both types of LST. Nuclear β-catenin expression was significantly higher in the NGr-type. Ki-67 expression was signifi-cantly higher in the Gr-type in the lower one third zone of the tumor. In proximal, but not distal colon tumors, the incidence of KRAS provided mutation was signifi-cantly higher in the Gr-type harboring a specific mutational pattern (G12V). BRAF mutations (V600E) were detected only in two Gr-LSTs. 6INTERFACIAL STRUCTURE AND PHASE REACTION IN SiC/NiCr ALLOY JOINT显示文摘Bonding of SiC to SiC using Ni and Ni - 25at%Cr foils was performed at high temperature.Interface structures and reaction phases were investigated by EPMA analyses and XRD diffraction method, re- spectively. 7Factors associated with incomplete colonoscopy at a Japanese academic hospital显示文摘AIM:To evaluate significant risk factors for incomplete colonoscopy at a Japanese academic hospital.METHODS:A total of 11812 consecutive Japanese people were identified who underwent a colonoscopy at an academic hospital.A multiple logistic regression model was used to evaluate retrospectively the significant risk factors for incomplete colonoscopy.RESULTS:The cecal intubation rate was 95.0%.By univariate analysis,age,female sex,poor bowel cleansing,and a history of abdominal or pelvic surgery were significant risk factors for incomplete colonoscopy(P<0.001).Moreover,age-and sex-adjusted analysis showed that significant risk factors for incomplete colonoscopy were female sex(OR=1.38,95%CI:1.17-1.64,P=0.0002),age≥60 years old(OR=1.44,95%CI:1.22-1.71,P<0.0001),a history of prior abdominal or pelvic surgery(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.28-1.86,P<0.0001),poor bowel cleansing(OR=4.64,95%CI:3.69-5.84,P<0.0001),and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)(OR=1.48,95%CI:1.13-1.95,P=0.0048).In Japanese men,by age-adjusted analysis,IBD(OR=1.69,95%CI:1.18-2.43,P=0.005)was an independent risk factor for incomplete colonoscopy.CONCLUSION:Several characteristics in the Japanese population were identified that could predict technical difficulty with colonoscopy.Shigeo Koido Toshifumi Ohkusa Kosaburo Nakae Tetsuji Yokoyama Tomoyoshi Shibuya Naoto Sakamoto Kan Uchiyama Hiroshi Arakawa Taro Osada Akihito Nagahara Sumio Watanabe Hisao Tajiri 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,22:6

9Non-Epstein-Barr virus associated lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the inferior common bile duct显示文摘A carcinoma displaying undifferentiated features with dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltration is defined as a lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma(LEC),and some of LEC is associated with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV).All of the 13 previously reported cases of LEC of the biliary system were intrahepatic in location.Herein,we describe the first case of LEC of the inferior common bile duct.A 68-year-old Japanese man,who had been previously treated for hepatocellular carcinoma using microwave coagulation therapy,was found to have tumors of the common bile duct and pancreas head.Histopathological study of the resected tumor showed solid or cohesive nests of large undifferentiated cells with irregular large vesicular nuclei and nucleoli.Around the tumor cell nests,dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltration was observed.Focal glandular differentiation(approximately 5%) was also present.These histopathological features corresponded morphologically to LEC.Immunohistochemically,the tumor cells were positive for cytokeratin(CK) 7,CK 19 and CA19-9,but negative for CK 20 and Hep Par 1.In situ hybridization for Epstein Barr virus early small RNAs disclosed no nuclear signal in tumor cells.Therefore,a diagnosis of non-EBV-associated LEC of the inferior common bile duct was made.Although the prognosis of the biliary LEC is thought to be better than that of conventional cholangiocarcinoma,the differences in prognosis between EBV-positive and-negative cases have not yet been established.Therefore,additional case studies will be needed to clarify the clinicopathological features of LEC of the biliary tract.Mitsuaki Ishida Tsuyoshi Mori Hisanori Shiomi Shigeyuki Naka Tomoyuki Tsujikawa Akira Andoh Yasuharu Saito Yoshimasa Kurumi Fumiyoshi Kojima Machiko Hotta Tohru Tani Yoshihide Fujiyama Hidetoshi Okabe 2011World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2011,3,7:5
10Eutectic solidification mode of spheroidal graphite cast iron and graphitization显示文摘The shrinkage and chilling tendency of spheroidal graphite (abbreviated SG) cast iron is much greater than that of the flake graphite cast iron in spite of its higher amount of C and Si contents. Why? The main reason should be the difference in their graphitization during the eutectic solidification. In this paper, we discuss the difference in the solidification mechanism of both cast irons for solving these problems using unidirectional solidification and the cooling curves of the spheroidal graphite cast iron. 11Influence of Si,Ce,Sb and Sn on chunky graphite formation显示文摘The thirteen mother alloys,C%+1/3Si%=4.45%,differing in their Si,Ce,Sb and Sn contents,were prepared.Seventy grams of these alloys was remelted in a high purity alumina crucible at 1,450oC under an Ar atmosphere,and then cooled at 30 K/min for obtaining their cooling curves.Their graphite morphologies were observed using an optical microscope and an SEM.Their three-dimensional graphite shapes were observed by the SEM using the samples whose matrices were etched off with an acid-aqua solution,to confirm the chunky graphite.For discussing the influence of the Si and Ce contents on the chunky graphite formation,two experiments were carried out.In the first one,the Si contents were changed from 0 to 4% in the 0.15%Ce alloys,and for the second one,the 3.5%Si and 4%Si samples that differed in the Ce contents of 0.1 and 0.2% were used.In the third experiment,the influence of Sb and Sn on the chunky graphite formation was investigated by using the 4%Si and 0.1%Ce samples.The results showed that with the increase of the Si content,the volume fraction of the chunky graphite increases,while the volume fraction of the ledeburite decreases,and the chunky graphite volume fraction in the 0.2%Ce samples is higher than that of the 0.1%Ce samples.The effect of the Sb and Sn additions on the prevention of chunky graphite formation cannot be confirmed due to their high Si contents.Therefore,further studies will be needed in this field.Hideo Nakae Masayuki Fukami Takayuki Kitazawa Ying Zou 2011China Foundry2011,8,1:3

14Effect of Filler Composition on the Brazing of Alumina to Copper Using Ultrasonic Wave显示文摘An ultrasonic wave was applied during brazing of alumina to Cu. First alumina was metallized by applying ultrasonicwave in braze bath. Then the metallized alumina was brazed with Cu using the same filler alloy. The filler used wereZn-Al alloys and Zn-Sn Alloys. The weight percent of Al in filler was ranging between 0, 5%, 10%, respectively.The weight percent of tin in filler was ranging between 0, 30%, 60% and 91%, respectively. The joining mechanismwas investigated by measuring the joining strength, hardness and analyzing the microstructure at interface of thejoint. The shear strength and microstructure of the joint strongly depend on the filler composition. The effect ofultrasound was derived primarily from acoustic cavitations, impact and friction of the filler against alumina ceramic.This improved the wetting between alumina and the filler, and reflected to improve the joint strength. Anotherultrasonic advantage as to reduce of the joining temperature, that reduced the thermal stress in the braze joint.Khalid M. 15Effect of glycemic control on markers of subclinical atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus:A review显示文摘Cardiovascular disease is the predominant cause of death in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Evidence suggests a strong association between duration and degree of hyperglycemia and vascular disease.However,large trials failed to show cardiovascular benefit after intensive glycemic control,especially in patients with longer diabetes duration.Atherosclerosis is a chronic and progressive disease,with a long asymptomatic phase.Subclinical atherosclerosis,which is impaired in T2DM,includes impaired vasodilation,increased coronary artery calcification(CAC),carotid intima media thickness,arterial stiffness,and reduced arterial elasticity.Each of these alterations is represented by a marker of subclinical atherosclerosis,offering a cost-effective alternative compared to classic cardiac imaging.Their additional use on top of traditional risk assessment strengthens the predictive risk for developing coronary artery disease(CAD).We,herein,review the existing literature on the effect of glycemic control on each of these markers separately.Effective glycemic control,especially in earlier stages of the disease,attenuates progression of structural markers like intima-media thickness and CAC.Functional markers are improved after use of newer antidiabetic agents,such as incretin-based treatments or sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors,especially in T2DM patients with shorter disease duration.Larger prospective trials are needed to enhance causal inferences of glycemic control on clinical endpoints of CAD.Sofia Antoniou Katerina K K Naka Marios Papadakis Aris Bechlioulis Agathocles Tsatsoulis Lampros K Michalis Stelios Tigas 2021World Journal of Diabetes2021,12,11:2
