1腐植酸产品特性及其对真菌和植物生长的影响显示文摘天然腐植酸主要来自风化煤和褐煤等,其产品主要有Pak腐植酸盐、腐植酸盐肥料、PakHumax、Hum-kara和Humide等,它们在使用之前必须了解其功效。本研究比较了4种腐植酸肥料的理化性质、光学特性以及对小麦(栽培品种Sehr)、绿豆(绿豆-54)、玉米(C-12)和田菁种子萌发和生长的影响,同时研究了它们对4种真菌的影响。4种腐植酸肥料的含水量为52%~71.11%,溶解度为30.2%~98.2%,密度为1.67~4.17g/mL,2%腐植酸肥料水溶液pH值为5.39~10.11,EC值为3.140~1.143mS/cm。4种腐植酸肥料的碳含量为22.95%~36.56%、氮含量为0.658%~1.183%,相应的C/N比为30.91~44.16。将4种腐植酸肥料用0.1mol/LNaOH溶液溶解,分离获得腐植酸和黄腐酸,按含碳量计算,含碳量40.3%~77.5%的为腐植酸,含碳量22.5%~59.7%的为黄腐酸。对腐植酸在400nm、500nm、600nm和700nm下的光学性质进行了研究,并对465nm和665nm条件下的吸光度进行测量,计算其比值E4/E6(即消光系数)。结果表明,E4/E6比值变化在3.64~5.48之间,且光密度随着波长的增加而降低,与腐殖质的碳含量具有显著相关性。供试的4株真菌中,根据菌落直径观察,Tricho-dermaharzianum,T.hamatum和Alternariaalternate3种真菌在0.025%腐植酸培养基上生长最好。4种腐植酸肥料对小麦、玉米、绿豆种子萌发都有抑制作用,但对田菁种子萌发具有促进作用;对小麦和玉米的根具有促进生长的作用,同时可以提高小麦和玉米芽的干物质含量,而对绿豆和田菁没有影响。研究发现,巴基斯坦市场上销售的腐植酸肥料差异很大,为保障使用者的利益,对这些肥料进行质量监测十分必要。Asma Lodhi Shermeen Tahir Zafar Iqbal Ansar Mahmood Muhammad Akhtar Tariq Mahmood Qureshi Muhammad Yaqub Asif Naeem 董心亮 管天玉 林启美 2014腐植酸2014,,2:2
2In vivo combination therapy of chloroquine and stigmasterol against Plasmodium berghei induced pathologies in mice显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of combination therapy of chloroquine and stigmasterol on Plasmodium berghei(thereafter referred to as P.berghei)malaria-induced organ pathologies.Methods:Thirty five mice weighing 20-30 g were placed into seven groups of five mice each and distributed as uninfected administered 100 mg/kg BW stigmasterol,uninfected administered only feed and water ad libitum,infected with P.berghei and-administered 50 mg/kg BW stigmasterol,100 mg/kg BW stigmasterol,100 mg/kg BW stigmasterol plus 5 mg/kg BW chloroquine,and 5 mg/kg BW chloroquine.The last group of mice served as P.berghei infected and not treated control.The levels of parasitemia,packed cell volume,and other biochemical parameters were measured.Results:Combination therapy of P.berghei infection with stigmasterol and chloroquine did not significantly(P>0.05)reduce parasitemia level while stigmasterol treatment alone significantly(P<0.05)reduced the parasitemia level.However,the P.berghei induced anemia was decreased significantly(P<0.05)upon treatment with a combination of chloroquine and stigmasterol as well as with stigmasterol alone.Furthermore,the combination of chloroquine and stigmasterol significantly(P<0.05)decreased the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,urea and spleen total proteins levels in P.berghei mice in comparison with the untreated group.Treatment of P.berghei infected mice with stigmasterol alone and in combination with chloroquine significantly(P<0.05)increased the level of serum creatinine while serum and spleen malondialdehyde levels were significantly(P<0.05)decreased.Levels of glutathione in spleen and kidney were insignificantly(P>0.05)altered upon treatment with both doses of stigmasterol as well as the combination therapy.Conclusions:This study concluded that the combination of stigmasterol and chloroquine could combat anemia and some organ pathologies associated with P.berghei infection.Auwal Adamu Muhammad Auwal Saliu Abdullahi Aliyu Dantani Yaqub Nimat Hauwa Tijjani Giaze Najib Musa Buba Hussena Morik Dorathy Ahmad Muhammad Kandi Musa Daniel Mohammed Auwal Ibrahim 2020海南医学院学报2020,26,17:0

4Detecting and Mitigating DDOS Attacks in SDNs Using Deep Neural Network显示文摘Distributed denial of service(DDoS)attack is the most common attack that obstructs a network and makes it unavailable for a legitimate user.We proposed a deep neural network(DNN)model for the detection of DDoS attacks in the Software-Defined Networking(SDN)paradigm.SDN centralizes the control plane and separates it from the data plane.It simplifies a network and eliminates vendor specification of a device.Because of this open nature and centralized control,SDN can easily become a victim of DDoS attacks.We proposed a supervised Developed Deep Neural Network(DDNN)model that can classify the DDoS attack traffic and legitimate traffic.Our Developed Deep Neural Network(DDNN)model takes a large number of feature values as compared to previously proposed Machine Learning(ML)models.The proposed DNN model scans the data to find the correlated features and delivers high-quality results.The model enhances the security of SDN and has better accuracy as compared to previously proposed models.We choose the latest state-of-the-art dataset which consists of many novel attacks and overcomes all the shortcomings and limitations of the existing datasets.Our model results in a high accuracy rate of 99.76%with a low false-positive rate and 0.065%low loss rate.The accuracy increases to 99.80%as we increase the number of epochs to 100 rounds.Our proposed model classifies anomalous and normal traffic more accurately as compared to the previously proposed models.It can handle a huge amount of structured and unstructured data and can easily solve complex problems.Gul Nawaz Muhammad Junaid Adnan Akhunzada Abdullah Gani Shamyla Nawazish Asim Yaqub Adeel Ahmed Huma Ajab 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,11:0
5A New Strategy for Dynamic Channel Allocation in CR-WMN Based on RCA显示文摘Channel assignment has emerged as an essential study subject in Cognitive Radio-basedWireless Mesh Networks(CR-WMN).In an era of alarming increase in Multi-Radio Multi-Channel(MRMC)network expansion interference is decreased and network throughput is significantly increased when non-overlapping or partially overlapping channels are correctly integrated.Because of its ad hoc behavior,dynamic channel assignment outperforms static channel assignment.Interference reduces network throughput in the CR-WMN.As a result,there is an extensive research gap for an algorithm that dynamically distributes channels while accounting for all types of interference.This work presents a method for dynamic channel allocations using unsupervisedMachine Learning(ML)that considers both coordinated and uncoordinated interference.Unsupervised machine learning uses coordinated and non-coordinated interference for dynamic channel allocation.To determine the applicability of the proposed strategy in reducing channel interference while increasingWMNthroughput,a comparison analysis was performed.When the simulation results of our proposed algorithm are compared to those of the Routing Channel Assignment(RCA)algorithm,the throughput of our proposed algorithm has increased by 34%compared to both coordinated and non-coordinated interferences.Kaleem Arshid Jianbiao Zhang Muhammad Yaqub Mohammad Daud Awan Habiba Ijaz Imran Shabir Chuhan 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9:0
