1Tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil as second-line treatment in autoimmune hepatitis:Is the evidence of sufficient quality to develop recommendations?显示文摘BACKGROUND The standard management of autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is based on corticosteroids,alone or in combination with azathioprine.Second-line treatments are needed for patients who have refractory disease.However,high-quality data on the alternative management of AIH are scarce.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)and the quality of evidence by using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation approach(GRADE).METHODS A systematic review and meta-analysis of the available data were performed.We calculated pooled event rates for three outcome measures:Biochemical remission,adverse events,and mortality,with their corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CI).RESULTS The pooled biochemical remission rate was 68.9%(95%CI:60.4-76.2)for tacrolimus,and 59.6%(95%CI:54.8-64.2)for MMF,and rates of adverse events were 25.5%(95%CI:12.4-45.3)for tacrolimus and 24.1%(95%CI:15.4-35.7)for MMF.The pooled mortality rate was estimated at 11.5%(95%CI:7.1-18.1)for tacrolimus and 9.01%(95%CI:6.2-12.8)for MMF.Pooled biochemical remission rates for tacrolimus and MMF in patients with intolerance to standard therapy were 56.6%(CI:43.4-56.6)vs 73.5%(CI:58.1-84.7),and among non-responders were 59.1%(CI:48.7-68.8)vs 40.8%(CI:32.3-50.0),respectively.Moreover,the overall quality assessments using GRADE proved to be very low for all our outcomes in both treatment groups.CONCLUSION Tacrolimus and MMF are in practice considered effective for patients with AIH who are non-responders or intolerant to first-line treatment,but we found no high-quality evidence to support this statement.Mohammadreza Abdollahi Neda Khalilian Ekrami Morteza Ghojazadeh H Marike Boezen Mohammadhossein Somi Behrooz Z Alizadeh 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,38:5

3改进电沉积法制备高硅Ni-Si纳米复合镀层的结构、压痕和腐蚀特性(英文)显示文摘以含有球磨Si/Ni颗粒的电解质为原料,采用改进的电沉积工艺制备不同硅含量的Ni-Si纳米复合镀层。研究电解液中球磨Si/Ni颗粒浓度对镀层的硅含量、结构、显微硬度和腐蚀行为的影响。采用扫描电镜和X射线分析仪对其结构进行表征,并对镀层的显微硬度和腐蚀行为进行评估。结果表明,镀层中硅的最高含量可达近10wt.%,这是电沉积中硅的重要掺入量。随着硅含量的增加,镀层的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,硬度增加。其中,Ni-10wt./%Si镀层的晶粒尺寸和显微硬度分别是纯Ni涂层的0.39倍和2.1倍。结果还表明,镀层的硅含量存在一个最佳值,此时其耐酸性腐蚀性能最佳。Morteza ALIZADEH Alireza TEYMURI 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,3:2
4Structural and Mechanical Properties of Al/B_4C Composites Fabricated by Wet Attrition Milling and Hot Extrusion显示文摘In this study,Al matrix composites reinforced by 7.5 and 15 vol.%B4C particles and also monolithic Al(Al without the B4C particles) were produced by wet attrition milling and subsequent hot forward extrusion processes.The microstructure of the composites,evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),showed that the B4C particles were properly distributed in the Al matrix.Mechanical properties of the AI/B4C composites and monolithic Al were investigated by tensile,wear and hardness tests.The results revealed that with increasing content of B4C particles,the tensile strength and microhardness of composites increased but the elongation decreased.In addition,the tensile strength and microhardness of composite samples were higher than those of monolithic Al.The density measurements revealed that the density of composites decreased with increasing content of the B4C particles.Morteza Alizadeh Mostafa Alizadeh Rasool Amini 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,8:2

6Simultaneous colorimetric determination of morphine and ibuprofen based on the aggregation of gold nanoparticles using partial least square显示文摘In this work a new method is presented for simultaneous colorimetric determination of morphine(MOR) and ibuprofen(IBU) based on the aggregation of citrate-capped gold nanoparticles(AuNPs). Citrate-capped AuNPs were aggregated in the presence of MOR and IBU. The difference in kinetics of AuNPs aggregation in the presence of MOR/IBU was used for simultaneous analysis of MOR and IBU. The formation and size of synthesized AuNPs and the aggregated forms were monitored by infra-red(IR) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), respectively. By adding MOR or IBU the absorbance was decreased at 520 nm and increased at 620 nm. The difference in kinetic profiles of aggregation was applied for simultaneous analysis of MOR and IBU using partial least square(PLS) regression as an efficient multivariate calibration method. The number of PLS latent variables was optimized by leave-one-out cross-validation method using predicted residual error sum of square. The proposed model exhibited a high capability in simultaneous prediction of MOR and IBU concentrations in real samples. The results showed linear ranges of 1.33–33.29 μg/mL(R^2=0.9904) and 0.28–6.9 μg/mL(R^2=0.9902) for MOR and IBU respectively with low detection limits of 0.15 and 0.03 μg/mL(S/N=5).Morteza Bahram Tayyebeh Madrakian Sakineh Alizadeh 2017Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2017,7,6:1
7DHT-and blockchain-based smart identification for video conferencing显示文摘Video conferencing applications help people communicate via the Internet and provide a significant and consistent basis for virtual meetings.However,integrity,security,identification,and authentication problems are still universal.Current video conference technologies typically rely on cloud systems to provide a stable and secure basis for executing tasks and processes.At the same time,video conferencing applications are being migrated from centralized to decentralized solutions for better performance without the need for third-party interactions.This article demonstrates a decentralized smart identification scheme for video conferencing applications based on biometric technology,machine learning,and a decentralized hash table combined with blockchain technology.We store users'information on a distributed hash table and transactional events on the distributed ledger after identifying users by implementing machine learning functions.Furthermore,we leverage distributed ledger technology's immutability and traceability properties and distributed hash table unlimited storage feature to improve the system's storage capacity and immutability by evaluating three possible architectures.The experimental results show that an architecture based on blockchain and distributed hash table has better efficiency but needs a longer time to execute than the two other architectures using a centralized database.Morteza Alizadeh Karl Andersson Olov Schelen 2022Blockchain(Research and Applications)2022,3,2:0
