1中国南海软珊瑚Scleronephthya sp.化学成分的研究显示文摘对中国南海的软珊瑚Scleronephthyasp .的化学成分进行研究 ,从有免疫调节活性的乙醚可溶物中分离鉴定了 13个化合物 ,经1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,HMQC ,HMBC ,1H 1HCOSY和MS等光谱分析并结合文献数据 ,确证其结构分别为 :3 β 羟基 2 0 烯孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 1) ,3 β 羟基 5 ,2 0 二烯孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 2 ) ,3 酮 2 0 烯孕甾烷 ( 3 ) ,1 ,2 环氧 3 酮 2 0 烯孕甾烷( 4 ) ,1 ,2 0 二烯 3 酮孕甾烷 ( 5 ) ,1 烯 3 酮 2 0S 甲基 2 1 羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 6) ,1 烯 3 酮 2 0 β 羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯( 7) ,1 烯 3 ,2 2 二酮胆甾烷 ( 8) ,1 ,2 4 二烯 3 酮 2 2 ,2 3 二羟基胆甾烷 ( 9) ,O methylisogrifolin ( 1 0 ) ,( 1R ,3S,4S,7E ,1 1E) 3α,4α 环氧 7,1 1 ,1 5 三烯西松烷 ( 1 1 ) ,玉米黄素 1 2和 6 溴 3 羧酸吲哚 ( 1 3 ) ,其中化合物 4,6和 1 0是首次从自然界分离得到 .首次对化合物 6,7和 1 0的波谱数据进行了报道 ,而且利用 2DNMR对其进行了全归属 .对化合物 1~7可能的生源关系也进行了探讨 .化合物 6和 7对人宫颈癌细胞 (HELA)有抑制活性 ,IC50 分别为 3 .3和6.3mol/L ;化合物7对肝癌细胞 (BE740 2 )和人白血病细胞 (HL 60 )也显示抑制活性 ,IC50 分别为 3 .1和 0 .2 6mol/L ;严小红 郭跃伟 朱兴族 MOLLO Ernesto CIMINO Guido 2004有机化学2004,24,10:6
2中国南海裸鳃目软体动物美丽拟皮片鳃(Dermatobranchus ornatus)及其可能的食源动物柳珊瑚Muricella sp.的化学成分研究显示文摘从中国南海的裸鳃目软体动物美丽拟皮片鳃(Dermatobranchusornatus)中分离得到4个eunicellane型二萜:Ophirin(1),calicophirinB(2),13-去乙酰氧基calicophirinB(3)及3-去乙酰基-13-去乙酰氧基calicophirinB(4);而由同时、同地采集到的柳珊瑚Muricellasp.中则分离得到calicophirinB(2),13-去乙酰氧基calicophirinB(3),astrogorgin(5)及类似物6.这些化合物的结构经波谱学实验并与文献报道的数据相对照得以确定,并首次对Ophirin(1)的NMR数据进行了全归属.Ophirin(1)的单晶X衍射实验不但进一步确证了化合物的结构,而且使这一类化合物的立体结构表述得到修正.本文是对Dermatobranchus属软体动物化学成分研究的首次报道;研究提示,美丽拟皮片鳃能通过选择适当的食物,并将食物中有用的次生代谢产物转移、富集到身体的特定部位,使之成为自身的化学防性物质.美丽拟皮片鳃与Muricella属柳珊瑚中共同出现的类似化合物支持二者间可能存在的捕食与被捕食的生态学关系.张文 GAVAGNIN Margherita 郭跃伟 MOLLO Ernesto CIMINO Guido 2006有机化学2006,26,12:6

5Role of colonoscopy in the diagnostic work-up of bowel endometriosis显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the accuracy of colonoscopy for the prediction of intestinal involvement in deep pelvic endometriosis.METHODS:This prospective observational study was performed between September 2011 and July 2014.Only women with both a clinical and imaging diagnosis of deep pelvic endometriosis were included.The study was approved by the local ethics committee and written informed consent was obtained in all cases.Both colonoscopy and laparoscopy were performed by expert surgeons with a high level of expertise with these techniques.Laparoscopy was performed within4 wk of colonoscopic examination.All hypothetical colonoscopy findings(eccentric wall thickening with or without surface nodularities and polypoid lesions with or without surface nodularities of endometriosis)were compared with laparoscopic and histological findings.We calculated the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value for the presence of colonoscopic findings of intestinal endometriosis.RESULTS:A total of 174 consecutive women aged between 21-42 years with a diagnosis of deep pelvic endometriosis who underwent colonoscopy andsurgical intervention were included in our analysis.In 76 of the women(43.6%),intestinal endometrial implants were found at surgery and histopathological examination.Specifically,38 of the 76 lesions(50%)were characterized by the presence of serosal bowel nodules;28 of the 76 lesions(36.8%)reached the muscularis layer;8 of the 76 lesions(10.5%)reached the submucosa;and 2 of the 76 lesions(2.6%)reached the mucosa.Colonoscopic findings suggestive of intestinal endometriosis were detected in 7 of the174(4%)examinations.Colonoscopy failed to diagnose intestinal endometriosis in 70 of the 76 women(92.1%).A colonoscopic diagnosis of endometriosis was obtained in all cases of mucosal involvement,in 3of 8 cases(37.5%)of submucosal involvement,in no cases of muscularis layer involvement and in 1 of 38cases(2.6%)of serosa involvement.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive and negative predictive values of colonoscopy for the diagnosis of intestinal endometriosis were 7%,98%,85%and 58%,respectively.CONCLUSION:Being an invasive procedure,colonoscopy should not be routinely performed in the diagnostic work-up of bowel endometriosis.Marco Milone Antonio Mollo Mario Musella Paola Maietta Loredana Maria Sosa Fernandez Olena Shatalova Alessandro Conforti Gianni Barone Giuseppe De Placido Francesco Milone 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,16:5
6中国南海粗疣棘柳珊瑚(Acanthogorgia vagae Aurivillius)中萜类化学成分(Ⅱ)显示文摘目的:对采自中国南海的粗疣棘柳珊瑚(AcanthogorgiavagaeAurivillius)的化学成分进行进一步研究,从中寻找有生物活性的次生代谢产物。方法:用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析对粗疣棘柳珊瑚的乙醚提取物进行分离纯化;根据其化学性质,结合现代波谱技术(MS,NMR等),对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到2个十碳环倍半萜和3个十四碳环二萜化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:germacrone(1),15-乙酰氧基-fra-nodiene(2),(-)-(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3),thunbergol(4)及其C4-对映异构体(5)。结论:这些化合物均系首次从该属珊瑚中分离得到,并首次对化合物(-)-(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3)氢谱数据进行了全归属。另外,对文献报道的germacrone(1)的部分氢谱数据进行了重新归属。张文 郭跃伟 Ernesto Mollo Guido Cimino 2005中国天然药物2005,3,5:2
