12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Efficacy and safety evaluation of intravenous infusion of cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head: a randomized clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) in regard to pain and hip function in a randomized clinical trial.METHODS: A total of 96 subjects with ANFH who were recruited at the Orthopaedic Hospital Affiliated with Hebei United University and Qian Hai Femoral Head Hospital of Beijing were assigned by lottery to an intervention group(n = 48) or a control group(n = 48). All subjects underwent physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises. In addition,subjects in the intervention group were given intravenous infusions of cervus and cucumis polypeptides. Visual analogue scale(VAS), Harris hip score,and radiography or magnetic resonance imaging were applied to assess all subjects at the beginning of treatment and 3, 6, and 9 months afterward. All the subjects were followed up for 2 years.RESULTS: At the beginning of treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the general condition of patients or the VAS and Harris hip scores(all P > 0.05). At 3, 6, and 9 months after treatment,however, the VAS score decreased and the Harris hip score increased in all patients, with the improvement of intervention group significantly greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effectiveness rates for the intervention and control groups were 89.58% and 70.83%, respectively, with the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3Research progress in high intensity cyclotron technology显示文摘This paper briefly introduces several major application fields of high intensity proton accelerators and compares the developing status of various types of proton accelerators currently available at home and abroad. Technical parameters of typical accelerators are specified. The technical features of high intensity cyclotrons are summarized and a general introduction is given to the 3 major phases of research and development on high intensity cyclotrons at CIAE. 5Nano-tribological properties and mechanisms of the liquid crystal as an additive显示文摘Under conditions of low speed, small viscosity and molecularly smooth tribe-surfaces, the behavior of lubricant film in the nano scale is different from that in elas-tohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) and boundary lubrication (BL). Due to the size effect, long-range ordered structure of liquid crystal (LC) has great effects on the tribological properties and film-forming mechanism of thin film in the nano scale. The technique of relative optical interference intensity (ROII) was used to investigate nano-tribological properties when cholesteryl LCs are added to hexadecane. The results indicate that the practical film thickness of hexadecane with liquid crystal is 3-5 times as large as that expected from EHL theory in the low speed region. The film thickness increases with the enhancement in polarity and concentration of LC in hexadecane, and external DC voltage. 6A provable-secure and practical two-party distributed signing protocol for SM2 signature algorithm显示文摘Mobile devices are widely used for data access,communications and storage.However,storing a private key for signature and other cryptographic usage on a single mobile device can be challenging,due to its computational limitations.Thus,a number of(t,n)threshold secret sharing schemes designed to minimize private key from leakage have been proposed in the literature.However,existing schemes generally suffer from key reconstruction attack.In this paper,we propose an efficient and secure two-party distributed signing protocol for the SM2 signature algorithm.The latter has been mandated by the Chinese government for all electronic commerce applications.The proposed protocol separates the private key to storage on two devices and can generate a valid signature without the need to reconstruct the entire private key.We prove that our protocol is secure under nonstandard assumption.Then,we implement our protocol using MIRACL Cryptographic SDK to demonstrate that the protocol can be deployed in practice to prevent key disclosure.Yudi ZHANG Debiao HE Mingwu ZHANG Kim-Kwang Raymond CHOO 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,3:6

9Ultrasound-enhanced fluorescence imaging and chemotherapy of multidrugresistant tumors using multifunctional dendrimer/carbon dot nanohybrids显示文摘Development of innovative nanomedicine enabling enhanced theranostics of multidrug-resistant(MDR)tumors remains to be challenging.Herein,we report the development of a newly designed multifunctional yellowfluorescent carbon dot(y-CD)/dendrimer nanohybrids as a platform for ultrasound(US)-enhanced fluorescence imaging and chemotherapy of MDR tumors.Generation 5(G5)poly(amidoamine)dendrimers covalently modified with efflux inhibitor of D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(G5-TPGS)were complexed with one-step hydrothermally synthesized y-CDs via electrostatic interaction.The formed G5-TPGS@y-CDs complexes were then physically loaded with anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX)to generate(G5-TPGS@y-CDs)-DOX complexes.The developed nanohybrids display a high drug loading efficiency(40.7%),strong y-CD-induced fluorescence emission,and tumor microenvironment pH-preferred DOX release profile.Attributing to the DOX/TPGS dual drug design,the(G5-TPGS@y-CDs)-DOX complexes can overcome the multidrug resistance(MDR)of cancer cells and effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells and tumors.Furthermore,the introduction of US-targeted microbubble destruction technology was proven to render the complexes with enhanced intracellular uptake and anticancer efficacy in vitro and improved chemotherapeutic efficacy and fluorescence imaging of tumors in vivo due to the produced sonoporation effect.The developed multifunctional dendrimer/CD nanohybrids may represent an advanced design of nanomedicine for US-enhanced theranostics of different types of MDR tumors.Dan Li Lizhou Lin Yu Fan Long Liu Mingwu Shen Rong Wu Lianfang Du Xiangyang Shi 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,3:3
10Correspondence of CT perfusion imaging to pathological manifestations in rabbit models of hyperacute cerebral infarction显示文摘BACKGROUND: Could the infarction be diagnosed quickly and accurately at the acute stage by CT perfusion imaging (CTPI) technology? Whether the images of CTPI will correspond with the pathological changes or not? All the questions need to be solved by experimental and clinical studies. OBJECTIVE: To reveal the rules of perfusion map changes and guide the early diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction by analyzing the correlation of CTPI with pathological manifestations for hyperacute cerebral infarction. DESIGN: A randomized controlled animal experiment. SETTING: Experimental Center of Medical Radiology, Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen City. MATERIALS: Forty-two adult New Zealand rabbits of (2.6±0.5) kg, either male or female, were randomly divided into experimental group (n =36) and control group (n =6). Six rabbits in the experimental group were observed after ischemia for 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 hours respectively, and 1 rabbit in the control group was observed at each corresponding time point. METHODS: The experiments were carried out in the Experimental Center of Medical Radiology, Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen City from March 2003 to July 2004. Rabbit models of cerebral infarction were established by modified O'Brein method. ① The rabbits in the experimental group were scanned at 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 hours after ischemia respectively. The dynamic CT scan slice was 13 mm from the anterior edge of the frontal cortex, and six fake color functional images were obtained, including cerebral blood flow map (CBF map), cerebral blood volume map (CBV map), peak to enhancement map (PE map), flow without vessels map, time to peak map (TP map), time to start map (TS map). The manifestations and changes of the functional maps in different interval were observed. ② Bilateral symmetric ranges of interest (ROI) were drawn separately on the CBF map, CBV map, TP map and TS map. The blood flow parameters of focal and contralateral cerebral tissues could be obtained to calculate relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF, rCBF=focal CBF/contralateral CBF), relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV, rCBV= focal CBV/ contralateral CBV), a relative time to peak (rTP, rTP= focal TP–contralateral TP), a relative time to start (rTS, rTS= focal TP–contralateral TP). ③ The perfusion maps were input into AutoCAD software. The percents of ischemic cores and peri-ischemic areas accounting for contralateral cerebral hemisphere were calculated. ④ The animals were anesthetized and killed, then the cerebellum and low brain stem were taken out. The brain tissues were cut on coronal plane at 14 mm from the anterior edge of the frontal cortex, a 2-mm piece anterior to the incision, and a 3-mm piece posterior to the incision. The anterior piece was fixed, stained and observed. A 1-mm slice was cut from the front of the posterior piece tissues as electron microscope sample, the remnant was fixed and then taken out, and the location and size of stained 'white' areas were observed as the reference for electron microscope sample. ⑤ The correlation between CTPI and pathological manifestations was observed. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Laws of time and spatial changes of ischemic areas; ② Pathological changes of the ischemic tissues; ③ Correspondency between CTPI and pathological manifestations. RESULTS: ① Laws of time and spatial changes of ischemic areas: Relative ischemic-core areas were consistent in each perfusion map, increased incessantly along with the ischemic times. Relative peri-ischemic areas were inconsistent in each perfusion map, on CBF map from 1 to 6 hours after ischemia, the area of ischemic core increased from (1.503±0.523)% to (7.125±1.054)%, the ascending trend occurred. But the peri-ischemic areas showed a descending trend on CBF map, the areas decreased from (8.960±0.719)% to(5.445±0.884)% from 0.5 to 6 hours; The relative areas were the largest one on TP maps, the average value was (32.796±3.029)% at 0.5 hour after ischemia happening (60.540±1.683)% at 6 hours. The trend of ischemic areas was increased. No obvious change was observed on TS maps. ② Pathological changes of the ischemic tissues: Under light microscope, there was no obvious change at 0.5–2 hours after ischemia, edema at 3 hours, karyopycnosis at 4 hours and eosinophilous changes at 6 hours; Under electron microscope, there was edema in ischemic cores within 4 hours after ischemia, whereas karyopycnosis or structure vanished after 4 hours; Edema was observed in peri-ischemic areas. ③ Correlation between CTPI and pathological manifestations: On CTPI maps, the ischemic core was blue on CBF and CBV maps, black on TP and TS maps. Along with the ischemic times, the rCBF and rCBV decreased, whereas the rTP and rTS prolonged. Hemodynamic parameters were not significantly different within 2 hours of ischemia and 2 hours after ischemia. The rTP and rTS became 0 after 1 and 2 hours respectively. On CTPI maps the peri-ischemic area was red on CBF and CBV maps, red and yellow on TS maps, red on TP maps. Along with the ischemic times, the rCBF decreased, and the lowest level was always at about 20%, whereas the rTP and rTS prolonged. CONCLUSION: ① CTPI manifestations corresponded well with pathological findings, and it is a sensitive, stable and reliable technique to diagnose hyperacute cerebral infarction. ② TP map was more sensitive than CBF map and TS map in exhibiting the peri-ischemic areas, thus TP maps could be a good choice for observing peri-ischemic areas.Mingwu Lou Yi Fan Lizhong Jia Weidong Hu Yan Teng Guangfu Yang 2007Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,2:3
11Carbon dioxide reforming of methane over mesoporous nickel aluminate/γ-alumina composites显示文摘A series of x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 composites with various Ni contents have been prepared via one-step partial hydrolysis of metal nitrate salts in the absence of surfactants and used for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The characterization results demonstrated that the Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials possessed mesoporous structures of uniform pore sizes; and the Ni^(2+) ions were completely reacted with alumina to Ni Al_2O_4 spinel in the matrices using N2 sorption, XRD, TEM, and XPS. The Ni Al_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 materials exhibited excellent catalytic properties and superior long-term stability for carbon dioxide reforming of methane. The effects of Ni content on the intrinsic activities and the amounts of coke disposition of the x NiAl_2O_4/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were discussed in detail for the carbon dioxide reforming of methane. 13Two-dimensional LDH nanodisks modified with hyaluronidase enable enhanced tumor penetration and augmented chemotherapy显示文摘The condensed tumor extracellular matrix(ECM)consisting of cross-linked hyaluronic acid(HA)is one of the key factors that result in the aberrant tumor microenvironment and severely impair drug delivery and tumor penetration.Herein,we report a simple design of a hyaluronidase(HAase)-modified layered double hydroxide(LDH)nanoplatform loaded with anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX)for enhanced tumor penetration and augmented chemotherapy.In our approach,LDH nanodisks were synthesized via a co-precipitation method,modified with HAase by electrostatic attraction,and finally physically loaded with DOX.The formulated DOX/LDH-HAase complexes show a high DOX loading percentage of 34.2%with good colloidal stability,retain 86.1%of the enzyme activity,and release DOX in a pH-responsive manner having a faster release rate under slightly acidic tumor microenvironment than that under a physiological condition.With the catalytic activity of HAase to digest the HA nearby the cancer cells,the developed DOX/LDH-HAase complexes enable more significant uptake by cancer cells and penetration in 3-dimensional tumor spheroids than enzyme-free DOX/LDH complexes,thus displaying much better antitumor efficacy in vitro than the latter.The more significant tumor penetration and inhibition of the DOX/LDH-HAase complexes than that of the DOX/LDH complexes was further demonstrated by in vivo tumor imaging and therapeutic activity assessments.Our study suggests a unique nanomedicine platform combined with both anticancer drug and enzyme for improved tumor penetration and chemotherapy,which is promising for effective chemotherapy of different types of stroma-rich tumors.Gaoming Li Yu Fan Lizhou Lin Rong Wu Mingwu Shen Xiangyang Shi 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,5:2
