| 1 | Cation-mixing stabilized layered oxide cathodes for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries are promising for large-scale energy storage due to sodium's low cost and infinite abundance. The most popular cathodes for sodium-ion batteries, i.e., the layered sodium-containing oxides, usually exhibit reversible host rearrangement between P-type and O-type stacking upon charge/discharge. Herein we demonstrate that such host rearrangement is unfavorable and can be suppressed by introducing transition-metal ions into sodium layers. The electrode with stabilized P3-type stacking delivers superior rate capability, high energy efficiency, and excellent cycling performance. Owing to the cation-mixing nature, it performs the lowest lattice strain among all reported cathodes for sodium-ion batteries. | 2 | A Fuzzy-based Sliding Mode Control Approach for Acceleration Slip Regulation of Battery Electric Vehicle显示文摘Due to quick response and large quantity of electric motor torque,the traction wheels of battery electric vehicle are easy to slip during the initial phase of starting.In this paper,a sliding mode control approach of acceleration slip regulation is designed to prevent the slip of the traction wheels.The wheel slip ratio is used as the state variable for the formulation of system dynamics model.The fuzzy algorithm is utilized to adjust the switch function of sliding mode controller.After stability and robustness analysis,the sliding mode control law is transferred into C code and downloaded into vehicle control unit,which is validated under wet and dry road conditions.The experimental results with a small overshoot and a quick response during starting indicate that the sliding mode controller has good control efect on the slip ratio regulation.This article proposes an acceleration slip regulation method that improves the safety during acceleration for battery electric vehicle. | Qin Shi Mingwei Wang Zejia He Cheng Yao Yujiang Wei Lin He | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,4: | 2 |

| 9 | The critical role of m^(6)A methylation in the pathogenesis of Graves'ophthalmopathy显示文摘Purpose:To investigate the role of N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification in the pathogenesis of Graves'ophthalmopathy(GO).Methods:Surgically excised extraocular muscles from 7 patients with GO and 5 subjects without GO were used.The global m^(6)A levels in the specimens were determined using an m^(6)A RNA methylation quantification kit.RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)was used to analyze the molecules involved in the regulation of m^(6)A RNA methylation and the differential expression of mRNAs between the two groups(4 eyes,respectively).The expression of m^(6)A RNA modification genes was evaluated by real-time PCR.The functional implications of the gene alterations between the GO and control specimens were determined by Gene Ontology analysis.Results:The m^(6)A level was significantly increased in the specimens of GO patients compared to the control specimens(P<0.05).The expression of m^(6)A methylation regulators,such as WT1 associated protein(WTAP),alkylation repair homolog protein 5(ALKBH5),E74 like ETS transcription factor 3(ELF3),YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein 2(YTHDF2),YTHDF3 and YTH domain containing 2(YTHDC2),was significantly upregulated(P<0.05).Gene Ontology enrichment analysis showed that the most highly upregulated genes and biological pathways were related to the immune response and inflammatory processes such as lymphocyte activation,leukocyte differentiation,cytokine production and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways.Conclusions:Our results suggest that m^(6)A methylation may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of GO and that targeting genes that regulate m^(6)A methylation may provide a new therapeutic approach for GO. | Li Zhu Siyan Li Shikun He Qizhe Tong Lejin Wang Xiaohua Li Xi Wu Qingyu Meng Enzhong Jin Chuan Zhang Tianyuan Li Ningda Xu Lvzhen Huang Yi Wang Mingwei Zhao | 2020 | Eye and Vision2020,7,1: | 1 |
