1Study of the permeability characteristics of porous media with methane hydrate by pore network model显示文摘The permeability in the methane hydrate reservoir is one of the key parameters in estimating the gas production performance and the flow behavior of gas and water during dissociation.In this paper,a three-dimensional cubic pore-network model based on invasion percolation is developed to study the effect of hydrate particle formation and growth habit on the permeability.The variation of permeability in porous media with different hydrate saturation is studied by solving the network problem.The simulation results are well consistent with the experimental data.The proposed model predicts that the permeability will reduce exponentially with the increase of hydrate saturation,which is crucial in developing a deeper understanding of the mechanism of hydrate formation and dissociation in porous media.Haifeng Liang Yongchen Song Yu Liu Mingjun Yang Xing Huang 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:7

3In-situ observation for formation and dissociation of carbon dioxide hydrate in porous media by magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘The study of formation and dissociation of CO 2 hydrate in porous media was characterized by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system in in situ conditions. This work simulated porous media by using glass beads of uniform size. The growth and dissociation habit of CO2 hydrate was observed under different temperature and pressure conditions. The induction time and the hydrate saturation during the growth and dissociation process in different sizes of porous media were obtained by using the MRI signal intensity. The results indicate that hydrate growth rate and the induction time are affected by the size of porous media, pressure, and degree of supercooling. There are three hydrate growth stages, i.e., initial growth stage, rapid growth stage and steady stage. In this study,the CO2 hydrate forms preferentially at the surface of vessel and then gradually grows inward. The hydrate tends to cement the glass beads together and occupies the pore gradually. 4On-machine Precision Preparation and Dressing of Ball-headed Diamond Wheel for the Grinding of Fused Silica显示文摘In the grinding of high quality fused silica parts with complex surface or structure using ball-headed metal bonded diamond wheel with small diameter,the existing dressing methods are not suitable to dress the ball-headed diamond wheel precisely due to that they are either on-line in process dressing which may causes collision problem or without consideration for the effects of the tool setting error and electrode wear.An on-machine precision preparation and dressing method is proposed for ball-headed diamond wheel based on electrical discharge machining.By using this method the cylindrical diamond wheel with small diameter is manufactured to hemispherical-headed form.The obtained ball-headed diamond wheel is dressed after several grinding passes to recover geometrical accuracy and sharpness which is lost due to the wheel wear.A tool setting method based on high precision optical system is presented to reduce the wheel center setting error and dimension error.The effect of electrode tool wear is investigated by electrical dressing experiments,and the electrode tool wear compensation model is established based on the experimental results which show that the value of wear ratio coefficient K' tends to be constant with the increasing of the feed length of electrode and the mean value of K' is 0.156.Grinding experiments of fused silica are carried out on a test bench to evaluate the performance of the preparation and dressing method.The experimental results show that the surface roughness of the finished workpiece is 0.03 μm.The effect of the grinding parameter and dressing frequency on the surface roughness is investigated based on the measurement results of the surface roughness.This research provides an on-machine preparation and dressing method for ball-headed metal bonded diamond wheel used in the grinding of fused silica,which provides a solution to the tool setting method and the effect of electrode tool wear.CHEN Mingjun LI Ziang YU Bo PENG Hui FANG Zhen 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,5:5
5A conservative local discontinuous Galerkin method for the solution of nonlinear Schrdinger equation in two dimensions显示文摘In this study, we present a conservative local discontinuous Galerkin(LDG) method for numerically solving the two-dimensional nonlinear Schrdinger(NLS) equation. The NLS equation is rewritten as a firstorder system and then we construct the LDG formulation with appropriate numerical flux. The mass and energy conserving laws for the semi-discrete formulation can be proved based on different choices of numerical fluxes such as the central, alternative and upwind-based flux. We will propose two kinds of time discretization methods for the semi-discrete formulation. One is based on Crank-Nicolson method and can be proved to preserve the discrete mass and energy conservation. The other one is Krylov implicit integration factor(IIF) method which demands much less computational effort. 6Characteristics and Possible Formation Mechanisms of Severe Storms in the Outer Rainbands of Typhoon Mujigae(1522)显示文摘To better understand how severe storms form and evolve in the outer rainbands of typhoons, in this study, we investigate the evolutionary characteristics and possible formation mechanisms for severe storms in the rainbands of Typhoon Mujigae, which occurred during 2–5 October 2015, based on the NCEP–NCAR reanalysis data, conventional observations, and Doppler radar data. For the rainbands far from the inner core(eye and eyewall) of Mujigae(distance of approximately 70–800 km), wind speed first increased with the radius expanding from the inner core, and then decreased as the radius continued to expand. The Rankine Vortex Model was used to explore such variations in wind speed. The areas of strong stormy rainbands were mainly located in the northeast quadrant of Mujigae, and overlapped with the areas of high winds within approximately 300–550 km away from the inner core, where the strong winds were conducive to the development of strong storms. A severe convective cell in the rainbands developed into waterspout at approximately 500 km to the northeast of the inner core, when Mujigae was strengthening before it made landfall. Two severe convective cells in the rainbands developed into two tornadoes at approximately350 km to the northeast of the inner core after Mujigae made landfall. The radar echo bands enhanced to 60 d BZ when mesocyclones occurred in the rainbands and induced tornadoes. The radar echoes gradually weakened after the mesocyclones weakened. The tops of parent clouds of the mesocyclones elevated at first, and then suddenly dropped about 20 min before the tornadoes appeared. 7An atlas of CNV maps in cattle, goat and sheep显示文摘Copy number variation(CNV)is the most prevalent type of genetic structural variation that has been recognized as an important source of phenotypic variation in humans,animals and plants.However,the mechanisms underlying the evolution of CNVs and their function in natural or artificial selection remain unknown.Here,we generated CNV region(CNVR)datasets which were diverged or shared among cattle,goat,and sheep,including 886 individuals from 171 diverse populations.Using 9 environmental factors for genome-wide association study(GWAS),we identified a series of candidate CNVRs,including genes relating to immunity,tick resistance,multi-drug resistance,and muscle development.The number of CNVRs shared between species is significantly higher than expected(P<0.00001),and these CNVRs may be more persist than the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)shared between species.We also identified genomic regions under long-term balancing selection and uncovered the potential diversity of the selected CNVRs close to the important functional genes.This study provides the evidence that balancing selection might be more common in mammals than previously considered,and might play an important role in the daily activities of these ruminant species.Yongzhen Huang Yunjia Li Xihong Wang Jiantao Yu Yudong Cai Zhuqing Zheng Ran Li Shunjin Zhang Ningbo Chen Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Quratulain Hanif Qiuming Chen Weiwei Fu Chao Li Xiukai Cao Guangxian Zhou Shudong Liu Sangang He Wenrong Li Yulin Chen Hong Chen Chuzhao Lei Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10:2

9Microsatellite-Centromere Mapping in Japanese Scallop(Patinopecten yessoensis) Through Half-Tetrad Analysis in Gynogenetic Diploid Families显示文摘Gene-centromere mapping is an essential prerequisite for understanding the composition and structure of genomes. Half-tetrad analysis is a powerful tool for mapping genes and understanding chromosomal behavior during meiosis. The Japanese scallop(Patinopecten yessoensis), a cold-tolerant species inhabiting the northwestern Pacific coast, is a commercially important marine bivalve in Asian countries. In this study, inheritance of 32 informative microsatellite loci was examined in 70-h D-shaped larvae of three induced meiogynogenetic diploid families of P. yessoensis for centromere mapping using half-tetrad analysis. The ratio of gynogenetic diploids was proven to be 100%, 100% and 96% in the three families, respectively. Inheritance analysis in the control crosses showed that 51 of the 53 genotypic ratios observed were in accordance with Mendelian expectations at the 5% level after Bonferroni correction. Seven of the 32 microsatellite loci showed the existence of null alleles in control crosses. The second division segregation frequency(y) of the microsatellite loci ranged from 0.07 to 0.85 with a mean of 0.38, suggesting the existence of positive interference after a single chiasma formation in some chromosomes in the scallop. Microsatellite-centromere distances ranged from 4 c M to 42 c M under the assumption of complete interference. 14Adherence reporting in clinical trials of type 2 Diabetes Metellius in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the medication adherence reporting in clinical trials the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and the impact factors of medication adherence.METHODS: Reviewed and evaluated were all randomized clinical trials in the field of TCM in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus published in Chinese journals in 2012, in terms of their medication adherence, adherence measurement, and impacted factors of adherence.RESULTS: Finally 124 studies were included. Nonestudies reported the medication adherence. The factors impacting medication adherence couldn't be analyzed due to none reporting adherence.CONCLUSION: Medication adherence reporting was poor in clinical trials in TCM research. 16A Hu sheep genome with the first ovine Y chromosome reveal introgression history after sheep domestication显示文摘The Y chromosome plays key roles in male fertility and reflects the evolutionary history of paternal lineages.Here,we present a de novo genome assembly of the Hu sheep with the first draft assembly of ovine Y chromosome(o MSY),using nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The o MSY that we generated spans 10.6 Mb from which 775 Y-SNPs were identified by applying a large panel of whole genome sequences from worldwide sheep and wild Iranian mouflons.Three major paternal lineages(HY1a,HY1b and HY2)were defined across domestic sheep,of which HY2 was newly detected.Surprisingly,HY2 forms a monophyletic clade with the Iranian mouflons and is highly divergent from both HY1a and HY1b.Demographic analysis of Y chromosomes,mitochondrial and nuclear genomes confirmed that HY2 and the maternal counterpart of lineage C represented a distinct wild mouflon population in Iran that diverge from the direct ancestor of domestic sheep,the wild mouflons in Southeastern Anatolia.Our results suggest that wild Iranian mouflons had introgressed into domestic sheep and thereby introduced this Iranian mouflon specific lineage carrying HY2 to both East Asian and Africa sheep populations.Ran Li Peng Yang Ming Li Wenwen Fang Xiangpeng Yue Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Shangquan Gan Duo Du Yudong Cai Xuelei Dai Qimeng Yang Chunna Cao Weidong Deng Sangang He Wenrong Li Runlin Ma Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7:1

18Experimental and numerical study of deposition mechanisms for cold spray additive manufacturing process显示文摘Cold spray is an attractive and rapidly developing process for additive manufacturing with high efficiency and precision,repairing and coating,especially in aircraft and aerospace applications.Cold spray additive manufacturing deposits micro-particles with large plastic deformation below their melting point,eliminating heat effect zone which could deteriorate the quality of repairing zone.The particle deposition in cold spray is a complex process which involves high strain rate,high contact pressure and high temperature.Here we develop,utilize and validate a thermomechanical model to provide a definitive way to predict deposition mechanics and surface deformation evolution for particle deposition process in cold spray additive manufacturing.Both a single particle and dual particles models were developed to investigate the contact interaction between particle/substrate and particle/particle.Different combinations of particle/substrate materials(Cu/Cu,Al/Al,steel/steel,and nickel/nickel)and process parameters were considered in this study.The experimental study was conducted to validate simulation results,providing useful information for understanding the limitations and challenges associated with cold spray additive manufacturing.The framework provides insights into improving the quality and precision of stress/strain formation,particle interactions and particle deposition in cold spray additive manufacturing process.Tianyu YU Mingjun CHEN Zhuoru WU 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,2:1

20Video Popularity Prediction Based on Knowledge Graph and LSTM Network显示文摘The prediction of the popularity of online content,particularly videos,has recently gained significant attention as successful popularity prediction can assist many practical applications such as recommendation systems and proactive caching,as well as aid in optimizing advertising strategies or balancing network throughput.Despite much work being done on predicting the popularity of online videos,there are still challenges to be overcome:(1)popularity is greatly influenced by various external factors,resulting in significant fluctuations that are difficult to capture and track;(2)online video content and metadata information are typically diverse,sparse,and noisy,making the prediction task complex and unstable;(3)some data have temporal relevance,and the impact on popularity varies at different times.In this paper,we propose an Adaptive Temporal Knowledge Graph Network(ATKN)video popularity prediction model to address the issues surrounding video popularity prediction.First,we employ the attention-basedLong Short-Term Memory(ALSTM)network to capture the trend of popularity change.Then,we introduce anAttention-based FactorizationMachine(AFM)with attentionmechanism to model the feature cross of video content,thereby enhancing the distinction of importance after different feature crosses.Next,we use a RelationalGraph Convolutional Network(RGCN)to extract the associated features between entities in the knowledge graph.Finally,we propose a dynamic feature fusion method that adaptively assigns the weights of temporal features and content features at different time intervals by constructing an exponential decay function,thereby obtaining an effective and stable feature fusion module.Experimental results demonstrate the superiority and interpretability of ATKN on the MovieLens-20M dataset and the Microsoft Satori-built movie knowledge graph.Pingshan Liu Zhongshu Yu Yemin Sun Mingjun Xi 2023国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,1:0
