| 2 | Changes in air temperature over China in response to the recent global warming hiatus显示文摘The 1998-2012 global wanning hiatus has aroused great public interest over the past several years.Based on the air temperature measurements from 622 meteorological stations in China,the temperature response to the global warming hiatus was analyzed at national and regional scales.We found that air temperature changed-0.221°C/10a during 1998-2012,which was lower than the long-term trend for 1960-1998 by 0.427°C/10a.Therefore,the warming hiatus in China was more pronounced than the global mean.Winter played a domi nant role in the nati on wide warming hiatus,con tributi ng 74.13%,while summer contributed the least among the four seasons.Furthermore,the warming hiatus was spatial heterogeneous across different climate conditions in China.Comparing the three geographic zones,the monsoon region of eastern China,arid region of northwestern China,and high frigid region of the Tibetan Plateau,there was significant cooling in eastern and northwestern China.In eastern China,which contributed 53.79%,the trend magnitudes were 0.896°C/10a in winter and 0.134°C/10a in summer.In the Tibeta n Plateau,air temperature in creased by 0.204°C/10a,indicating a lack of a significant warming hiatus.More broadly,the warming hiatus in China may have been associated with the negative phase of PDO and reduction in sunspot numbers and total solar radiation.Finally,although a warming hiatus occurred in China from 1998 to 2012,air temperature rapidly increased after 2012 and will likely to continuously warm in the next few years. | DU Qinqin ZHANG Mingjun WANG Shengjie CHE Cunwei MA Rong MA Zhuanzhuan | 2019 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2019,29,4: | 9 |

| 9 | A Hu sheep genome with the first ovine Y chromosome reveal introgression history after sheep domestication显示文摘The Y chromosome plays key roles in male fertility and reflects the evolutionary history of paternal lineages.Here,we present a de novo genome assembly of the Hu sheep with the first draft assembly of ovine Y chromosome(o MSY),using nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The o MSY that we generated spans 10.6 Mb from which 775 Y-SNPs were identified by applying a large panel of whole genome sequences from worldwide sheep and wild Iranian mouflons.Three major paternal lineages(HY1a,HY1b and HY2)were defined across domestic sheep,of which HY2 was newly detected.Surprisingly,HY2 forms a monophyletic clade with the Iranian mouflons and is highly divergent from both HY1a and HY1b.Demographic analysis of Y chromosomes,mitochondrial and nuclear genomes confirmed that HY2 and the maternal counterpart of lineage C represented a distinct wild mouflon population in Iran that diverge from the direct ancestor of domestic sheep,the wild mouflons in Southeastern Anatolia.Our results suggest that wild Iranian mouflons had introgressed into domestic sheep and thereby introduced this Iranian mouflon specific lineage carrying HY2 to both East Asian and Africa sheep populations. | Ran Li Peng Yang Ming Li Wenwen Fang Xiangpeng Yue Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Shangquan Gan Duo Du Yudong Cai Xuelei Dai Qimeng Yang Chunna Cao Weidong Deng Sangang He Wenrong Li Runlin Ma Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7: | 1 |

| 20 | Privacy-Preserving Strategyproof Auction Mechanisms for Resource Allocation显示文摘In recent years, auction theory has been extensively studied and many state-of-the-art solutions have been proposed aiming at allocating scarce resources. However, most of these studies assume that the auctioneer is always trustworthy in the sealed-bid auctions, which is not always true in a more realistic scenario. Besides the privacy-preserving issue, the performance guarantee of social efficiency maximization is also crucial for auction mechanism design. In this paper, we study the auction mechanisms that consider the above two aspects. We discuss two multi-unit auction models: the identical multiple-items auction and the distinct multiple-items auction.Since the problem of determining a multi-unit auction mechanism that can maximize its social efficiency is NPhard, we design a series of nearly optimal multi-unit auction mechanisms for the proposed models. We prove that the proposed auction mechanisms are strategyproof. Moreover, we also prove that the privacy of bid value from each bidder can be preserved in the auction mechanisms. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work on the strategyproof multi-unit auction mechanisms that simultaneously consider privacy preservation and social efficiency maximization.
