| 7 | Slope stability analysis under seismic load by vector sum analysis method显示文摘The vibration characteristics and dynamic responses of rock and soil under seismic load can be estimated with dynamic finite element method(DFEM).Combining with the DFEM,the vector sum analysis method(VSAM) is employed in seismic stability analysis of a slope in this paper.Different from other conventional methods,the VSAM is proposed based on the vector characteristic of force and current stress state of the slope.The dynamic stress state of the slope at any moment under seismic load can be obtained by the DFEM,thus the factor of safety of the slope at any moment during earthquake can be easily obtained with the VSAM in consideration of the DFEM.Then,the global stability of the slope can be estimated on the basis of time-history curve of factor of safety and reliability theory.The VSAM is applied to a homogeneous slope under seismic load.The factor of safety of the slope is 1.30 under gravity only and the dynamic factor of safety under seismic load is 1.21.The calculating results show that the dynamic characteristics and stability state of the slope with input ground motion can be actually analyzed.It is believed that the VSAM is a feasible and practical approach to estimate the dynamic stability of slopes under seismic load. | Mingwei Guo Xiurun Ge Shuilin Wang | 2011 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2011,3,3: | 14 |
| 8 | Superabsorbent Fibers for Comfortable Disposable Medical Protective Clothing显示文摘Disposable medical protective clothing for 2019-nCoV mainly consists of stacked layers with nanopore films,polymer coated nonwoven fabrics and melt-blown nonwoven fabrics against anti-microbial and anti-liquid penetration.However,such structures lack moisture permeability and breathability leading to an uncomfortable,stuffy wearing experience.Here,we propose a novel medical protective clothing material with a superabsorbent layer to enhance moisture absorption.Poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/polyvinyl alcohol superabsorbent fibers(PAAAM/PVA fibers)were prepared via wet spinning.And the superabsorbent composite layer was stacked from PAAAM/PVA fibers,bamboo pulp fibers(BPF)and ethylene-propyl-ene side by side fibers(ESF).The novel disposable medical protective composite fabric was obtained through gluing the superabsorbent layer to the inner surface of strong antistatic polypropylene nonwoven fabric.The resultant composite fabric possesses excellent absorption and retention capacity for sweat,up to 12.3 g/g and 63.8%,and a maximum hygroscopic rate of 1.04 g/h,higher than that of the conventional material(only 0.53 g/h).The moisture permeability of the novel material reached 12,638.5 g/(m^(2) d),which was 307.6%of the conventional material.The novel material can effectively reduce the humidity inside the protective clothing and significantly improve the comfort of medical staff. | Lin Yang Hong Liu Shuai Ding Jiawei Wu Yan Zhang Zhongzhen Wang Lili Wei Mingwei Tian Guangming Tao | 2020 | Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,3: | 11 |
| 9 | Sensitivity studies of a high accuracy surface modeling method显示文摘The sensitivities of the initial value and the sampling information to the accuracy of a high accuracy surface modeling(HASM) are investigated and the implementations of this new modeling method are modified and enhanced. Based on the fundamental theorem of surface theory, HASM is developed to correct the error produced in geographical information system and ecological modeling process. However, the earlier version of HASM is theoretically incomplete and its initial value must be produced by other surface modeling methods, such as spline, which limit its promotion. In other words, we must use other interpolators to drive HASM. According to the fundamental theorem of surface theory, we modify HASM, namely HASM.MOD, by adding another important nonlinear equation to make it independent of other methods and, at the same time, have a complete and solid theory foundation. Two mathematic surfaces and monthly mean temperature of 1951–2010 are used to validate the effectiveness of the new method. Experiments show that the modified version of HASM is insensitive to the selection of initial value which is particular important for HASM. We analyze the sensitivities of sampling error and sampling ratio to the simulation accuracy of HASM.MOD. It is found that sampling information plays an important role in the simulation accuracy of HASM.MOD. Another feature of the modified version of HASM is that it is theoretically perfect as it considers the third equation of the surface theory which reflects the local warping of the surface. | 12 | A fundamental theorem for eco-environmental surface modelling and its applications显示文摘We propose a fundamental theorem for eco-environmental surface modelling(FTEEM) in order to apply it into the fields of ecology and environmental science more easily after the fundamental theorem for Earth’s surface system modeling(FTESM). The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region is taken as a case area to conduct empirical studies of algorithms for spatial upscaling, spatial downscaling, spatial interpolation, data fusion and model-data assimilation, which are based on high accuracy surface modelling(HASM), corresponding with corollaries of FTEEM. The case studies demonstrate how eco-environmental surface modelling is substantially improved when both extrinsic and intrinsic information are used along with an appropriate method of HASM. Compared with classic algorithms, the HASM-based algorithm for spatial upscaling reduced the root-meansquare error of the BTH elevation surface by 9 m. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial downscaling reduced the relative error of future scenarios of annual mean temperature by 16%. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial interpolation reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean precipitation by 0.2%. The HASM-based algorithm for data fusion reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean temperature by 70%. The HASM-based algorithm for model-data assimilation reduced the relative error of carbon stocks by 40%. | 13 | Protonation induced high-T_c phases in iron-based superconductors evidenced by NMR and magnetization measurements显示文摘Chemical substitution during growth is a well-established method to manipulate electronic states of quantum materials, and leads to rich spectra of phase diagrams in cuprate and iron-based superconductors. Here we report a novel and generic strategy to achieve nonvolatile electron doping in series of(i.e.11 and 122 structures) Fe-based superconductors by ionic liquid gating induced protonation at room temperature. Accumulation of protons in bulk compounds induces superconductivity in the parent compounds, and enhances the Tclargely in some superconducting ones. Furthermore, the existence of proton in the lattice enables the first proton nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) study to probe directly superconductivity. Using Fe S as a model system, our NMR study reveals an emergent high-Tcphase with no coherence peak which is hard to measure by NMR with other isotopes. This paper mainly studies the problem of cooperative localization based on environment information interaction in unknown complex environment. Considering the effiect of robot motion state on the cooperative localization, we present an algorithm for adaptive selecting periods of the cooperative localization based on autonomous motion state estimation. In order to avoid equipping an extra localization marker on the robot which is needed for direct observation between robots, and to make full use of the interactive information between robots in the same scene, a method for obtaining multi-robot observations based on MbICP algorithm is proposed, which makes multirobot cooperative localization using EKF feasible and reliable in cluttered environment.
