4俄罗斯东部天然气资源与亚太天然气市场显示文摘东西伯利亚的天然气潜在资源量估计为32万亿立方米,探明储量9440亿立方米。远东的雅库特和萨哈林州的天然气潜在资源量为16.7万亿立方米,探明储量为1.57万亿立方米。2000年前,伊尔库次克州和雅库特自治共和国的天然气年产量将达到100~150亿立方米,萨哈林大陆架的天然气年产量将达到100~200亿立方米。到2000~2005年,俄罗斯可向中国出口雅库特天然气60~70亿立方米/年。日本是亚太地区最大的液化天然气进口国,2010年供需缺口为600~2000万吨。从俄罗斯远东通过管道向日本输送天然气是比较经济的选择。王霖 A. 5Orientation-controlled,low-temperature plasma growth and applications of h-BN nanosheets显示文摘Dimensionality and orientation of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)nanosheets are promising to create and control their unique properties for diverse applications.However,low-temperature deposition of vertically oriented h-BN nanosheets is a significant challenge.Here we report on the low-temperature plasma synthesis of maze-like h-BN nanowalls(BNNWs)from a mixture of triethylamine borane(TEAB)and ammonia at temperatures as low as 400℃.The maze-like BNNWs contained vertically aligned stacks of h-BN nanosheets.Wavy h-BN nanowalls with randomly oriented nanocrystalline structure are also fabricated.Simple and effective control of morphological type of BNNWs by the deposition-mperature is demonstrated.Despite the lower synthesis temperature,thermal stability and oxidation resistivity of the maze-like BNNWs are higher than for the wavy nanowalls.The structure and oxidation of the nanowalls was found to be the critical factor for their thermal stability and con trolled luminescence properties.Cytotoxic study dem on strated sign ificant antibacterial effect of both maze-like and wavy h-BN nanowalls against E.coli.The reported results reveal a significant potential of h-BN nanowalls for a broad range of applications from electronics to biomedicine.Ivan Sergeevich Merenkov Mikhail Sergeevich Myshenkov Yuri Mikhailovich Zhukov Yohei Sato Tatyana Sergeevna Frolova Denis Vasilevich Danilov Igor Alekseevich Kasatkin Oleg Sergeevich Medvedev Roman Vladimirovich Pushkarev Olga Iva no vna Sin itsyna Masami Terauchi Irina Alekseev na Zvereva Marina Leonidovna Kosinova Ken Ostrikov 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:0
