| 1 | 社区化新零售的布局选址与优化发展研究——以南京市盒马鲜生为例显示文摘社区化新零售是新兴的商业模式,也是商业与社区互动的重要场域,值得从城市空间视角深入探究。基于南京市盒马鲜生及相关兴趣点(point of interest,POI)与兴趣面(area of interest,AOI)数据,综合运用空间分析、定量统计、实地调研等方法,解析盒马鲜生的服务类型及对象、空间布局特征、区位选址因素,并提出优化发展建议。研究发现:①南京市盒马鲜生服务对象以社区为主,酒店、写字楼为辅;服务客户以具有一定经济基础和消费能力的中青年人群为主。②空间布局总体呈现南—北走向的主城区+近郊区的'5+7三组团'格局,均为'点'状门店+不规则'面'状服务区相结合的'中心—外围'结构,实际配送范围与3 km缓冲区存在差异。③区位选址主要受社区密度和交通环境的影响,对商圈、地价具有依赖性,竞争对手对门店选址影响较小;主要位于社区与道路密度中高值区、商圈边缘地带、主干道两侧及地价中等区域,并利用面状服务区延伸服务范围,获取更多潜在目标客户群。最后从消费群体、运营成本、品牌竞争3个方面探索其区位选址的影响机制,并基于区位选址特征提出优化发展建议。 | 金安楠 李钢 王建坡 Muhammad Sajid MEHMOOD 于悦 林喆 | 2020 | 地理科学进展2020,39,12: | 17 |

| 3 | Particle size dependent sinterability and magnetic properties of recycled HDDR Nd-Fe-B powders consolidated with spark plasma sintering显示文摘The dependence of the magnetic properties on the particle size of recycled HDDR Nd-Fe-B powders was investigated,with the aim to assess the reprocessing potential of the end-of-life scrap magnets via spark plasma sintering(SPS).The as received recycled HDDR powder has coercivity(Hci)=830 kA/m and particles in the range from 30 to 700 μm(average 220 μm).After burr milling,the average particle size is reduced to 120 μm and subsequently the Hci of fine(milled) powder was 595 kA/m.Spark plasma sintering was exploited to consolidate the nanograined HDDR powders and limit the abnormal grain coarsening.The optimal SPS-ing of coarse HDDR powder at 750℃for 1 min produces fully dense magnets with Hci=950±100 kA/m which further increases to 1200 kA/m via thermal treatment at 750℃for 15 min.The burr milled fine HDDR powder under similar SPS conditions and after thermal treatment results in Hci=940 kA/m.The fine powder is further sieved down from 630 to less than 50 μm mesh size,to evaluate the possible reduction in Hci in relation to the particle size.The gain in oxygen content doubles for <50 μm sized particles as compared with coarser fractions(>200 μm).The XRD analysis for fractionated powder indicates an increase in Nd2O3 phase peaks in the finer(<100 μm)fractions.Similarly,the Hci reduces from 820 kA/m in the coarse particles(>200 μm) to 460 kA/m in the fine sized particles(<100μm).SPS was done on each HDDR powder fraction under the optimal conditions to measure the variation in Hci and density.The Hci of SPS-ed coarse fraction(>200 μm) is higher than 930 kA/m and it falls abruptly to just 70 kA/m for the fine sized particles(<100 μm).The thermal treatment further improves the Hci to>1000 kA/m only up to 100 μm sized fractions with>90% sintered density.The full densification(>99%) is observed only in the coarse fractions.The loss of coercivity and lack of sinterability in the fine sized particles(<100 μm) are attributed to a very high oxygen content.This implies that during recycling,if good magnetic properties are to be maintained or even increase the HDDR powder particles can be sized down only up to≥100 μm. | Awais Ikram Farhan Mehmood Richard Stuart Sheridan Muhammad Awais Allan Walton Anas Eldosouky Saso Sturm Spomenka Kobe Kristina Zuzek Rozman | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1: | 5 |
| 4 | Neuroprotective Effect of Chrysophanol as a PI3K/AKT/mTOR Signaling Inhibitor in an Experimental Model of Autologous Blood-induced Intracerebral Hemorrhage显示文摘Objective Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)refers to predominant,sporadic,and non-traumatic bleeding in the brain parenchyma.The PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway regulated by enzyme-linked receptors and has many biological functions in mammals.It plays a key role in neuronal metabolism,gene expression regulation,and tissue homeostasis in the healthy and diseased brain.Methods In the present study,the role of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway inhibitor chrysophanol(CPH)(10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg,orally)in the improvement of ICH-associated neurological defects in rats was investigated.Autologous blood(20µL/5 min/unilateral/intracerebroventricular)mimics ICH-like defects involving cellular and molecular dysfunction and neurotransmitter imbalance.The current study also included various behavioral assessments to examine cognition,memory,and motor and neuromuscular coordination.The protein expression levels of PI3K,AKT,and mTOR as well as myelin basic protein and apoptotic markers,such as Bax,Bcl-2,and caspase-3,were examined using ELISA kits.Furthermore,the levels of various neuroinflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress markers were assessed.Additionally,the neurological severity score,brain water content,gross brain pathology,and hematoma size were used to indicate neurological function and brain edema.Results CPH was found to be neuroprotective by restoring neurobehavioral alterations and significantly reducing the elevated PI3K,AKT,and mTOR protein levels,and modulating the apoptotic markers such as Bax,Bcl-2,and caspase-3 in rat brain homogenate.CPH substantially reduced the inflammatory cytokines like interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α.CPH administration restored the neurotransmitters GABA,glutamate,acetylcholine,dopamine,and various oxidative stress markers.Conclusion Our results show that CPH may be a promising therapeutic approach for overcoming neuronal damage caused by the overexpression of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in ICH-induced neurological dysfunctions in rats. | Kuldeep Singh JADAUN Sidharth MEHAN Aarti SHARMA Ehraz Mehmood SIDDIQUI Sumit KUMAR NaifALSUHAYMI | 2022 | Current Medical Science2022,42,2: | 5 |
| 5 | Characteristics of biomass ashes from different materials and their ameliorative effects on acid soils显示文摘The chemical characteristics,element contents,mineral compositions,and the ameliorative effects on acid soils of five biomass ashes from different materials were analyzed. The chemical properties of the ashes varied depending on the source biomass material. An increase in the concrete shuttering contents in the biomass materials led to higher alkalinity,and higher Ca and Mg levels in biomass ashes,which made them particularly good at ameliorating effects on soil acidity. However,heavy metal contents,such as Cr,Cu,and Zn in the ashes,were relatively high. The incorporation of all ashes increased soil p H,exchangeable base cations,and available phosphorus,but decreased soil exchangeable acidity. The application of the ashes from biomass materials with a high concrete shuttering content increased the soil available heavy metal contents. | 6 | Splenic injuries secondary to colonoscopy:Rare but serious complication显示文摘BACKGROUND Colonoscopy is a safe and routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedure for evaluation of large bowel diseases.Most common procedure related complications include bleeding and perforation but rarely a splenic Injury.AIM To investigate the reason for colonoscopy,presentation of patient with spleen injury,types of injury,diagnosis,management and outcomes of patients METHODS A structured search on four databases was done and 45 articles with 68 patients were selected.The reason for colonoscopy,presentation of patient with spleen injury,types of injury,diagnosis,management and outcomes of patients were identified and analyzed using SPSS.RESULTS The mean age of the patients was 62.7 years with 64%females.Twenty two percent had a complete splenic rupture with colonoscopy while 63%had subcapsular hematoma,spleen laceration and spleen avulsion.The most common reason for colonoscopy was screening(46%)followed by diagnostic colonoscopy(28%).Eighty seven percent of patients presented with abdominal pain.Patients with spleen rupture mostly required splenectomy(47%),while minor spleen hematomas and lacerations were managed conservatively(38%).Six percent of the patients were managed with proximal splenic artery splenic embolization and 4%were managed with laparoscopic repair.The overall mortality was 10%while 77%had complete recovery.The reason of colonoscopy against presentation specifically,abdominal pain showed no statistical significance P=0.69.The indication of colonoscopy had no significant impact on incidence of splenic injury(P=0.89).Majority of the patients(47%)were managed with splenectomy while the rest were managed conservatively(P=0.04).This association was moderately strong at a cramer’s V test(0.34).The Fisher exact test showed a higher mortality with spleen rupture(P=0.028).CONCLUSION Spleen rupture due to colonoscopy is a significant concern and is associated with high mortality.The management of the patients can be individualized based on clinical presentation. | Waqas Ullah Mamoon Ur Rashid Asif Mehmood Yousaf Zafar Ishtiaq Hussain Deepika Sarvepalli Muhammad Khalid Hasan | 2020 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2020,12,2: | 4 |
| 7 | Elemental composition of rice using calibration free laser induced breakdown spectroscopy显示文摘In this paper, we apply laser induce breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) to determine the elemental composition of different parts(root, stem and seed) of the rice plant and determine their weighted concentration using calibration free laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) technique. Ca, Fe and K are identified as major elements, while C, Ti, Mg, Si, Li, Ba, Sr, Cr, Na and Al as minor elements. We also detect the H-alpha line of hydrogen in the spectrum and determine the electron number density. The electron number density and its behavior as a function of laser energy, laser wavelength and the detector position are investigated. | 9 | Development of RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of docetaxel and curcumin in rat plasma: Validation and stability显示文摘The purpose of the present research was to develop a suitable, simple, precise, accurate,robust, and reproducible RP-HPLC method for a reliable simultaneous quantification of docetaxel(DTX) and curcumin(CCM) in rat plasma samples using paclitaxel(PTX) as an internal standard. The samples were assayed by the Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC instrument using a Capcell Pak C8 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) under isocratic conditions. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and triple distilled water(40/60, v/v) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The eluent was monitored at 230 nm for simultaneous measurement of curcumin and docetaxel. The method was validated by determining system suitability, selectivity, sensitivity, linearity, inter-day and intra-day precision, accuracy, robustness, and stability in accordance with the guidelines of the United States Food and Drug Administration(FDA).The developed chromatographic method proved to be simple, precise, accurate, robust and reproducible. Moreover, the samples showed stability at room temperature over a period of 48 h. | 10 | Polyphase Filter Banks for Embedded Sample Rate Changes in Digital Radio Front-Ends显示文摘This paper presents efficient processing engines for software-defined radio (SDR) front-ends. These engines, based on a polyphase channelizer, perform arbitrary sample-rate changes, frequency selection, and bandwidth control. This paper presents an M-path polyphase filter bank based on a modified N-path polyphase filter. Such a system allows resampling by arbitrary ratios while performing baseband aliasing from center frequencies at Nyquist zones that are not multiples of the output sample rate. This resampling technique is based on sliding cyclic data load interacting with cyclic-shifted coefficients. A non-maximally-decimated polyphase filter bank (where the number of data loads is not equal to the number of M subfilters) processes M subfilters in a time period that is less than or greater than the M data loads. A polyphase filter bank with five different resampling modes is used as a case study for embedded resampling in SDR front-ends. These modes are (i) maximally decimated, (ii) under-decimated, (iii) over-decimated, and combined up- and down-sampling with (iv) single stride length, and (v) multiple stride lengths. These modes can be used to obtain any required rational sampling rate change in an SDR front-end based on a polyphase channelizer. | 11 | Quantitative design of yield components to simulate yield formation for maize in China显示文摘Maize(Zea mays L.) stands prominently as one of the major cereal crops in China as well as in the rest of the world.Therefore,predicting the growth and yield of maize for large areas through yield components under high-yielding environments will help in understanding the process of yield formation and yield potential under different environmental conditions.This accurate early assessment of yield requires accuracy in the formation process of yield components as well.In order to formulate the quantitative design for high yields of maize in China,yield performance parameters of quantitative design for high grain yields were evaluated in this study,by utilizing the yield performance equation with normalization of planting density.Planting density was evaluated by parameters including the maximum leaf area index and the maximum leaf area per plant.Results showed that the variation of the maximum leaf area per plant with varying plant density conformed to the Reciprocal Model,which proved to have excellent prediction with root mean square error(RMSE) value of 5.95%.Yield model estimation depicted that the best optimal maximum leaf area per plant was 0.63 times the potential maximum leaf area per plant of hybrids.Yield performance parameters for different yield levels were quantitatively designed based on the yield performance equation.Through validation of the yield performance model by simulating high yields of spring maize in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Jilin Province,China,and summer maize in Shandong Province,the yield performance equation showed excellent prediction with the satisfactory mean RMSE value(7.72%) of all the parameters.The present study provides theoretical support for the formulation of quantitative design for sustainable high yield of maize in China,through consideration of planting density normalization in the yield prediction process,providing there is no water and nutrient limitation. | HOU Hai-peng MA Wei Mehmood Ali NOOR TANG Li-yuan LI Cong-feng DING Zai-song ZHAO Ming | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,3: | 3 |
| 12 | Silymarin-laden PVP-PEG polymeric composite for enhanced aqueous solubility and dissolution rate: Preparation and in vitro characterization显示文摘The aim of this work was to develop, optimize and characterize a silymarin-laden polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)-polyethylene glycol(PEG) polymeric composite to resolve low aqueous solubility and dissolution rate problem of the drug. A number of silymarin-laden polymeric formulations were fabricated with different quantities of PVP K-30 and PEG 6000 by the solvent-evaporation method. The effect of PVP K-30 and PEG 6000 on the aqueous solubility and dissolution rate was investigated. The optimized formulation and its constituents were characterized using powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) techniques. Both the PEG 6000 and PVP K-30 positively affected the aqueous solubility and dissolution rate of the drug. In particular, a formulation consisting of silymarin, PVP K-30 and PEG 6000(0.25/1.5/1.5, w/w/w) furnished the highest solubility(24.3972.95 mg/mL) and an excellent dissolution profile( $100% in 40 min). The solubility enhancement with this formulation was $ 1150-fold as compared to plain silymarin powder. Moreover, all the constituents existed in the amorphous state in this silymarin-laden PVP-PEG polymeric composite. | 13 | Hardware Architecture of Polyphase Filter Banks Performing Embedded Resampling for Software-Defined Radio Front-Ends显示文摘In this paper, we describe resource-efficient hardware architectures for software-defined radio (SDR) front-ends. These architectures are made efficient by using a polyphase channelizer that performs arbitrary sample rate changes, frequency selection, and bandwidth control. We discuss area, time, and power optimization for field programmable gate array (FPGA) based architectures in an M -path polyphase filter bank with modified N -path polyphase filter. Such systems allow resampling by arbitrary ratios while simultaneously performing baseband aliasing from center frequencies at Nyquist zones that are not multiples of the output sample rate. A non-maximally decimated polyphase filter bank, where the number of data loads is not equal to the number of M subfilters, processes M subfilters in a time period that is either less than or greater than the M data-load's time period. We present a load-process architecture (LPA) and a runtime architecture (RA) (based on serial polyphase structure) which have different scheduling. In LPA, N subfilters are loaded, and then M subfilters are processed at a clock rate that is a multiple of the input data rate. This is necessary to meet the output time constraint of the down-sampled data. In RA, M subfilters processes are efficiently scheduled within N data-load time while simultaneously loading N subfilters. This requires reduced clock rates compared with LPA, and potentially less power is consumed. A polyphase filter bank that uses different resampling factors for maximally decimated, under-decimated, over-decimated, and combined up- and down-sampled scenarios is used as a case study, and an analysis of area, time, and power for their FPGA architectures is given. For resource-optimized SDR front-ends, RA is superior for reducing operating clock rates and dynamic power consumption. | 14 | Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factor Analysis of Attended Collection and Delivery Points in Changsha City, China显示文摘Attended collection and delivery points are vital components of ‘last-mile logistics’.Based on point of interest(POI) data for Cainiao Stations and China Post stations in Changsha City, China, this paper provides a detailed exploration of the basic features, spatial distribution, and location influencing factors of attended collection and delivery points.Specifically, analyses of the types, service objects and location distributions of the attended collection and delivery points alongside a discussion of their spatial pattern and influencing factors provides a reference for their general geographic layout and characteristics.The findings of this study indicate that: 1) The main mode of operation of attended collection and delivery points is franchises, with other modes of operation rely on supermarkets and other individual shop types.2) The main service targets of attended collection and delivery points are communities, schools, and businesses, followed by townships, enterprises, scenic spots, and administrative units.3) Approximately 77.44% of the attended collection and delivery points are located near the exits of service areas;others are situated in the centre of the service areas.For the Cainiao Stations, 80% are located within 125 m of the exit;for the China Post stations, 80% are located within 175 m of the exit.4) The spatial distribution of the attended collection and delivery points in Changsha is unbalanced, with ‘more centre and fewer surrounding’.The centre is an ‘inverted triangle’, and the edge is an ‘orphan’, showing a northwest-southeast orientation and symmetrical along the axis.The layout of the attended collection and delivery points forms three core areas, and the number of sites decreases with the distance from the core.5) The number and distribution of the attended collection and delivery points are strongly consistent with the regional economic development level, population, and roadway system traffic convenience.Most attended collection and delivery points are on residential, scientific and educational, and commercial and financial land. | XUE Shuyan LI Gang YANG Lan LIU Ling NIE Qifan Muhammad Sajid MEHMOOD | 2019 | Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,6: | 3 |
| 15 | Optical spin-symmetry breaking for high-efficiency directional helicity-multiplexed metaholograms显示文摘Helicity-multiplexed metasurfaces based on symmetric spin–orbit interactions (SOIs) have practical limits because they cannot provide central-symmetric holographic imaging. Asymmetric SOIs can effectively address such limitations, with several exciting applications in various fields ranging from asymmetric data inscription in communications to dual side displays in smart mobile devices. Low-loss dielectric materials provide an excellent platform for realizing such exotic phenomena efficiently. In this paper, we demonstrate an asymmetric SOI-dependent transmission-type metasurface in the visible domain using hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) nanoresonators. The proposed design approach is equipped with an additional degree of freedom in designing bi-directional helicity-multiplexed metasurfaces by breaking the conventional limit imposed by the symmetric SOI in half employment of metasurfaces for one circular handedness. Two on-axis, distinct wavefronts are produced with high transmission efficiencies, demonstrating the concept of asymmetric wavefront generation in two antiparallel directions. Additionally, the CMOS compatibility of a-Si:H makes it a cost-effective alternative to gallium nitride (GaN) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) for visible light.
