| 2 | Benefits of Ilizarov automated bone distraction for nerves and articular cartilage in experimental leg lengthening显示文摘AIM To determine peculiarities of tissue responses to manual and automated Ilizarov bone distraction in nerves and articular cartilage.METHODS Twenty-nine dogs were divided in two experimental groups: Group M-leg lengthening with manual distraction(1 mm/d in 4 steps), Group A-automated distraction(1 mm/d in 60 steps) and intact group. Animals were euthanized at the end of distraction, at 30 th day of fixation in apparatus and 30 d after the fixator removal. M-responses in gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles were recorded, numerical histology of peronealand tibialis nerves and knee cartilage semi-thin sections, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray electron probe microanalysis were performed.RESULTS Better restoration of M-response amplitudes in leg muscles was noted in A-group. Fibrosis of epineurium with adipocytes loss in peroneal nerve, subperineurial edema and fibrosis of endoneurium in some fascicles of both nerves were noted only in M-group, shares of nerve fibers with atrophic and degenerative changes were bigger in M-group than in A-group. At the end of experiment morphometric parameters of nerve fibers in peroneal nerve were comparable with intact nerve only in A-group. | 4 | 高效液相色谱法测定茶叶酚酸化合物的含量显示文摘建立一种高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定茶叶中酚酸化合物的分析方法。茶叶样品直接经过热水浸提,用TC-C18色谱柱进行分离,以乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)乙酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,选择280nm为检测波长,DAD检测器进行检测。8种酚酸化合物(没食子酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、对香豆酸、阿魏酸、水杨酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸)在各自线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数保持在0.99以上。该方法用于鲜叶、绿茶、红茶、白茶中酚酸化合物的测定。结果表明,茶叶中含量最高的是没食子酸(1.71~2.41mg·g^-1),其次是水杨酸和绿原酸,苯甲酸、肉桂酸在茶叶中均未检测出。总酚酸含量白茶中最高,鲜叶中最低。该方法操作方便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于茶鲜叶、红茶、绿茶、白茶中酚酸化合物的测定。 | 屈艳勤 Tukhvatshin Marat 郑德勇 张钎 杨江帆 叶乃兴 | 2019 | 茶叶学报2019，60，2： | 4 |
| 5 | 盆栽条件下茶园土壤pH值、养分和酶活性对茶树修剪枝与大豆交互作用的响应显示文摘为探索茶园化肥减施增效的新技术模式,通过盆栽实验,设置覆盖茶树修剪枝(T1)、单作大豆(T2)、覆盖茶树修剪枝并套种大豆(T3)和不做任何处理(CK),分析盆栽中的茶园土壤全磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)、全钾(TK)、速效钾(AK)、全氮(TN)、碱解氮(AN)、有机质含量,pH值和脲酶、纤维素酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活性,探究覆盖茶树修剪枝与套种大豆交互作用下盆栽中的茶园土壤养分和酶活性的响应规律。结果表明:土壤TP、AP、AK以及酶活性对覆盖茶树修剪枝与套种大豆的交互作用响应显著;T3的TN、AN含量高于T1、T2;T3的有机质含量和p H值分别较T1提高了53.92%、2.44%,较T2提高了25.60%、6.03%;蔗糖酶和脲酶活性响应规律相类似,表现为T3>T1>T2>CK,且T3与其他处理差异显著;T3的纤维素酶和酸性磷酸酶活性大于其他处理;PCA排序结果表明,T3、CK接近PC2原点,在PC1上得分相反;T1、T2接近PC1原点,在PC2上得分相反;磷素与钾素之间有很强的相关性,有机质和氮含量与酶活性密切相关;p H值与纤维素酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、TN、有机质显著正相关。分析表明,盆栽条件下,覆盖茶树修剪枝并套种大豆在茶园土壤养分和酶活性方面存在交互作用,能提高茶园土壤氮素、有机质含量,提高茶园土壤酶活性并缓解茶园土壤酸化,为茶园化肥减施增效的新技术提供科学依据。 | 郭彬 高水练 王苗苗 胡雲飞 向萍 朱秋芳 Tukhvatshin Marat 林金科 | 2021 | 生态学杂志2021，40，11： | 3 |

| 8 | Continuum understanding of twin formation near grain boundaries of FCC metals with low stacking fault energy显示文摘Deformation twinning from grain boundaries is often observed in face-centered cubic metals with low stacking fault energy.One of the possible factors that contribute to twinning origination from grain boundaries is the intergranular interactions during deformation.Nonetheless,the influence of mechanical interaction among grains on twin evolution has not been fully understood.In spite of extensive experimental and modeling efforts on correlating microstructural features with their twinning behavior,a clear relation among the large aggregate of grains is still lacking.In this work,we characterize the micromechanics of grain-to-grain interactions that contribute to twin evolution by investigating the mechanical twins near grain boundaries using a full-field crystal plasticity simulation of a twinning-induced plasticity steel deformed in uniaxial tension at room temperature.Microstructures are first observed through electron backscatter diffraction technique to obtain data to reconstruct a statistically equivalent microstructure through synthetic microstructure building.Grain-to-grain micromechanical response is analyzed to assess the collective twinning behavior of the microstructural volume element under tensile deformation.Examination of the simulated results reveal that grain interactions are capable of changing the local mechanical behavior near grain boundaries by transferring strain across grain boundary or localizing strain near grain boundary. | Jaimyun Jung Jae Ik Yoon Jung Gi Kim Marat I.Latypov Jin You Kim Hyoung Seop Kim | 2017 | npj Computational Materials2017，，1： | 2 |
| 9 | Simulation of Analog Costas Loop Circuits显示文摘The analysis of stability and numerical simulation of Costas loop circuits for the high-frequency signals is a challenging task. The problem lies in the fact that it is necessary to observe very fast time scale of input signals and slow time scale of signal s phases simultaneously. To overcome this difficulty, it is possible to follow the classical ideas of Gardner and Viterbi to construct a mathematical model of Costas loop, in which only slow time change of signal s phases and frequencies is considered. Such an construction, in turn,requires the computation of phase detector characteristic, depending on the waveforms of the considered signals. In this paper, the problems of nonlinear analysis of Costas loops and the approaches to the simulation of the classical Costas loop, the quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) Costas loop, and the two-phase Costas loop are discussed.
