1贵州东南部的地质构造与金矿床的关系显示文摘本文研究了贵州东南部的天柱、锦屏和黎平地区的地质构造特征、该区金矿床特征及其与地质构造的关系。认为区内北部和南部相距数十公里的两条近东西向的基底剪切断裂带构成了本区地堑式的构造格局。由于这两条东西向剪切断裂的剪切作用 ,形成了本区以北东向为主的褶皱和剪切带。北东向褶皱和剪切带构造是在加里东期形成的 ,同时也发生了绿片岩相的变质作用。在背斜形成的同时或稍后剪切作用开始发生 ,剪切作用继承着北东向 ,形成了若干条与褶皱轴平行或相交的剪切带。成矿流体沿着剪切带上升 ,一方面在剪切带中沉淀出穿层产出的不整合破碎带型金矿体 ,即透镜状含金石英脉 ;同时大部分充填到由背斜和剪切作用形成的层间裂隙或层间破碎带中 ,从而形成赋存于浊积岩的顺层产出的层状含金石英脉金矿床。这种类型的含金石英脉 ,无论在品位(多数可见明金 )、储量和产量方面均很有前景 ,并且有着十分重要的学术意义 ,因为这在国内还是首次发现。卢焕章 王中刚 吴学益 陈文益 朱笑青 郭迪江 胡瑞忠 MOUSSA Keita 2005地质学报2005,79,1:56
2黔东南新元古界青白口系下江群火山碎屑浊流沉积与金矿关系的初步研究显示文摘贵州省东南部和湖南省西部接壤的大片新元古代下江群分布地区盛产的石英脉型金矿具有较大远景。该套巨厚的砂质板岩、沉凝灰质板岩常被称为复理石组合。通过对锦屏县平秋剖面、锦屏—远口地区天柱剖面以及锦屏、铜鼓等地的考察研究,认为它们均属于火山碎屑浊流沉积。本次主要研究锦屏、天柱一带浊积岩的沉积特征、岩石学特征和金的地球化学背景值,并参考了大量区域地质资料,分析了黔东南地区青白口纪番召期、清水江期、平略期和隆里期浊流沉积的古地理特征,指出石英脉金矿的分布受背斜轴的剪切带控制,而含沉凝灰岩的浊积岩还可能是其矿源层。陈文一 卢焕章 王中刚 胡瑞忠 吴学益 Moussa Keita 朱笑青 2006古地理学报2006,8,4:19
3Cryopreservation of mammalian oocytes and embryos: current problems and future perspectives显示文摘Cryopreservation techniques for mammalian oocytes and embryos have rapidly progressed during the past two decades,emphasizing their importance in various assisted reproductive technologies.Pregnancies and live births resulting from cryopreserved oocytes and embryos of several species including humans have provided proof of principle and led to the adoption of cryopreservation as an integral part of clinical in vitro fertilization.Considerable progress has been achieved in the development and application of the cryopreservation of mammalian oocytes and embryos,including preservation of the reproductive potential of patients who may become infertile,establishment of cryopreserved oocyte banks,and transport of oocytes and embryos internationally.However,the success rates are still far lower than those obtained with fresh oocytes and embryos,and there are still obstacles that need to be overcome.In this review,we address the major obstacles in the development of effective cryopreservation techniques.Such knowledge may help to eliminate these hurdles by revealing which aspects need improvement.Furthermore,this information may encourage further research by cryobiologists and increase the practical use of cryopreservation as a major part of assisted reproductive technologies for both humans and animal species.MOUSSA Mahmoud SHU Juan ZHANG XueHong ZENG FanYi 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,9:18

5Multispecies probiotic protects gut barrier function in experimental models显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effect of the probiotic combination Lactibiane Tolerance?(LT)on epithelial barrier function in vitro and in vivo.METHODS:The effect of the multispecies probiotic LT was assessed on several models of epithelial barrier function both in vitro(in basal and inflammatory conditions)and in vivo[visceral hypersensitivity induced by chronic stress or by colonic perfusion of a fecal supernatant(FSN)from patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)].In vitro,we measured the permeability of confluent T84 cell monolayers incubated with or without LT by evaluating the paracellular flux of macromolecules,in basal conditions and after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)or with conditioned medium of colonic biopsies from IBS patients(IBS-CM).In vivo,male C57/Bl6 mice received orally NaCl or LT for 15 d and were submitted to water avoidance stress(WAS)before evaluating visceral sensitivity by measuring the myoelectrical activity of the abdominal muscle and the paracellular permeability with 51Cr-EDTA.Permeability and sensitivity were also measured after colonic instillation of FSN.Tight-junctions were assessed by immunoblotting and TLR-4 expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry RESULTS:Incubation of T84 cell monolayers with LT in basal conditions had no significant effect on permeability(P>0.05 vs culture medium).By contrast,addition of LT bacterial bodies(LT)completely prevented the LPS-induced increase in paracellular permeability(P<0.01 vs LPS 10 ng/mL(LPS 10);P<0.01 vs LPS 100ng/mL(LPS 100),P>0.05 vs culture medium).The effect was dose dependent as addition of 109 LT bacterial bodies induced a stronger decrease in absorbance than 106 LT(109 LT+LPS 10:-20.1%±13.4,P<0.01vs LPS 10;106 LT+LPS 10:-11.6%±6.2,P<0.01 vs LPS 10;109 LT+LPS 100:-14.4%±5.5,P<0.01 vs LPS 100;106 LT+LPS 100:-11.6%±7.3,P<0.05 vs LPS 100).Moreover,the increase in paracellular permeability induced by culturing T84 cells with conditioned medium of colonic biopsies from IBS patients(IBS-CM)was completely inhibited in the presence of 109 LT(P<0.01 vs IBS-CM).LT also significantly prevented the epithelial disruption induced by intracolonic infusion of fecal supernatant from IBS patients(P<0.01 vs IBS FSN)or water avoidance stress P<0.01 vs WAS)in C57/Bl6 mice and increased the expression of occludin in vitro and in vivo,as assessed by immnunoblotting.The WAS-induced effect on visceral sensitivity was prevented by LT treatment since values obtained for all steps of colorectal distension were significantly(P<0.01)different from the WAS group.Finally,LT downregulated the response mediated through TLR-4 in vitro(decrease in tumor necrosis factorαsecretion in response to LPS:-65.8%for 109 LT and-52.5%for 106LT,P<0.01 vs LPS)and in vivo(inhibition of WAS induced an increase in TLR-4 expression in the LT treated mice colon,P<0.01 vs WAS).CONCLUSION:The probiotic LT mix prevented the disruption to the epithelial barrier induced by LPS,stress or colonic soluble factors from IBS patients and prevented visceral hypersensitivity.Mylene Nébot-Vivinus Cherryl Harkat Hanene Bzioueche Christel Cartier Raffaella Plichon-Dainese Lara Moussa Helene Eutamene Dorsa Pishvaie Sophie Holowacz Christian Seyrig Thierry Piche Vassilia Theodorou 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,22:12

7Moheli岛快速灭源灭疟法实施1年报告(英文)显示文摘【目的】探讨在Moheli岛实施快速灭源灭疟法(FEMSE)治疗疟疾的效果。【方法】采用FEMSE法制定统一的疟疾治疗方案,对疟原虫诊断阳性者,按Artequick-Primaquine(青蒿素-哌喹-伯氨喹)标准方案(2d为1疗程)给予治疗:成人首剂2片,24h后再服2片,1疗程总量4片。儿童带虫率<10%的地区全民服药1次;儿童带虫率≥10%的村进行两次全民服药,相隔42 d。主要观察服药率及人群带虫率。【结果】服药率:第1次全民服药人数合计32 519人(同期登记总人口数为37243人,367个6个月以内的婴儿未参与服药),服药率为88.2%;第2次全民服药人数合计35 370人(同期登记总人口数为37 112人,335个6个月以内的婴儿未参与服药),服药率为96.2%。人群带虫率:全民服药前人群带虫率为22.95%(281/1 224),全民服药后2个月带虫率降为1.41%(28/1 987),4个月带虫率降为0.33%(8/2 458),下降幅度为98.56%。【结论】全民服药后4个月人群带虫率从22.95%下降到0.33%,表明采用FEMSE法服用Artequick-Primaquine清除体内疟原虫能够在短时间内使人群带虫率迅速下降,且未见明显的不良反应。在巩固阶段若能有效地组织监督实施清除疟疾的计划,可使人群带虫率和发病率进一步下降。李国桥 宋健平 邓长生 Moussa Mohamed Ahamada MSA Mliva Fatihou Oithik 陈沛泉 谈博 2010广州中医药大学学报2010,27,1:10

9优质樱桃番茄高效水氮耦合管理显示文摘【目的】水分和氮素是限制作物产量和品质的最重要因素,合理的水肥管理是农业生产高产高效的关键。结合同位素技术研究最优水氮耦合模式,为樱桃番茄生产中合理灌水和施氮,提高番茄果实品质及水分利用效率(WUE)提供科学依据。【方法】以樱桃番茄品种‘千禧’为试验材料,结合稳定同位素技术进行水肥耦合盆栽试验。试验设置3个灌溉水平(W)和3个氮素水平(N),灌溉水平包括90%土壤持水量(充分供水,WH),70%土壤持水量(中度水分胁迫,WM)和50%土壤持水量(重度水分胁迫,WL);氮素水平包括高氮(0.23 g/kg,NH),中氮(0.16 g/kg,NM)和低氮(0.08 g/kg,NL)。试验采用完全随机设计,共9个处理。在灌溉施肥处理60天后收获,分析测定了植株不同部位的生物量及碳、氮、氧同位素含量。【结果】在WH和WM条件下,增加氮素用量使番茄地上部干物质量和叶面积显著增加,增幅分别为19.8%~45.4%和29.4%~106.8%;相同氮素水平下,WH和WM的地上部干物质量和叶面积比WL分别增加24.7%~83.4%和17.6%~90.4%。WHNH处理干物质量和叶面积最高,WMNH处理次之,但后者耗水量低,具有最高的WUE。在WH和WM下,随着氮素用量的增加番茄植株的WUE和氮素含量同步增加。土壤水分水平下降提高了植株的WUE以及δ13C和δ18O,而WUE提高的主要原因是由于叶片气孔的优化调控,植株叶片的δ13C和δ18O可以用于表示灌溉施肥条件下长时间尺度上的WUE信息。WLNM处理提高番茄的糖分含量,而WHNM处理能降低番茄的有机酸含量,从而使番茄口感更好,提高番茄品质。【结论】中度水分胁迫和高氮处理(WMNH)能在促进番茄生长和提高氮素吸收和利用效率的同时减少水分用量,提高番茄的水分利用效率,为本试验的最优水氮耦合处理。王超 Tankari Moussa 龚道枝 郝卫平 张燕卿 梅旭荣 王耀生 2020植物营养与肥料学报2020,26,1:8
10The lncRNA APOLO interacts with the transcription factor WRKY42 to trigger root hair cell expansion in response to cold显示文摘Plant long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)have emerged as important regulators of chromatin dynamics,impacting on transcriptional programs leading to different developmental outputs.The lncRNA AUXIN-REGULATED PROMOTER LOOP(APOLO)directly recognizes multiple independent loci across the Arabidopsis genome and modulates their three-dimensional chromatin conformation,leading to transcriptional shifts.Here,we show that APOLO recognizes the locus encoding the root hair(RH)master regulator ROOT HAIR DEFECTIVE 6(RHD6)and controls RHD6 transcriptional activity,leading to cold-enhanced RH elongation through the consequent activation of the transcription factor gene RHD6-like RSL4.Furthermore,we demonstrate that APOLO interacts with the transcription factor WRKY42 and modulates its binding to the RHD6 promoter.WRKY42 is required for the activation of RHD6 by low temperatures and WRKY42 deregulation impairs cold-induced RH expansion.Collectively,our results indicate that a novel ribonucleoprotein complex with APOLO and WRKY42 forms a regulatory hub to activate RHD6 by shaping its epigenetic environment and integrate signals governing RH growth and development.Michael Moison Javier Martinez Pacheco Leandro Lucero Camille Fonouni-Farde Johan Rodriguez-Melo Natanael Mansilla Aurelie Christ Jeremie Bazin Moussa Benhamed Fernando Ibanez Martin Crespi Jose M.Estevez Federico Ariel 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,6:8
11Effect of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells on hepatocellular carcinoma: In vitro inhibition of carcinogenesis显示文摘AIM To investigate the effect of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSCs)and their conditioned media(CM) on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell tumorigenesis.METHODS The proliferation rate of HepG2 and PLC-PRF-5 HCC cancer cells was measured using the trypan blue exclusion method and confirmed using the cell-counting kit8(commonly known as CCK-8) assay. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry using annexin V-FITC. Protein and mRNA expression was quantified by ELISA and real time PCR, respectively. Migration and invasion rates were performed by Transwell migration and invasion assays. Wound healing was examined to confirm the data obtained from the migration assays.RESULTS Our data demonstrated that when co-culturing HCC cell lines with ADMSCs or treating them with ADMSC CM, the HCC cell proliferation rate was significantly inhibited and the apoptosis rate increased. The decreased proliferation rate was accompanied by an upregulation of P53 and Retinoblastoma mRNA and a downregulation of c-Myc and hTERT mRNA levels. More notably, ADMSCs and their CM suppressed the expression of the two important markers of HCC carcinogenicity, alpha-fetoprotein and Des-gamma-carboxyprothrombin. 13Antihydatic and immunomodulatory effects of Punica granatum peel aqueous extract in a murine model of echinococcosis显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of pomegranate peel aqueous extract(PGE) on the development of secondary experimental echinococcosis and on the viability of Echinococcux granulosus protoscoleces,and the immunomodulatory properties of PGE.Methods:Swiss mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with viable protoscoleces.Then,PGE was orally administered daily during cystic echinococcosis development.Cyst development and hepatic damage were macroscopically and histologically analyzed.The production of nitric oxide and TNF-α was assessed in plasma and the hepatic expression of iNOS.TNF-α,NF-κB and CD68 was examined.Moreover,protoscoleces were cultured and treated with different concentrations of PGE.Results:It was observed that in vitro treatment of protoscoleces caused a significant decrease in viability in a PGE-dose-dependent manner.In vivo,after treatment of cystic echinococcosis infected mice with PGE,a significant decrease in nitric oxide levels(P<0.000 1)and TNF-α levels(P<0.001) was observed.This decline was strongly related to the inhibition of cyst development(rate of hydatid cyst growth inhibition=63.08%) and a decrease in CD68 expression in both the pericystic layer of hepatic hydatid cysts and liver tissue(P<0.000 1).A significant diminution of iNOS,TNF-α and NF-κB expression was also observed in liver tissue of treated mice(P<0.000 1).Conclusions:Our results indicate an antihydatic scolicidal effect and immunomodulatory properties of PGE,suggesting its potential therapeutic role against Echinococcuss granulosus infection.Moussa Labsi Lila Khelifi Dalila Mezioug Imene Soufli Chafia Touil-Boukoffa 2016Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016,9,3:5

15Biological, clinical and epidemiological features of COVID-19, SARS and MERS and AutoDock simulation of ACE2显示文摘Background:The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has caused a public catastrophe and global concern.The main symptoms of COVID-19 are fever,cough,myalgia,fatigue and lower respiratory tract infection signs.Almost all populations are susceptible to the virus,and thebasic reproduction number(R0)is 2.8-3.9.The fight against COVID-19 should have two aspects:one is the treatment of infected patients,and the other is the mobilization of the society to avoid the spread of the virus.The treatment of patients includes supportive treatment,antiviral treatment,and oxygen therapy.For patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)and circulatory support are recommended.Plasma therapy and traditional Chinese medicine have also achieved good outcomes.This review is intended to summarize the research on this new coronavirus,to analyze the similarities and differences between COVID-19 and previous outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)and Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS)and to provide guidance regarding new methods of prevention,diagnosis and clinical treatment based on autodock simulations.Methods:This review compares the multifaceted characteristics of the three coronaviruses including COVID-19,SARS and MERS.Our researchers take the COVID-19,SARS,and MERS as key words and search literatures in the Pubmed database.We compare them horizontally and vertically which respectively means concluding the individual characteristics of each coronavirus and comparing the similarities and differences between the three coronaviruses.Results:We searched for studies on each outbreak and their solutions and found that the main biological differences among SARS-CoV-2,SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV are in ORF1a and the sequence of gene spike coding protein-S.We also found that the types and severity of clinical symptoms vary,which means that the diagnosis and nursing measures also require differentiation.In addition to the common route of transmission including airborne transmission,these three viruses have their own unique routes of transmission such as fecal-oral route of transmission COVID-19.Conclusions:In evolutionary history,these three coronaviruses have some similar biological features as well as some different mutational characteristics.Their receptors and routes of transmission are not all the same,which makes them different in clinical features and treatments.We discovered through the autodock simulations that Met124 plays a key role in the efficiency of drugs targeting ACE2,such as remdesivir,chloroquine,ciclesonide and niclosamide,and may be a potential target in COVID-19.Xue-Yan Zhang Hao-Jie Huang Dong-Lin Zhuang Moussa Ide Nasser Ming-Hua Yang Ping Zhu Ming-Yi Zhao 2020Infectious Diseases of Poverty2020,9,4:4
16摩拉水牛二酰甘油酰基转移酶2基因的多态性检测显示文摘本研究旨在检测水牛二酰甘油酰基转移酶2(diacylglycerolacylt-ransferase,DGAT2)基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP),探究摩拉水牛多态性位点的群体遗传特征。以广西水牛研究所的57头摩拉水牛为材料,PCR扩增DGAT2基因的部分序列(外显子2及内含子2、3),通过常规测序法检测其SNP,并运用遗传多样性分析软件(POPGENE)和SPSS软件对群体的多态性位点进行基因频率、基因型频率、多态信息含量(PIC)、有效等位基因数(Ne)及遗传杂合度(He)的检测。结果表明,在摩拉水牛DGAT2基因外显子2和内含子2、3上共发现了9个SNPs位点(IVS2.54G>A、IVS2.158A>G、EVS2.191A>G、EVS2.228A>G、IVS3.311C>T、IVS3.444A>G、IVS3.451A>C、IVS3.466C>T、IVS3.521C>T),其中EVS2.191A>G位点的突变导致氨基酸由异亮氨酸突变为缬氨酸,突变位点间存在一定程度的连锁遗传但接近连锁平衡状态。从基因频率上看,IVS2.158A>G、EVS2.191A>G、IVS3.311C>T、IVS3.451A>C、IVS3.466C>T和IVS3.521C>T 6个SNPs位点的两个等位基因频率有较大差异,提示等位基因频率较大的基因个体可能更适合生存。9个SNPs位点在摩拉水牛品种上多处于高度多态,杂合度在0.1744~0.4975之间,说明摩拉水牛群体中DGAT2基因遗传多态性丰富,具有较大的育种价值和性状改良潜力。鄢胜飞 尚江华 黄丽华 杨春艳 郑海英 李孟琪 于农淇 Mahmoud Moussa 覃广胜 黄加祥 张秀芳 2018中国畜牧兽医2018,45,10:4
17Percutaneous devices for left atrial appendage occlusion: A contemporary review显示文摘Patient with atrial fibrillation(AF) are at risk of developing stroke with the left atrial appendage(LAA) being the most common site for thrombus formation. If left untreated, AF is associated with 4 to 5 folds increase in the risk of ischemic stroke in all age groups. About 5% to 15% of AF patients have atrial thrombi on transesophageal echocardiography, and 91% of those thrombi are located in the LAA in patient with nonrheumatic AF. Although oral anticoagulants are the gold-standard treatment for stroke prevention in patients with non-valvular AF,some patients are at high risk of bleeding and deemed not candidates for anticoagulation. Therefore, LAA occlusion(LAAO) has emerged as alternative approach for stroke prevention in those patients. Surgical LAAO is associated with high rate of unsuccessful closure and recommended only in patients with AF and undergoing cardiac surgery. Percutaneous LAAO uses transvenous access with trans-septal puncture and was first tested using the PLAATO device.Watchman is the most common and only Food and Drug Administration(FDA)approved device for LAAO. LAAO using Watchman device is non-inferior to warfarin therapy in preventing ischemic stroke/systemic thromboembolism.However, it is associated with lower rates of hemorrhagic stroke, bleeding and death. Amplatzer is another successful LAAO device that has CE mark and is waiting for FDA approval. Optimal antithrombotic therapy post LAAO is still under debate and highly patient-specific. 20青蒿素哌喹片联合伯氨喹治疗科摩罗无并发症恶性疟临床疗效观察(英文)显示文摘【目的】评价青蒿素哌喹片联合伯氨喹治疗科摩罗恶性疟有效性和安全性,验证青蒿素哌喹片—伯氨喹治疗非洲恶性疟的有效临床剂量。【方法】共观察了无并发症恶性疟患者155例。成人口服青蒿素哌喹片—伯氨喹片1次/d,2片/次,连续2 d,1个疗程共4片(青蒿素320 mg,哌喹1 500 mg,伯氨喹16 mg);6岁以下儿童使用青蒿素哌喹片—伯氨喹颗粒剂。28 d后观察复燃率、平均原虫清除时间、平均退热时间、副作用等。【结果】服药后患者临床症状快速缓解。平均原虫清除时间(PCT)为(51.0±25.9)h,平均退热时间为(20.8±11.4)h。患者对青蒿素哌喹片—伯氨喹有良好的耐受性。只有少数患者出现恶心、呕吐和头晕等不良反应,副作用发生局限且能自愈。患者用药前及开始用药后的第7天观察血常规、生化检查未见明显毒副作用。【结论】青蒿素哌喹片—伯氨喹治疗无并发症恶性疟具有高效、速效、副作用低和疗程短等特点。邓长生 宋健平 谈博 Mariata Rahamatou Ali Silai Abobacar Soulaiman Moussa Mohamed Ahamada MSA Mliva 李国桥 2012广州中医药大学学报2012,29,2:3
