2豌豆颗粒的大小对生长猪可消化能的影响显示文摘研究旨在确定不同颗粒大小的11种豌豆对生长猪可消化能(DE)的影响和确定其中5种不同颗粒大小豌豆的体外淀粉水解能力。各品种豌豆通过5.4、3.28和0.74mm筛孔尺寸过筛,其几何平均粒径(GMPS)分别为1035、649和156μm。204只生长猪(28±2kg;分为34个处理组,每组6只)饲喂以谷物、豆粕、预混料或33种以豌豆为主组成的基础日粮(0.3豌豆和0.7基础日粮),并进行补充饲喂硅藻土(消化标记),共进行13d。粪便在饲喂的最后3d进行收取。其中3种GMPS的5个豌豆品种分别与胃蛋白酶作用120min,与以胰酶、异麦芽糖酶和麦芽糖酶的混合物作用240min。豌豆的DE值的变化范围为13.38~16.05MJ.kg-1。随GMPS(P<0.01)的增加,DE平均值(16.1,14.7和14.0MJ.kg-1)呈线性下降。淀粉水解程度的差异受'豌豆品种×GMPS'相互作用影响。在DE值与淀粉水解程度之间存在正相关的关系(r=0.62,P=0.02)。试验表明,随正GMPS的下降,各种豌豆的DE值呈线性增加。水解淀粉和GMPS可用来决定豌豆品种之间的差异。Carlos A Montoya L Pascal L 2012饲料博览2012,,5:2
