| 1 | Migration of multiples from the South China Sea显示文摘The South China Sea where water depth is up to 5000 m is the most promising oil and gas exploration area in China in the future.The seismic data acquired in the South China Sea contain various types of multiples that need to be removed before imaging can be developed.However,compared with the conventional reflection migration,multiples carry more information of the underground structure that helps provide better subsurface imaging.This paper presents a method to modify the conventional reverse time migration so that multiple reflections can migrate to their correct locations in the subsurface.This approach replaces the numerical impulsive source with the recorded data including primaries and multiples on the surface,and replaces the recorded primary reflection data with multiples.In the reverse time migration process,multiples recorded on the surface are extrapolated backward in time to each depth level,while primaries and multiples recorded on the surface are extrapolated forward in time to the same depth levels.By matching the difference between the primary and multiple images using an objective function,this algorithm improves the primary resultant image.Synthetic tests on Sigsbee2 B show that the proposed method can obtain a greater range and better underground illumination.Images of deep water in the South China Sea are obtained using multiples and their matching with primaries.They demonstrate that multiples can make up for the reflection illumination and the migration of multiples is an important research direction in the future. | LIU YiKe ZHU WeiLin MI LiJun ZHOU JiaXiong HAO Hu | 2015 | Science China Earth Sciences2015,58,3: | 6 |

| 3 | Mass transport deposits and processes in the north slope of the Xisha Trough,northern South China Sea显示文摘Triple mass-transport deposits(MTDs) with areas of 625, 494 and 902 km2, respectively, have been identified on the north slope of the Xisha Trough, northern South China Sea margin. Based on high-resolution seismic reflection data and multi-beam bathymetric data, the Quaternary MTDs are characterized by typical geometric shapes and internal structures. Results of slope analysis showed that they are developed in a steep slope ranging from 5° to 35°. The head wall scarps of the MTDs arrived to 50 km in length(from headwall to termination). Their inner structures include well developed basal shear surface, growth faults, stepping lateral scarps, erosion grooves, and frontal thrust deformation. From seismic images, the central deepwater channel system of the Xisha Trough has been filled by interbedded channel-levee deposits and thick MTDs. Therefore, we inferred that the MTDs in the deepwater channel system could be dominated by far-travelled slope failure deposits even though there are local collapses of the trough walls. And then, we drew the two-dimensional process model and threedimensional structure model diagram of the MTDs. Their crystallographic characteristics and hydrogen storage properties were investigated. The alloy pair Ti0.9Zr0.1Mn1.4- Cr0.35V0.2Fe0.05/TiCr1.55Mn0.2Fe0.2 was optimized based on the comprehensive performance of the studied alloys. | 5 | Enhancement of Ti-Cr-V BCC alloys on the dehydrogenation kinetics of Li-Mg-N-H hydrogen storage materials显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties of a Li-Mg-N-H material doped by a 4 mol.% Ti3Cr3V4 body centre cubic(BCC) alloy hydride and prepared with a ball-milling method were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Sievert's technology test.The results show that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride/Li-Mg-N-H composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties.The dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system can be greatly improved by doping the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride.The composite desorbed 4.1 wt.% hydrogen in the first 60 min at 473 K under 0.1 MPa pressure,but when without the BCC alloy addition,only 3.0 wt.% hydrogen was desorbed under the same dehydrogenation condition.It can be deduced that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy uniformly distributed in the Li-Mg-N-H substrate could decrease the activating energy of hydrogen molecules to H atoms and increase H diffusion paths in the composite,enhancing the dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system. | WANG Jingchuan,LI Zhinian,LI Hualing,MI Jing,Lü Fang,WANG Shumao,LIU Xiaopeng,and JIANG Lijun General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China | 2010 | Rare Metals2010,29,6: | 3 |

| 8 | Chidamide inhibits the NOTCH1-MYC signaling axis in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL)is one of the most dangerous hematological malignancies,with high tumor heterogeneity and poor prognosis.More than 60%of T-ALL patients carry NOTCH1 gene mutations,leading to abnormal expression of downstream target genes and aberrant activation of various signaling pathways.We found that chidamide,an HDAC inhibitor,exerts an antitumor effect on T-ALL cell lines and primary cells including an anti-NOTCH1 activity.In particular,chidamide inhibits the NOTCH1-MYC signaling axis by down-regulating the level of the intracellular form of NOTCH1(NICD1)as well as MYC,partly through their ubiquitination and degradation by the proteasome pathway.We also report here the preliminary results of our clinical trial supporting that a treatment by chidamide reduces minimal residual disease(MRD)in patients and is well tolerated.Our results highlight the effectiveness and safety of chidamide in the treatment of T-ALL patients,including those with NOTCH1 mutations and open the way to a new therapeutic strategy for these patients. | Mengping Xi Shanshan Guo Caicike Bayin Lijun peng Florent Chuffart Ekaterina Bourova-Flin Sophie Rousseaux Saadi Khochbin Jian-Qing Mi Jin Wang | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,3: | 1 |
| 9 | Mixed Carbonate-Siliciclastic Deposits in a Channel Complex in the Northern South China Sea显示文摘New high-resolution 3D seismic data image a submarine channel complex in the northern slope of the South China Sea.The channel complex stretches hundreds of kilometers across the slope and flows into the deepsea from the siliciclastic shelf margin,linking neritic environment to the pelagic plain.The evolution of the channel complex developed two sedimentary stages,stage I(19.1–18.5 Ma)and stage II(18.5–17.5 Ma),separated by erosional surfaces.In the first stage,the complex was filled with pure siliciclastic sediments,forming thick-massive sandstone intercalated by thin layers of mudstone.During the stage II,the channel complex was deposited five carbonate-siliciclastic cycles.The unexpected channel-fill carbonate deposits present allochthonous characteristics,suggesting the siliciclastic channel was surprisingly used to transport carbonate sediment from the adjacent neritic carbonate platform.By analyzing the periodical carbonate sedimentary process in the siliciclastic channel complex,we infer that it was related to the in situ carbonate production of the neritic carbonate platform and was most likely to be controlled by the relative sea-level changes.Unlike line-source carbonate slope aprons or small-sized carbonate channels,the large-sized siliciclastic channel complex links directly neritic carbonate platform to deepwater basin and can transport large volumes of neritic carbonates to the pelagic environment in a short period.The new findings help to estimate the contributions of neritic siliciclastic shelf and carbonate platform to deepwater slope more accurately.This study suggests that channel systems are more complex than expected and have significant implications on the conceptual models describing the deepwater sedimentary theory. | Benjun Ma Shiguo Wu Lijun Mi Thomas Lüdmann Jinwei Gao Wei Gao | 2018 | Journal of Earth Science2018,29,3: | 1 |

The carbon isotopic composition shows that the gas is of organic origin. The carbon isotopic values of ethane indicate that the natural gas is dominated by mixed gas with minor coal-generated gas and oil-type gas. A gas-source correlation study showed that the source rocks of natural gas are those of the Lower Dongying Formation, the Shahejie Formation and the pre-Tertiary. | 13 | Preclinical characterization and comparison between CD3/CD19 bispecific and novel CD3/CD19/CD20 trispecific antibodies against B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia:targeted immunotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia显示文摘The CD19-targeting bispecific T-cell engager blinatumomab has shown remarkable efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.However,several studies showed that blinatumomab has a short plasma half-life due to its low molecular weight,and thus its clinical use is limited.Furthermore,multiple trials have shown that approximately 30%of blinatumomab-relapsed cases are characterized by CD19 negative leukemic cells.Here,we design and characterize two novel antibodies,A-319 and A-2019.Blinatumomab and A-319 are CD3/CD19 bispecific antibodies with different molecular sizes and structures,and A-2019 is a novel CD3/CD19/CD20 trispecific antibody with an additional anti-CD20 function.Our in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo experiments demonstrated that A-319 and A-2019 are potent antitumor agents and capable of recruiting CD3 positive T cells,enhancing T-cell function,mediating B-cell depletion,and eventually inhibiting tumor growth in Raji xenograft models.The two molecules are complementary in terms of efficacy and specificity profile.The activity of A-319 demonstrated superior to that of A-2019,whereas A-2019 has an additional capability to target CD20 in cells missing CD19,suggesting its potential function against CD19 weak or negative CD20 positive leukemic cells. | Sisi Wang Lijun Peng Wenqian Xu Yuebo Zhou Ziyan Zhu Yushan Kong Stewart Leung Jin Wang Xiaoqiang Yan Jian-Qing Mi | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,1: | 1 |

As the Si addition increases, the hydrogen absorption capacities of alloys decrease but the equilibrium pressure increases, due to the formation of Laves phase. Secondly, the effect of Ce on Ti26.5Cr20 (V45Fe8.5)0.98Si2 alloy was studied. | 19 | Thermal properties of high temperature vacuum receivers used for parabolic trough solar thermal power system显示文摘The receiver's emittance and vacuum pressure are the two of great significance issues on the heat-loss which is the main factor reducing the efficiency of the parabolic though systems. In this paper, the thermal steady-state equilibrium method was used to test the receivers heat-loss. The receivers with increasing emittance were tested to study the variation of heat-loss. Meanwhile, the variable vacuum pressure in the annulus that affects the efficiency of the system was investigated. The influence of vacuumizing rate and getters on the vacuum pressure and heat-loss were discussed. The result shows that the emittance and vacuum pressure affect the receiver's heat-loss dramatically, and the emittance is the major influence factor on the thermal properties.
