2Early Permian Tarim Large Igneous Province in northwest China显示文摘Tarim Large Igneous Province(TLIP)is the second Late Paleozoic LIPs in China after the recognition of Emeishan LIP,and is a hot research topic in geosciences.On the basis of the analysis of research history about TLIP,this paper summarizes the research result during last twenty years and suggests the key research area in the future.The residual distribution range of TLIP is up to 250000 km2,and the largest residual thickness is 780 m.The eruption of basalt happened during 290–288 Ma and belongs to LIPs magmatic event with fast eruption of magma.The lithological units of the TLIP include basalt,diabase,layered intrusive rock,breccia pipe mica-olivine pyroxenite,olivine pyroxenite,gabbro,ultramafic dyke,quartz syenite,quartz syenite porphyry and bimodal dyke.The basalt and diabase of TLIP exhibit OIB-like trace element patterns and enrichment of LILE and HFSE,and mainly belong to high TiO2series.There is an obvious difference in isotope among the basalt from Keping and the basalt and dibase from the northern Tarim Basin.The basalt from Keping with negative Nd and high REE value derives from enriched mantle,and the diabase and basalt from the northern Tarim Basin with positive Nd and low REE value are related to depleted mantle.The crust uplifting in the Early Permian and the development of picrite and large scale dyke and formation of large scale V-Ti-Magnetite deposit in Wajilitag area support the view that the TLIP is related to mantle plume.The TLIP has a temporal-spatial relationship with Permian basic to ultra-basic igneous rock,which is distributed widely in Central Asia,and they represent a tectono-magmatic event with very important geodynamic setting.This paper also suggests that the deep geological process,the relation with mantle plume,mineralization,the relation with environmental change and biological evolution,and the geodynamics of the TLIP will be the key research topics in the future.YANG ShuFeng CHEN HanLin LI ZiLong LI YinQi YU Xing LI DongXu MENG LiFeng 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,12:12

4Cancer incidence and mortality in Guangdong province,2012显示文摘Objective: To estimate the cancer incidence and mortality in 2012 in Guangdong province by analyzing the cancer data of selected population-based cancer registries in Guangdong province in 2012.Methods: Eight of nine population-based cancer registries submitted cancer data to the Guangdong Provincial Centre for Disease Control and Prevention(Guangdong CDC), whose data met the data quality criteria were included for analysis. The statistics of selected registries, stratified by areas, gender, age and cancer types, were used to estimate the cancer incidence and mortality in 2012 in Guangdong province according to the population data in Guangdong province. Segi's population and the national census population in 2000 were used for calculating the age-standardized rates(ASR). Results: A total of 15,084,942 people, accounted for 17.47% of all population in Guangdong province, were covered in 8 selected population-based cancer registries in 2012. The percentage of cases morphologically verified(MV%) and the percentage of death certificate-only cases(DCO%) were 72.84% and 0.87%, respectively, and the mortality/incidence(M/I) ratio was 0.56. It was estimated that there were 211,300 new cancer cases and 117,300 cancer deaths. The incidence crude rate(CR), the ASR by Chinese standard population(ASRC) and by world standard population(ASRW), and the accumulated rate(AR)(0-74 years) were 250.20/100,000(265.39/100,000 in males, 234.29/100,000 in females), 207.04/100,000, 201.34/100,000 and 22.91%, respectively, in Guangdong province in 2012. The incidence CR and ASRC were 267.25/100,000 and 221.43/100,000 in urban areas, and 215.51/100,000 and 178.77/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. The death CR, ASRC, ASRW and AR(0-74 years) were 148.44/100,000(190.95/100,000 in males, 105.06/100,000 in females), 103.73/100,000, 102.44/100,000 and 11.68%, respectively, in Guangdong province in 2012. The death CR and ASRC were 164.57/100,000 and 105.46/100,000 in urban areas, and 124.63/100,000 and 99.97/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. Top 5 cancers were lung cancer, liver cancer, female breast cancer, colon cancer and nasopharyngeal cancers(NPC), and top 5 death cancers were lung cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, and NPC in Guangdong province in 2012.Conclusions: Lung cancer, liver cancer, female breast cancer, colon cancer and NPC were the major economic cancer burdens and health concerns in Guangdong province in 2012. 5Expression of Beclin1 in non small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance显示文摘Objective:To investigate the expression of autophagy related gene;Beclin1 in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues.Methods:Protein expression of Beclin1 was determined by immunofluorescence staining and Western Blot,mRNA expression was analyzed by RT-PCR.Results:Immunofluorescence staining revealed that the level of Beclin1 expression in lung cancer was significantly lower than that in adjacent noncancerous tissues and normal tissues(expression rate 8.3%,P=0.000).The Beclin1 mRNA expression in lung cancer,adjacent noncancerous tissues and normal tissues was 1.372(±0.475)1.721(±0.521)and 1.553(±0.554)when F = 15.0,P < 0.01.Beclin1 protein expression in lung cancer,adjacent noncancerous tissues and normal tissues was 3.453(±0.852)5.423(±1.351)and 6.878(±0.997)F = 11.2,P < 0.01.Conclusion:The protein and mRNA expression of Beclin1 in lung cancer was much lower than those in and around cancer tissues and normal tissues,those differences having statistical significance.However in adjacent noncancerous tissues and normal tissues,the expression showed no difference.Quan Liu Jianjun Wang Yongcheng Pan Lifeng Meng Xi Zhan 2008Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,2:6
6High mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) as an immune-modulating factor for polarization of human T lymphocytes显示文摘Objective This study was performed to investigate the effect of high mobility group box-1 protein (HMGB1) on immune function of human T lymphocytes in vitro and explore its potential role in cell-mediated immune dysfunction. Methods Fresh blood was obtained from healthy adult volunteers and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated, then rhHMGB1 was added to PBMCs. Four-color flow cytometric (FCM) analysis was used for the measurement of intracellular cytokine including interleukin IL-4 and interferon IFN- ? ELISA kits were employed for the determination of IL-2 and sIL-2R protein levels in cell culture supernatants. Results (1) Different stimulating time and dosage of rhHMGB1 did not alter the number of IFN- αpositive cells (Th1). rhHMGB1 stimulation provoked a dose-dependent and time-dependent increase in Th2 subset and decrease in ratio of Th1 to Th2. (2) Compared with the untreated cells, when the cells were coincubated with rhHMGB1 (10-100ng/ml) for 12 hrs, protein release of IL-2 and sIL-2R were significantly up-regulated. At 48 hrs, in contrast, protein production was relatively lower in cells after exposure to 100-1000 ng/ ml rhHMGB1. 7The Ductile Deformation Characteristics of Caledonian Intracontinental Orogeny in the Northeastern Jiangshan-Shaoxing Tectonic Zone:Insights from Magnetic Fabric Study and Its Geodynamic Implication显示文摘The Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone was the northeastern boundary between the Yangtze Block and the Cathaysia Block during the Neoproterozoic and was an intracontinental orogenic belt during late of the early Paleozoic.In this tectonic zone,there develops a lot of mylonite underwent strong ductile deformation and schist,gneiss,and amphibolite with medium and high grade metamorphism which was formed during the late of early Paleozoic.The research of geometry and kinematic of ductile deformation in Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone is very important to reveal the tectonic process of intracontinental orogeny.This paper uses the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility(AMS)to determine the ductile deformation geometry and kinematic of Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone combing with the field survey.In this study,190 specimens of 19 locations and 221 specimens of23 locations from Wangjiazhai section and Lipu-Sizhai section were analyzed.The magnetic foliation over magnetic lineation in both Wangjiazhai and Lipu-Sizhai sections together with the field observations indicated a compressional deformation pattern.3 and 4 strong ductile deformation zones can be established in the Wangjiazhai section and the Lipu-Sizhai section,respectively.According to the magnetic fabric and petro-fabric studies,the Northeastern Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone suffered two kinds of deformation patterns during the late early Paleozoic,i.e.,the thrusting deformation followed by sinistral shear deformation.GONG Genhui CHEN Hanlin WANG Fang LIN Xiubin MENG Lifeng 2016Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,1:3

18Efficient Security Multimedia System on Embedded Platform显示文摘Security video communication is a challenging task,especially for wireless video applications.An efficient security multimedia system on embedded platform is designed.By analyzing the hardware architecture and resource,the efficient DSP-based H.264/AVC coding is studied by efficient video coding techniques and system optimizing implementation.To protect the confidentiality and integrity of media information,a novel security mechanism is presented,which includes user identify authentication and a perceptual video encryption algorithm based on exploiting the special feature of entropy coding in H.264.Experimental results show that the proposed hardware framework has high performance and achieves a better balance between security and efficiency.The proposed security mechanism can achieve high security and low complexity cost,and has a little effect on the compression ratio and transmission bandwidth.What’s more,encoding and encryption at the same time,the performance of data process can meet real-time application.WANG Lifeng MENG Qinglei XIAO Chen MA Jian DU Yaogang WANG Wendong 2010China Communications2010,7,4:1
