| 1 | 利用AFLP进行“甘蔗属复合体”系统演化和亲缘关系研究显示文摘采用AFLP分子标记技术,对“甘蔗属复合体”中4个属16个种的6 9份来自中国和澳大利亚的甘蔗种质资源材料进行系统演化和亲缘关系分析。2对AFLP引物共检测到173个标记,其中172个为多态标记,多态率达99 4 % ;通过计算Jaccard相似性系数,用UPGMA和PCA法构建了分子系统树和效应图。结果表明:(1)属间亲缘关系中,甘蔗属与芒属较近,与河八王属和蔗茅属较远,而河八王属与蔗茅属较近;(2 )甘蔗属内,细茎野生种与其他种关系较远,其中,栽培品种与热带种关系较近,中国种和印度种关系较近,而大茎野生种自聚为一族,与上述4种分离;(3)蔗茅属内,除蔗茅种和滇蔗茅种外,无论是中国斑茅(云南、海南)还是印度尼西亚斑茅,都与蔗茅属其他种聚在一起,其中与E procerus的关系最近,与E bengalense和E sarpet种次之;由斑茅与这3个种构成的群体与由E elephantinus和E ravennae构成的群体相对分离,形成了明显的2个组群。再次表明斑茅应列入蔗茅属,建议我国甘蔗学者采纳国外分类命名(E arundinaceus) ,以能更好地开展斑茅的研究和杂交育种利用并与国际接轨;(4)蔗茅和滇蔗茅均没有聚类到蔗茅属类群中,而分别独立位于系统树2大枝系上。蔗茅与甘蔗属亲缘关系较近,与芒属亲缘关系次之,与蔗茅属和河八王属关系较远;滇蔗茅与河八王属亲缘关系? | 蔡青 范源洪 Aitken K Piperidis G McIntyre C L Jackson P | 2005 | 作物学报2005，31，5： | 33 |

| 5 | Protein tolerance to standard and high protein meals in patients with liver cirrhosis显示文摘AIM To investigate the plasma amino acid response and tolerance to normal or high protein meals in patients with cirrhosis.METHODS The plasma amino acid response to a 20 g mixed protein meal was compared in 8 biopsy-proven compensated cirrhotic patients and 6 healthy subjects.In addition the response to a high protein meal(1 g/kg body weight) was studied in 6 decompensated biopsy-proven cirrhotics in order to evaluate their protein tolerance and the likelihood of developing hepatic encephalopathy(HE) following a porto-caval shunt procedure.To test for covert HE,the 'number connection test'(NCT) was done on all patients,and an electroencephalogram was recorded in patients considered to be at Child-Pugh C stage.RESULTS The changes in plasma amino acids after a 20 g protein meal were similar in healthy subjects and in cirrhotics except for a significantly greater increase(P < 0.05) in isoleucine,leucine and tyrosine concentrations in the cirrhotics.The baseline branched chain amino acids/aromatic amino acids(BCAA/AAA) ratio was higher in the healthy persons and remained stable-but it decreased significantly after the meal in the cirrhotic group.After the high protein meal there was a marked increase in the levels of most amino acids,but only small changes occurred in the levels of taurine,citrulline,cysteine andhistidine.The BCAA/AAA ratio was significantly higher 180 and 240 min after the meal.Slightly elevated basal plasma ammonia levels showed no particular pattern.Overt HE was not observed in any patients.CONCLUSION Patients with stable liver disease tolerate natural mixed meals with a standard protein content.The response to a high protein meal in decompensated cirrhotics suggests accumulation of some amino acids but it did not precipitate HE.These results support current nutritional guidelines that recommend a protein intake of 1.2-1.5 g/kg body weight/day for patients with cirrhosis. | Octavio Campollo Dirk Sprengers Gitte Dam Hendrik Vilstrup Neil McIntyre | 2017 | World Journal of Hepatology2017，9，14： | 3 |

| 9 | Anion structural effects on interaction of rare earth element ions with Dowex 50W X8 cation exchange resin显示文摘The effect of the anion in the original rare earth element(REE) solution on the reversible ion exchange of Ce nitrate and Ce sulfate with the Dowex 50 W X8 was investigated using attenuated total reflection infrared(ATR-IR) spectroscopy, continuous flow reactor studies coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy(ICP-MS), and density functional theory(DFT). The simulated IR spectrum at the DFT B3 LYP/6-31 G(d) level was compared to the experimental results to characterize the IR spectrum, molecular interactions, and bonding of the ion exchanged species. The continuous liquid flow reactor studies show a capacity of 0.72 mmol/g sorbent for the Ce nitrateand 0.96 mmol/g sorbent for the Ce sulfate with the Dowex 50 W X8. The flow reactor studies reveal the type of solute anion(SO_4^((2-)) or NO_3^((-))) associated with the REE during cation exchange significantly affects the sorption capacity of the Dowex 50 W X8 ion exchange resin. The calculated REE binding energy(BE) and the DFT optimized structures suggest that the differences in sorption capacity is the result of the formation of different types of partially ionexchanged Ce_2^((3+))2 SO_4^((2-)) and Ce^((3+)) 3 NO_3^((-)). These results suggest that the solute anion affects the equilibrium constants of the Dowex resin by the formation of a charged layer capable of retaining the counterion. Modifying the sulfonic acid site(H+) in the Dowex 50 W X8 with the NH_4^+ counterion does not affect the sorption capacity and retention times of the Ce nitrate and Ce sulfate species. These results suggest that the counterions and co-ions having a finite size, may limit access to the Dowex sulfonate active site where the type of REE cation as a nitrate or sulfate in solution may significantly modify the sorption capacity of the ion exchange resin.
