| 1 | Innate and adaptive immune responses toward nanomedicines显示文摘Since the commercialization of the frst liposomes used for drug delivery,Doxil/Caelyx® and Myocet®,tremendous progress has been made in understanding interactions between nanomedicines and biological systems.Fundamental work at the interface of engineering and medicine has allowed nanomedicines to deliver therapeutic small molecules and nucleic acids more effciently.While nanomedicines are used in oncology for immunotherapy or to deliver combinations of cytotoxics,the clinical successes of gene silencing approaches like patisiran lipid complexes(Onpattro®)have paved the way for a variety of therapies beyond cancer.In parallel,the global severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)pandemic has highlighted the potential of mR NA vaccines to develop immunization strategies at unprecedented speed.To rationally design therapeutic and vaccines,chemists,materials scientists,and drug delivery experts need to better understand how nanotechnologies interact with the immune system.This review presents a comprehensive overview of the innate and adaptative immune systems and emphasizes the intricate mechanisms through which nanomedicines interact with these biological functions. | Iara Maíra de Oliveira Viana Sabrina Roussel Joan Defrêne Eliana Martins Lima Frédéric Barabé Nicolas Bertrand | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021，11，4： | 5 |

| 3 | Multifunctional zinc ion doped sol-gel derived mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles for biomedical applications显示文摘Mesoporous bioactive glasses have been widely investigated for applications in bone tissue regeneration and,more recently,in soft tissue repair and wound healing.In this study we produced mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles(MBGNs)based on the SiO2-CaO system.With the intention of adding subsidiary biological function,MBGNs were doped with Zn2+ions.Zn-MBGNs with 8 mol%ZnO content were synthesized via microemulsion assisted sol-gel method.The synthesized particles were homogeneous in shape and size.They exhibited spherical shape,good dispersity,and a size of 130±10 nm.The addition of zinc precursors did not affect the morphology of particles,while their specific surface area increased in comparison to MBGNs.The presence of Zn2+ions inhibited the formation of hydroxycarbonate apatite(HCAp)on the particles after immersion in simulated body fluid(SBF).No formation of HCAp crystals on the surface of Zn-MBGNs could be observed after 14 days of immersion.Interestingly,powders containing relatively high amount of zinc released Zn2+ions in low concentration(0.6-1.2 mg L^−1)but in a sustained manner.This releasing feature enables Zn-MBGNs to avoid potentially toxic levels of Zn2+ions,indeed Zn-MBGNs were seen to improve the differentiation of osteoblast-like cells(MG-63).Additionally,Zn-MBGNs showed higher ability to adsorb proteins in comparison to MBGNs,which could indicate a favourable later attachment of cells.Due to their advantageous morphological and physiochemical properties,Zn-MBGNs show great potential as bioactive fillers or drug delivery systems in a variety of applications including bone regeneration and wound healing. | Zuzana Neščáková Kai Zheng Liliana Liverani Qaisar Nawaz Dagmar Galusková Hana Kaňková Martin Michálek Dušan Galusek Aldo R.Boccaccini | 2019 | Bioactive Materials2019，4，1： | 3 |
| 4 | 9种商业消毒剂对猪2型圆环病毒的杀灭效能测试显示文摘养猪业中常用的许多商业消毒剂,都获得了法国农业部批准。然而对其杀灭增殖初期猪2型圆环病毒(PCV2)的效能却不甚了解。用在法国分离到的PCV2悬液来测试9种商业消毒剂的效能,在20℃下病毒悬液与消毒剂作用30 min后,将该混合液过滤和稀释进行脱毒处理以去除对圆环病毒和猪肾细胞系有害的物质,再经一系列稀释后接种于人工培养的猪肾细胞进行免疫过氧化物酶单层细胞试验(IPMA)测定PCV2的感染性。结果表明,用碘类和苯酚类消毒剂并不能减少病毒滴度。在此着重介绍其他消毒剂效能(病毒滴度减少量≥1.61 log_(10)),其中5种消毒剂:一种含过一硫酸氢钾,另两种含一种季铵盐、一到三种醛、次氯酸钠和氢氧化钠,在标准浓度下或1.5~4倍低于标准浓度时可显著杀灭PCV2;其余两种,其中一种含过一硫酸氢钾,另一种含过氧乙酸和过氧化氢,在标准浓度下或2倍高于标准浓度时也可杀灭PCV2。 | Hélène Martin Marie-Frédérique Le Potier Pierre Maris 杨满军 | 2009 | 今日养猪业2009，，3： | 2 |
