1江苏省疟疾流行地理信息系统预测模型的研究显示文摘目的 建立江苏省疟疾地理信息系统 (GIS)数据库和疟疾流行GIS模型 ,对江苏省的疟疾流行区进行空间分析。方法 在ArcView 3 0a软件中建立江苏省疟疾流行病学GIS数据库 ,从世界粮农组织的FAOCLIM气象资料库中提取出江苏省及其周边地区的气象数据 ,计算疟原虫生长发育累积度 日 (TGDD) ,在ArcView 3 0a软件支持下对TGDD进行空间分析。结果 获江苏省疟疾TGDD预测分布图 ,江苏省疟疾流行的程度由西向东逐渐减轻 ,并可分为 3个地带 ;获江苏省 14年疟疾平均发病率分布图 ,江苏省中部、西部地区疫情较重 ,江南太湖流域的苏、锡、常地区、南通及江苏北部边界少数县疫情较轻 ,其他地区的发病率介于两者之间 ,江苏省 14年疟疾平均发病率分布图与江苏省疟疾TGDD预测分布图基本吻合。杨国静 周晓农 JB Malone JC McCarroll 汪天平 刘建翔 高琪 张小萍 洪青标 孙乐平 2002中华预防医学杂志2002,36,2:34
2利用地理信息系统数据库分析钉螺空间区域的分布显示文摘目的 利用地理信息系统(GIS)数据库分析中国大陆钉螺的空间区域分布。方法 收集中国九省34 个种群钉螺等位基因实验所得的种群遗传变异资料以及钉螺易感性实验资料,建立数据库。以世界数字地图为背景,在ArcView 3.0 a 软件上与钉螺的遗传变异和易感性数据库相联。采用ArcView 空间分析和GIS重叠分析功能进行区域划分。收集1995 年AVHRRNDVI卫星图像组合成流行季节的卫星图像,并重叠各种群钉螺的杂合指数、多态位点百分率和血吸虫感染率分布图,进行图像分类。结果 空间分析结果,将钉螺遗传杂合性指数、多态位点百分率和钉螺感染率的分布图,划分成西部和东部二大区域,各区域内有各种类型。三层分布图与AVHRRNDVI卫星图像重叠分析后,显示出西部四川、西部云南、中部江湖洲滩和东南部沿海4 个明显不同的区域。结论 首次运用GIS分析种群遗传学资料,佐证了中国大陆钉螺种群结构为分裂亚群结构,并可区分出多个亚种的理论。周晓农 TK Kristensen 洪青标 孙乐平 M Fuentes JB Malone 1999中华预防医学杂志1999,33,6:27
3Determination of contact parameters for discrete element method simulations of granular systems显示文摘Both linear-spring-dashpot (LSD) and non-linear Hertzian-spring-dashpot (HSD) contact models are commonly used for the calculation of contact forces in Discrete Element Method (DEM) simulations of granular systems. Despite the popularity of these models, determination of suitable values for the contact parameters of the simulated particles such as stiffness, damping coefficient, coefficient of restitution, and simulation time step, is not altogether obvious. In this work the relationships between these contact parameters for a model system where a particle impacts on a flat base are examined. 5应用遥感资料预测疟疾流行趋势的可行性研究显示文摘目的 探索应用遥感资料预测疟疾流行趋势的可能性。 方法 分别收集全国气象站和江苏省疟疾监测点的气象资料和疟疾发病率资料 ,建成数据库。在 ERDAS Imagine8.x软件平台上复合 1995年 12个月的 NOAA- AVHRR卫星资料获 NDVI复合图 ,并分别提取全国气象站和江苏省疟疾监测点的 NDVI值 ,进行相关分析和疟疾流行区域预测分析。 结果 NDVI值与降雨量和相对湿度呈正相关关系 ,R2分别为 0 .30 18和 0 .2 5 6 5 ,并发现江苏省疟疾流行区的NDVI值均 >14 0 ,以该值为基础提取出卫星遥感资料 NDVI值 >14 0的区域 ,得出了全国疟疾流行范围预测地图。 结论 为应用 NOAA- AVHRR卫星遥感资料的 NDVI值预测疟疾流行奠定了理论基础 ,应用卫星遥感资料分析技术预测疟疾分布与流行趋势是可行的。杨国静 周晓农 J.B. 16术中应用荧光素钠有利于胶质母细胞瘤浸润边缘的手术切除(英文)显示文摘Objective Extent of resection is an important prognostic factor in patients undergoing surgery for glioblastoma( GBM).Recent evidence suggests that intravenously administered fluorescein sodium associates with tumor tissue,facilitating safe maximal resection of GBM. In this study,the authors evaluate the safety and utility of intraoperative fluorescein guidance for the prediction of histopathological alteration both in the contrast-enhancing( CE) regions,where this relationship has been established,and into the nonCE( NCE),diffusely infiltrated margins. Methods Thirty-two patients received fluorescein sodium( 3 mg/kg) intravenously prior to resection. Fluorescence was intraoperatively visualized using a Zeiss Pentero surgical microscope equipped with a YELLOW 560 filter.Stereotactically localized biopsy specimens were acquired from CE and NCE regions based on preoperative MRI in conjunction with neuronavigation. The fluorescence intensity of these specimens was subjectively classified in real time with subsequent quantitative image analysis,histopathological evaluation of localized biopsy specimens,and radiological volumetric assessment of the extent of resection.Results Bright fluorescence was observed in all GBMs and localized to the CE regions and portions of the NCE margins of the tumors,thus serving as a visual guide during resection. Gross-total resection( GTR) was achieved in 84% of the patients with an average resected volume of 95%,and this rate was higher among patients for whom GTR was the surgical goal( GTR achieved in 93. 1% of patients,average resected volume of 99. 7%). Intraoperative fluorescein staining correlated with histopathological alteration in both CE and NCE regions,with positive predictive values by subjective fluorescence evaluation greater than 96% in NCE regions. Conclusions Intraoperative administration of fluorescein provides an easily visualized marker for glioma pathology in both CE and NCE regions of GBM. 19Characteristics of Water Infiltration in Layered Water-Repellent Soils显示文摘Water-repellent(WR) soil greatly influences infiltration behavior. This research determined the impacts of WR levels of silt loam soil layer during infiltration. Three column scenarios were utilized, including homogeneous wettable silt loam or sand, silt loam over sand(silt loam/sand), and sand over silt loam(sand/silt loam). A 5-cm thick silt loam soil layer was placed either at the soil surface or 5 cm below the soil surface. The silt loam soil used had been treated to produce different WR levels, wettable, slightly WR, strongly WR, and severely WR. As the WR level increased from wettable to severely WR, the cumulative infiltration decreased. Traditional wetting front-related equations did not adequately describe the infiltration rate and time relationships for layered WR soils. The Kostiakov equation provided a good fit for the first infiltration stage. Average infiltration rates for wettable, slightly WR, strongly WR, and severely WR during the 2 nd infiltration stage were 0.126, 0.021, 0.002, and 0.001 mm min^(-1) for the silt loam/sand scenario,respectively, and 0.112, 0.003, 0.002, and 0.000 5 mm min^(-1) for the sand/silt loam scenario, respectively. Pseudo-saturation phenomena occurred when visually examining the wetting fronts and from the apparent changes in water content(?θ_(AP)) at the slightly WR,strongly WR, and severely WR levels for the silt loam/sand scenario. Much larger ?θAPvalues indicated the possible existence of finger flow. Delayed water penetration into the surface soil for the strongly WR level in the silt loam/sand scenario suggested negative water heads with infiltration times longer than 10 min. The silt loam/sand soil layers produced sharp transition zones of water content.
