| 1 | 山东省农村居民抗生素认知与使用行为显示文摘目的:分析农村居民的抗生素认知及使用行为,探讨农村居民抗生素不合理使用的原因,提出有针对性的干预措施。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法抽取山东省3县18村1 014名农村居民进行问卷调查,分析其抗生素认知和行为现状,比较不同人群间的差异。结果:34.7%的农村居民不知道抗生素,而使用过抗生素的居民占80.3%;在知道或用过抗生素居民中,63.8%不知道购买抗生素需凭医生处方的规定;居民获得抗生素的主要场所是村卫生室,而选用抗生素时考虑的因素主要是医生建议。此外,各年龄段居民中以7岁以下儿童抗生素滥用现象最严重。结论:农村地区存在抗生素不合理使用现象,居民对抗生素相关知识认识不足,乡村医生和年轻的父母是今后农村抗生素合理使用促进工作的重点干预人群。 | 赵凌波 孙强 李成 Malin Grape | 2013 | 中国卫生政策研究2013,6,8: | 15 |
| 2 | 基于医生和患者角度的抗生素不合理使用行为显示文摘目的:分析农村居民感冒时抗生素使用态度和行为以及医务人员对待感冒患者的抗生素用药态度和处方行为,探讨针对医患双方的抗生素合理使用干预措施。方法:采用农村居民问卷、医务人员问卷和处方资料中涉及感冒抗生素用药的相关数据进行综合分析,共计居民问卷810份,医生问卷188份,感冒处方1 590份。结果:78.40%的农村居民表示在感冒时会选择使用抗生素类药品,村卫生室的感冒处方中抗生素使用率占70.91%;1.05%的医生表示面对一般感冒患者时会使用抗生素,但处方分析结果显示农村地区54.65%的感冒处方中含有抗生素药品。结论:农村居民的抗生素用药态度与实际用药行为一致,而医务人员的抗生素用药态度与实际行为不一致,促进农村地区抗生素合理使用首先需要转变农村居民对抗生素的用药态度;而对医务人员来说,需要根据其态度与行为不一致的原因有针对性地采取相关措施来改变其不合理的抗生素处方行为。 | 赵凌波 孙强 李成 Malin Grape | 2013 | 中国卫生政策研究2013,6,8: | 14 |

| 5 | 基于ATC药品分类的农村医疗卫生机构抗生素处方分析显示文摘目的:分析农村三级医疗机构的抗生素门诊处方,为今后规制医务人员的抗生素处方行为提供干预重点和建议。方法:采用分层抽样法在山东省3个县的县、乡、村三级医疗机构抽取门诊处方共8 400份,用ATC(anatomical therapeutic chemical)药品分类方法对抗生素药品进行分类,分析县、乡和村三级医疗机构的抗生素处方情况。结果:门诊处方中抗生素使用率为35.52%,联合用药率为18.36%,注射型抗生素使用率为35.40%,村卫生室在这三个方面的比率均要高于县、乡两级;处方中使用最多的为大环内酯类抗生素,占21.42%;抗生素给药方式中注射方式占43.43%。结论:农村医疗机构存在抗生素不合理使用现象,村卫生室尤为突出,要加强对基层医生抗生素合理用药相关知识的培训,严格限制和禁止无指征用药,规范医务人员处方行为。 | 孙强 赵凌波 李成 Malin Grape | 2013 | 中国卫生经济2013,32,12: | 7 |
| 6 | Cylindrical vector beam-excited frequency-tunable second harmonic generation in a plasmonic octamer显示文摘We report a method to tune the second harmonic generation(SHG) frequency of a metallic octamer by employing cylindrical vector beams as the excitation. Our method exploits the ability to spatially match the polarization state of excitations with the fundamental target plasmonic modes, enabling flexible control of the SHG resonant frequency.It is found that SHG of the octamer is enhanced over a broad band(400 nm) by changing the excitation from the linearly polarized Gaussian beam to radially and azimuthally polarized beams. | 7 | CFD–DEM–CVD multi-physical field coupling model for simulating particle coating process in spout bed显示文摘Particle coating is a very important step in many industrial production processes as the particle coating layers may fix surfaces with unique advantages. Given the limitation and disadvantages of the existing simulation methods, a coupled CFD–DEM–CVD multi-physical field model for particle-coating simulations has been established taking into account the velocity field, temperature field, concentration field, and deposition model. In this model, gas behavior and chemical reactions are simulated in the CFD frame based on the conservation laws of mass, momentum, and energy. The particle behavior is simulated in the DEM frame based on the gas–solid interphase force model and contact force model. The deposition behavior is simulated in the CVD frame based on the particle movement–adhesion–deposition model. The coupled model can be implemented in Fluent-EDEM software with their user definition function and application programming interface. The particle coating process involving the pyrolysis of acetylene was investigated, and the effect of bed temperature and inlet gas velocity on deposition rate and coating efficiency were investigated based on the proposed model with adjustable deposition coefficients. Both the average deposition layer mass and the average deposition layer thickness were found to be proportional to the elapsed time and increased at the rate of about 1.05 × 10^-2 mg/s and 3.45 × 10^-4 mm/s, respectively, setting the inlet gas velocity to 11 m/s and bed temperature to 1680 K. A higher temperature and larger inlet gas velocity lead to a larger deposition rate, but the coating efficiency decreases because of limits imposed by the chemical reaction. At a bed temperature of 1280 K, the average deposition rate is 7.40 × 10?3 mg/s when the inlet gas velocity is set to 11 m/s, which is about double the deposition rate when the inlet gas velocity is set as 5 m/s. | 11 | Experimental demonstration of an electrically tunable broadband coherent perfect absorber based on a graphene–electrolyte–graphene sandwich structure显示文摘We propose and experimentally demonstrate the operation of an electrically tunable, broadband coherent perfect absorption(CPA) at microwave frequencies by harnessing the CPA features of a graphene–electrolyte–graphene sandwich structure(GSS). Using both a simplified lumped circuit model and full-wave numerical simulation, it is found that the microwave coherent absorptivity of the GSS can be tuned dynamically from nearly 50% to 100% by changing the Fermi level of the graphene. Strikingly, our simplified lumped circuit model agrees very well with the full-wave numerical model, offering valuable insight into the CPA operation of the device. The angle dependency of coherent absorption in the GSS is further investigated, making suggestions for achieving CPA at wide angles up to 80°. To show the validity and accuracy of our theory and numerical simulations, a GSS prototype is fabricated and measured in a C-band waveguide system. | 16 | Selective excitation of a three-dimensionally oriented single plasmonic dipole显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate a scheme to deterministically excite a three-dimensionally oriented electric dipole in a single Au nanosphere by using a tightly focused radially polarized beam whose focal field possesses polarization states along three-dimensional(3D) orientations owing to the spatial overlap between longitudinal and radial electric field components. Experiment observations indicate that the orientation of an excited dipole moment gradually changes from out-of-plane to in-plane when the nanosphere is moved away from the beam center, which is reconfirmed by full-wave simulations. Moreover, rigorous calculation based on Mie theory reveals that a reduced effective ambient permittivity accompanies the rotation of the dipole moment, leading to a blue-shifted and narrowed resonance peak. | 20 | Neuropathy experienced by colorectal cancer patients receiving oxaliplatin: A qualitative study to validate the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group-Neurotoxicity scale显示文摘BACKGROUND Although oxaliplatin is widely established as a standard treatment in colorectal cancer(CRC),oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy has emerged as a prominent doselimiting side effect associated with quality of life decrements.Ongoing monitoring and management of neuropathy is important for CRC patient quality of life and adherence to treatment.Therefore,a validated self-reported measure of neuropathy would aid in the management and assessment of oxaliplatininduced neuropathy in clinical practice and research.We sought to evaluate the content validity of the 13-item Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group-Neurotoxicity subscale(FACT/GOGNtx)for CRC patients receiving oxaliplatin.AIM To understand the neuropathy experiences of CRC patients and assess content validity of the FACT/GOG-Ntx.METHODS Semi-structured concept elicitation and cognitive debriefing interviews were conducted with 31 CRC patients experiencing peripheral neuropathy from current or previous oxaliplatin treatment.Interview data were analyzed using a constant comparative approach,and data were mapped to the FACT/GOG-Ntx to assess content validity.RESULTS Mean age of the sample was 54(range 34-82).The sample was primarily Caucasian(84%)and consisted of nearly equal numbers of men and women.Participants described 28 unique neuropathy symptoms;hand tingling(experienced by 87%of respondents);feet tingling(81%);hand numbness(68%);and feet numbness(84%)were most frequently mentioned.Neuropathy symptoms occurring on the feet were most often identified as most bothersome by participants.Eleven of the 13 FACT/GOG-Ntx items exhibited moderate to strong evidence of content validity.Two items related to trouble hearing and ringing in the ears had weak support;however,these items represent severe neuropathy and could be useful for a patient reported outcome measure.CONCLUSION The FACT/GOG-Ntx represents the key neuropathy experiences of CRC patients treated with oxaliplatin. | Karen Kaiser Madison Lyleroehr Sara Shaunfield Leilani Lacson Maria Corona Sheetal Kircher Malin Nittve David Cella | 2020 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,2: | 2 |
