| 1 | 世界银行贷款中国疾病预防(卫生Ⅶ)项目省免疫接种率基线调查报告显示文摘在世界银行贷款中国疾病预防(卫生Ⅶ)项目10个省(自治区,下同),采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的分层多阶段按容量比例概率抽样的方法(PPS),共抽取了854个县(区、市,下同)1197个初级抽样单位,调查城区和高、中、低收入农村1994年7月1日~1995年6月30日出生的儿童8414人,在12月龄内完成卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗(OPV)、百白破混合制剂(DPT)、麻疹疫苗(MV)、乙型肝炎疫苗(HBV)的接种情况。结果显示,建证率81.0%,建卡率96.8%,BCG、OPV、DPT、MV接种率分别为94.9%、89.3%、87.4%、88.9%,四种疫苗全程接种率79.6%,HBV接种率39.9%,调查时在场儿童卡疤率84.1%。按照我国现行的儿童免疫程序,本次抽样调查的BCG、OPV1、DPT1、MV及时接种率分别为38.8%、45.7%、55.3%、50.4%,接种OPV1、DPT1后有72.4%~75.6%的儿童能及时接种第2、3针。城区和高、中、低收入农村4个层次儿童的四种疫苗接种率和全程接种率、及时接种率、HBV接种率、卡疤率、建证率。 | Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Health, P.R. | 2 | 世界银行贷款中国疾病预防(卫生Ⅶ)项目计划免疫知识 态度 行为调查报告显示文摘1997年7月在广西壮族自治区和甘肃省开展了计划免疫知识、态度和行为(KAP)调查。采用按容量比例概率分层随机抽样方法,抽取2520名适龄儿童及其监护人和637名县、乡、村计划免疫工作人员作为调查对象。结果表明,计划免疫工作薄弱地区多属贫困山区或少数民族聚集、居民文化水平较低、计划免疫服务半径大、冷链不能正常运转、计划免疫工作不受重视、工作人员缺少积极性的地区。儿童家长普遍缺乏免疫接种知识,但他们对口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗(OPV)的了解多于其它疫苗,这可能与消灭脊灰社会宣传力度较大有关。计划免疫工作较好地区儿童家长的计划免疫知识掌握情况好于薄弱地区。98%以上的儿童家长对计划免疫持信任态度。约80%的儿童家长对乡村医生有较高的信任度和良好的依从性,但50%以上的居民还是对免疫接种缺乏主动性。最基层的计划免疫工作人员普遍反映的生活待遇低、工作辛苦、自身的知识水平需要提高、不受上级重视的局面需要改变。计划免疫工作薄弱地区,工作环境条件差、资金短缺是影响计划免疫工作的主要障碍。在现有条件下,提高计划免疫服务质量最有效的方法是通过开展社会宣传动员,提高居民和计划免疫服务提供者的计划免疫知识水平。本调查为制定我国? | Disease Control Department of Ministry of Health, PRChina, Foreign Loan Office of Ministry of Health, PRChina, EPI Center of Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine | 1998 | 中国计划免疫1998，4，3： | 7 |

| 4 | Mechanism of Japanese encephalitis virus genotypes replacement based on human,porcine and mosquito-originated cell lines model显示文摘Objective:To examine the multiplication efficiency Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)genotype Ⅰ(G Ⅰ) and genotype Ⅲ(GⅢ) of different cell lines which originated from human,porcine,mosquitoes in order to prove mechanism of JEV G Ⅰ replacement JEV GⅢ since it emerging in nature recent decades.Methods:The mixture of Gi and GⅢ JEV isolates was inoculated on human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD).pig kidney epithelial(PS) and Aedes albopictus C6/36 clone(C6/36) which originated from human,porcine and mosquitoes,respectively.Plaque assays were performed to calculate virus titer and real-time RT-PCR with GⅠand GⅢspecific primer sets to quantify the number of GⅠ and GUI RNA copies.Results:The highest virus titer reached at the 3rd day of post infection when G Ⅰand GⅢ mixture was inoculated on RD and PS and that of C636 was at the 4^(th)day.JEVs were amplified and maintained by C6/36 cells after 10 passages whereas that by RD and PS only limited within 8 and 6 passages,respectively.GⅠ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on C6/36 and PS but not RD.whereas GⅢ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on RD.Conclusions:There is a correlation between the multiplication efficiency of GⅠ and GⅢ JEV strains when these two genotype strains co-infected on different cell lines with the predominance of GⅠstrains in C6/36 and PS and the limited detection of G 1 strains in RD cells proving a possible mechanism of shift JEV genotypes in nature recent decades since GⅠ emerging. | Loan Phuong Do Trang Minh Bui Nga Thi Phan | 2016 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016，9，4： | 5 |

| 7 | Influence of Center of Gravity Location on Flight Dynamic Stability in a Hovering Tailless FW-MAV:Longitudinal Motion显示文摘The influence of Center of Gravity(CG)location on longitudinal dynamic stability of hovering KUBeetle,a tailless Flapping-Wing Micro Air Vehicle(FW-MAV),is reported in this paper.The rigid-body approximation was assumed,allowing application of the standard equations of motion used for fixed-wing aircraft.For each considered location of CG,stability derivatives were obtained using the computational fluid dynamics method via the commercial software of ANSYS Fluent.The dynamic stability was studied using technique of eigenvalue analysis.There exists a narrow stable region for CG between 23%-24%of mean chord above the wing pivot point,where the longitudinal hovering of KUBeetle is passively stable.When CG is located below the stable region,the analysis identifies two subsidence modes and one unstable oscillatory mode,which makes the hovering of KUBeetle unstable.However,it can be stabilized using pitching rate feedback.When CG is located above the stable region,the system yields one stable oscillatory mode,one subsidence mode,and one divergence mode.Because of the divergence mode,the system remains unstable even with the angular rate feedback.These results share similar characteristics to another FW-MAV and insects.This study may provide a reference for FW-MAV developers. | Loan Thi Kim Au Hoon Cheol Park | 2019 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2019，16，1： | 2 |
