| 1 | Study on Land Use Change in Urumqi Based on Remote Sensing Image显示文摘[Objective]The research aimed to study land use change in Urumqi based on remote sensing image.[Method]By using TM remote sensing images of Urumqi in 1989 and 2007,the images at two periods were corrected,contrasted,analyzed and calculated,and geographical factor was extracted.Finally,we got land use change image during 1989-2007.[Result]Due to anthropogenic and natural factors,farmland and urban land in Urumqi occupied a lot of grass and woodland,the areas of canals and lakes were relatively unchanged,and snow coverage area reduced.[Conclusion]When improving the economic efficiency of land use,the reduction of forest and grassland,the increases of saline and desert could not be ignored. | Lina Fu Liyu Guo | 2013 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2013,4,11: | 2 |

| 6 | Multi-dimensional force sensor for haptic interaction:a review显示文摘Haptic interaction plays an important role in the virtual reality technology,which let a person not only view the 3D virtual environment but also realistically touch the virtual environment.As a key part of haptic interaction,force feedback has become an essential function for the haptic interaction.Therefore,multi-dimensional force sensors are widely used in the fields of virtual reality and augmented reality.In this paper,some conventional multi-dimensional force sensors based on different measurement principles,such as resistive,capacitive,piezoelectric,are briefly introduced.Then the mechanical structures of the elastic body of multi-dimensional force sensors are reviewed.It is obvious that the performance of the multi-dimensional force sensor is mainly dependent upon the mechanical structure of elastic body.Furthermore,the calibration process of the force sensor is analyzed,and problems in calibration are discussed.Interdimensional coupling error is one of the main factors affecting the measurement precision of the multi-dimensional force sensors.Therefore,reducing or even eliminating dimensional coupling error becomes a fundamental requirement in the design of multi-dimensional force sensors,and the decoupling state-of-art of the multi-dimensional force sensors are introduced in this paper.At last,the trends and current challenges of multi-dimensional force sensing technology are proposed. | Aiguo SONG Liyue FU | 2019 | Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2019,1,2: | 1 |
| 7 | The ABA synthesis enzyme allele OsNCED2^(T)promotes dryland adaptation in upland rice显示文摘Upland rice shows dryland adaptation in the form of a deeper and denser root system and greater drought resistance than its counterpart,irrigated rice.Our previous study revealed a difference in the frequency of the OsNCED2 gene between upland and irrigated populations.A nonsynonymous mutation(C to T,from irrigated to upland rice)may have led to functional variation fixed by artificial selection,but the exact biological function in dryland adaptation is unclear.In this study,transgenic and association analysis indicated that the domesticated fixed mutation caused functional variation in OsNCED2,increasing ABA levels,root development,and drought tolerance in upland rice under dryland conditions.OsNCED2-overexpressing rice showed increased reactive oxygen species-scavenging abilities and transcription levels of many genes functioning in stress response and development that may regulate root development and drought tolerance.OsNCED2^(T)-NILs showed a denser root system and drought resistance,promoting the yield of rice under dryland conditions.OsNCED2^(T)may confer dryland adaptation in upland rice and may find use in breeding dryland-adapted,water-saving rice. | Liyu Huang Yachong Bao Shiwen Qin Min Ning Qinyan Li Qingmao Li Shilai Zhang Guangfu Huang Jing Zhang Wensheng Wang Binying Fu Fengyi Hu | 2024 | The Crop Journal2024,12,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Differential microRNA expression between shoots and rhizomes in Oryza longistaminata using high-throughput RNA sequencing显示文摘Plant microRNAs(miRNAs)play important roles in biological processes such as development and stress responses.Although the diverse functions of miRNAs in model organisms have been well studied,their function in wild rice is poorly understood.In this study,high-throughput small RNA sequencing was performed to characterize tissue-specific transcriptomes in Oryza longistaminata.A total of 603 miRNAs,380 known rice miRNAs,72 conserved plant miRNAs,and151 predicted novel miRNAs were identified as being expressed in aerial shoots and rhizomes.Additionally,99 and 79 miRNAs were expressed exclusively or differentially,respectively,in the two tissues,and 144 potential targets were predicted for the differentially expressed miRNAs in the rhizomes.Functional annotation of these targets suggested that transcription factors,including squamosa promoter binding proteins and auxin response factors,function in rhizome growth and development.The expression levels of several miRNAs and target genes in the rhizomes were quantified by RT-PCR,and the results indicated the existence of complex regulatory mechanisms between the miRNAs and their targets.Eight target cleavage sites were verified by RNA ligase-mediated rapid 5′end amplification.These results provide valuable information on the composition,expression and function of miRNAs in O.longistaminata,and will aid in understanding the molecular mechanisms of rhizome development. | Ying Zong Liyu Huang Ting Zhang Qiao Qin Wensheng Wang Xiuqin Zhao Fengyi Hu Binying Fu Zhikang Li | 2014 | The Crop Journal2014,2,Z1: | 0 |
