1Application of the HY-1 satellite to sea ice monitoring and forecasting显示文摘The HY-1A satellite is the first oceanic satellite of China. During the winter of 2002~2003, the data of the HY-1A were applied to the sea ice monitoring and forecasting for the Bohai Sea of China for the first time. The sea ice retrieval system of the HY-1A has been constructed. It receives 1B data from the satellite, outputs sea ice images and provides digital products of ice concentration, ice thickness and ice edge, which can be used as important information for sea ice monitoring and the initial fields of the numeric sea ice forecast and as one of the reference data for the sea ice forecasting verification. The sea ice retrieval system of the satellite is described, including its processes, methods and parameters. 2A review of electrolyte additives and impurities in vanadium redox flow batteries显示文摘As one of the most important components of the vanadium redox flow battery(VRFB), the electrolyte can impose a significant impact on cell properties, performance and capital cost. In particular, the electrolyte composition will influence energy density, operating temperature range and the practical applications of the VRFB. Various approaches to increase the energy density and operating temperature range have been proposed. The presence of electrolyte impurities, or the addition of a small amount of other chemical species into the vanadium solution can alter the stability of the electrolyte and influence cell performance, operating temperature range, energy density, electrochemical kinetics and cost effectiveness. 3Induction of OTUD4 by viral infection promotes antiviral responses through deubiquitinating and stabilizing MAVS显示文摘The activity and stability of the adapter protein MAVS (also known as VISA, Cardif and IPS-1), which critically mediates cellular antiviral responses, are extensively regulated by ubiquitination. However, the process whereby MAVS is deubiquitinated is unclear. Here, we report that the ovarian tumor family deubiquitinase 4 (OTUD4) targets MAVS for deubiquitination. Viral infection leads to the IRF3/7-dependent upregulation of OTUD4 which interacts with MAVS to remove K48-linked polyubiquitin chains, thereby maintaining MAVS stability and promoting innate antiviral signaling. Knockout or knockdown of OTUD4 impairs RNA virus-triggered activation of IRF3 and NF-κB, expression of their downstream target genes, and potentiates VSV replication in vitro and in vivo. Consistently, Cre-ER Otud4fl/fl or Lyz2-Cre Otud4fl/fl mice produce decreased levels of type I interferons and proinflammatory cytokines and exhibit increased sensitivity to VSV infection compared to their control littermates. In addition, reconstitution of MAVS into OTUD4-deficient cells restores virus-induced expression of downstream genes and cellular antiviral responses. 4Diagnosis of glioma by multivoxel ~1H-MRSI显示文摘Glioma is one of the most malignant tumors due to its special construction of the glia cells and its character of infiltration. The usual procedure of the treatment is the surgical resection followed by radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy. This combined treatment needs the precise information on the extent of the tumor’s infiltration and tumor grading, and then the determination can be made as to when, where and what kind of treatment should be used. Functional imaging modalities display advantages in defining the heterogeneous characters and histological grade. 5T-2 toxin induces developmental toxicity and apoptosis in zebrafish embryos显示文摘T-2 toxin is one of the most important trichothecene mycotoxins occurring in various agriculture products. The developmental toxicity of T-2 toxin and the exact mechanism of action at early life stages are not understood precisely. Zebrafish embryos were exposed to different concentrations of the toxin at 4–6 hours post fertilization(hpf) stage of development, and were observed for different developmental toxic effects at 24, 48, 72, and 144 hpf. Exposure to 0.20 μmol/L or higher concentrations of T-2 toxin significantly increased the mortality and malformation rate such as tail deformities, cardiovascular defects and behavioral changes in early developmental stages of zebrafish. T-2 toxin exposure resulted in significant increases in reactive oxygen species(ROS) production and cell apoptosis, mainly in the tail areas, as revealed by Acridine Orange staining at 24 hpf. In addition, T-2 toxin-induced severe tail deformities could be attenuated by co-exposure to reduced glutathione(GSH). T-2 toxin and GSH co-exposure induced a significant decrease of ROS production in the embryos. 7The Binding Ability and Inclusion complexation Behavior of Curcumin with Natural α—,β—,γ—Cyclodextrins and Organoselenium—Bridged Bis(β—cyclodextrin)s显示文摘Aim:To investigate quantitatively the binding ability and inclusion complexation behavior of curcumin with natural α-,β-,γ-cyclodextrins(1-3) and a series of organoselenium-bridged bit(β-cyclodextrin)s with simple spacer (4-6).Methods:The spectrophotometric titrations have been performed in KCl-HCl buffer solutioln(pH=2.0) at 25℃ to calculate the complex stability constants(Ks) and Gibbs free energy changes(ΔG°) for the stoichiometric 1:1 incluon complexation of 1-6 with curcumin.Results:The binding ability of β-cyclodextrin for inclusion complexation with guest curcumin is higher than that of α-and γ-cyclodextrinms.As compared with parent β-cyclodextrin for inclusion complexation with guest curcumin is higher than that of α-and γ-cyclodextrins.As compared with parent β-cyclodextrin by a factor 2.8-17.1,Conclusion:Size/shape fit and hydrophobic interaction between host cyclodextrins and guest curcumin molecule are the important factors affecting the binding ability and inclusion complex ation behavior of these cyclodextrins 1-6.QIAi-di LILi LIUYu 2003Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences2003,12,1:4
8Cascade algorithm and multiresolution analysis on the Heisenberg group显示文摘In this paper we investigate the relationship between the convergence of cascade algorithm and orthogonal (or biorthogonal) multiresolution analysis on the Heisenberg group. It is proved that the (strong) convergence of cascade algorithm together with the perfect reconstruction condition induces an orthogonal multiresolution analysis and vice versa. 9The sampling apparatus of volatile organic compounds for wood composites显示文摘Terpenes, aldehydes, ketones, benzene, and toluene are the important volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from wood composites. A sampling apparatus of VOCs for wood composites was designed and manufactured by Northeast Forestry University in China.The concentration of VOCs derived from wood based materials, such as flooring, panel wall, finishing, and furniture can be sampled in a small stainless steel chambers. A protocol is also developed in this study to sample and measure the new and representative specimens. Preliminary research showed that the properties of the equipment have good stability. 10Formation process and mechanism of humic acid-kaolin complex determined by carbamazepine sorption experiments and various characterization methods显示文摘To explore the formation process and mechanism of organic matter and organic-mineral complex under humification and mineralization conditions, a series of samples including humic acid, kaolin, and humic acid-kaolin complex were prepared using a subcritical water treatment method(SWT) under specific temperature, pressure and reaction time conditions. HA was used as a surrogate for natural organic matter because it has a similar abundant pore structure,variety of carbon types, and chemical components. These samples were used in carbamazepine(CBZ) sorption experiments and characterized by a variety of techniques. The polymerization of humic acid under the conditions of increased temperature and pressure resulted in an increase in specific surface area and molecular quantity. In addition, the degree of aromaticity rose from59.52% to 70.90%. These changes were consistent with the transformation from ‘soft carbon' to‘hard carbon' that occurs in nature. The results of sorption experiments confirmed the interaction between humic acid and kaolin from the difference between the predicted and actual Qevalues. The conceptual model of humic acid-kaolin complex could be deduced and described as follows. Firstly, the aromatic components of humic acid preferentially combine with kaolin through the intercalation effect, which protects them from the treatment effects.Next, the free carboxyl groups and small aliphatic components of humic acid interact on the surface of kaolin, and these soft species transform into dense carbon through cyclization and polymerization. 11ROBUST REPETITIVE CONTROL FOR IMPROVING RATE SMOOTHNESS OF TEST TURNTABLE显示文摘A robust repetitive control scheme is used to improve the rate smoothness of a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driven test turntable. The method synthesizes variable structure control (VSC) laws and repetitive control (RC) laws in a complementary manner. The VSC strategy can stabilize the system and suppress uncertainties, such as the aperiodic disturbance and noises, while RC strategy can eliminate the periodic rate fluctuation in a steady state. The convergence of the repetitive learning process is also guaranteed by VSC. A general nonlinear system model is discussed. The model can be considered as an extension of BLDCMs. The stability and asymptotic position tracking performance are validated by using Lyapunov functions. 20Effect of Sweet Corn Straw Returning to the Field on Soil Fertility, Yield and Benefit显示文摘It is an important way for realizing sustainable development of sweet corn production to stabilize and improve soil fertility of cultivated land in sweet corn production region.Through the test of sweet corn straw directly returning to the field after 6seasons for 3years,the results showed that continuous single application of chemical fertilizer is not conducive to the stability of soil fertility and yield improvement,and implementation of straw returning could receive fertility,improve soil acidic conditions,and enhance the yield of sweet corn.Compared with before the test,the single application of chemical fertilizer increased soil available phosphorus,while the contents of soil organic matter,available nitrogen and available potassium decreased by 1.08,1.18 and 2.47mg/kg respectively,and the soil pH decreased by 0.15.Under the same fertilizer conditions,organic matter contents of single and double-season straw returning increased by 0.71 and 1.29g/kg,available nitrogen increased by 17.15 and 28.27mg/kg,available phosphorus increased by 0.96 and 1.73mg/kg,available potassium increased by 2.41 and 5.92mg/kg,the soil pH increased by 0.16 and 0.2.Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer,the average yields of single and double-season straw returning increased by 7.5%and 11.8%,and their average income increased by 87.3and 117.1yuan of per mu(667m^2)respectively.Peng Wangdong Chu Chengxing Zhong Yaqing Lai Weihong Zhang Haibin Huang Liuyu Shi Xiaoxiao Wei Jialiang 2016Meteorological and Environmental Research2016,7,4:1
