1阿尔金断裂带印支期走滑活动的地质及年代学证据显示文摘阿尔金断裂带中段出露一套花岗质和角闪质糜棱岩及糜棱岩化岩石, 初步研究表明这套岩石是左行走滑剪切过程中同构造深熔作用的产物, 是韧性转换挤压作用的结果. 同剪切深熔作用形成的花岗质和角闪质糜棱岩中, 分选出深熔成因的长柱状锆石和残余的变质成因次浑圆柱状锆石两种类型. 单颗粒锆石离子探针(SHRIMP)定年测得两组年龄, 其中461~547 Ma年龄组为次浑圆柱状残余的变质成因锆石的年龄, 另一组239~244 Ma为长柱状深熔型锆石的年龄, 这种锆石在岩石中定向排列, 其晶体长轴方向与拉伸线理方向一致, 代表走滑剪切过程中的构造应力方向. 测得同样糜棱岩样品中定向生长的角闪石的-(40)Ar--(39)Ar年龄为223~226 Ma. 以上地质学及年代学证据表明同构造深熔作用发生在印支期, 说明阿尔金断裂带至少在印支期发生了强烈的走滑运动.李海兵 杨经绥 许志琴 吴才来 万渝生 史仁灯 J. 4Establishment of a new tropospheric delay correction model over China area显示文摘The tropospheric delay is one of the main error sources for radio navigation technologies and other ground-or space-based earth observation systems. In this paper, the spatial and temporal variations of the zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD), especially their dependence on altitude over China region, are analyzed using ECMWF (European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast) pressure-level atmospheric data in 2004 and the ZTD series in 1999-2007 measured at 28 GPS stations from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China (CMONC). A new tropospheric delay correction model (SHAO) is derived and a regional realization of this model for China region named SHAO-C is established. In SHAO-C model, ZTD is modeled directly by a cosine function together with an initial value and an amplitude at a reference height in each grid, and the variation of ZTD along altitude is fitted with a second-order polynomial. The coefficients of SHAO-C are generated using the meteorology data in China area and given at two degree latitude and longitude interval, featuring regional characteristics in order to facilitate a wide range of navigation and other surveying applications in and around China. Compared with the EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service) model, which has been used globally and recommended by the European Union Wide Area Augmentation System, the ZTD prediction (in form of spatial and temporal projection) accuracy of the SHAO-C model is significantly improved over China region, especially at stations of higher altitudes. The reasons for the improvement are: (1) the reference altitude of SHAO-C parameters are given at the average height of each grid, and (2) more detailed description of complicated terrain variations in China is incorporated in the model. Therefore, the accumulated error at higher altitude can be reduced considerably. In contrast, the ZTD has to be calculated from the mean sea level with EGNOS and other models. Compared with the direct estimation of ZTD from the 28 GPS stations, the accuracy of the derived ZTD using the SHAO-C model can be improved by 60.5% averagely compared with the EGNOS model. 7Current systemic treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma:A review of the literature显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the fifth most common form of human cancer worldwide and the third most common cause of cancer-related deaths. The strategies of various treatments for HCC depend on the stage of tumor,the status of patient's performance and the reserved hepatic function. The Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) staging system is currently used most for patients with HCC. For example,for patients with BCLC stage 0(very early stage) and stage A(early stage) HCC,the curable treatment modalities,including resection,transplantation and radiofrequency ablation,are taken into consideration. If the patients are in BCLC stage B(intermediate stage) and stage C(advanced stage) HCC,they may need the palliative transarterial chemoembolization and even the target medication of sorafenib. In addition,symptomatic treatment is always recommended for patients with BCLC stage D(end stage) HCC. 9Increase of insulin sensitivity in diabetic rats received Die-Huang-Wan, a herbal mixture used in Chinese traditional medicine显示文摘AIM:Effects on insulin sensitivity of Die-Huang-Wan,the herbal mixture widely used to treat diabetic disorder in Chinese traditional medicine,were investigated in vivo.METHODS:The obese Zucker rats were employed as insulin-resistant animal model.Also,insulin-resistance was induced by the repeatedintraperitoneal injections of long-acting human insulin at 0.5U/kg three times daily into adult male Wistar rats.Insulin resistance was identified using the loss of tolbutamide(10mg/kg) or electroacupuncture(EA)-induced plasma glucose lowering action.The plasma glucose concentration was examined by glucose oxidase assay.RESULTS:The plasma glucose-lowering action induced by tolbutamide was significantly enhanced in obese Zucker rats receiving the repeated administration of Die-Huang-Wan at dosage of 26mg/kg for 3d.Furthermore,administration of Die-Huang-Wan delayed the formation of insulin resistance in rats that were induced by the daily repeated injection of human long-acting insulin at 0.5U/kg three times daily and identified by the loss of tolbutamide-or EA-induced hypoglycemia.In streptozotocininduced diabetic rats,oral administration of metformain at 320mg/kg once daily made an increase of the response to exogenous short-acting human insulin 15d later.This is consistent with the view that metformin can increase insulin sensitivity.Similar treatment sith Die-Huang-Wan at an effective dose(26.0mg/kg) also increased the plasma glucose lowering action of exogenous insulin at 10d later.The effect of Die-Huang-Wang on insulin sensitivity seems to produce more rapidly than that of metformin.CONCLUSION;The present study found that oral administration of Die-Huang-Wan increased insulin sensitivity and delayed the development of insulin resistance in rats.HSU Jen-Hao LIOU Shorong-Shii CHENG Juei-Tang 2002Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2002,23,12:10
10Effect of co-transfection of miR-520c-3p and miR-132 on proliferation and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma Huh7显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of co-transfection of miR-520c-3p and miR-132 on proliferation and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma Huh7.Methods:Hepatocellular carcinoma Huh7 was cultured in vitro and lipidosome was used to transfect miR-520c-3p and miR-132 respectively or together.The effects of transfection of miR-520c-3p and miR-132 on proliferation and apoptosis of Huh7 were detected by CCK8 and Annexin V staining and flow cytometry,and the expression level of the targeted gene of over-expressed miR-520c-3p and miR-132 was determined by Western blot and realtime PCR.Results:Compared with the control group,the proliferation ability of Huh7 of the single transfected and co-transfected miR-520c-3p and miR-132 decreased significantly,and the apoptosis ratio increased distinctly(P<0.05).Besides,the affect of the co-transfection group was better than that of the single transfection group.The protein levels of GPC3(Glypican-3) and YAP(Yes-associated protein),the target genes transfected only by miR-520c-3p and miR-132,respectively,reduced obviously(P<0.05),which was similar with the co-infected cells,but cells transfected by miR-132 only showed a decrease of YAP.Conclusions:The co-transfection of miR-520c-3p and miR-132 can target-regulate the expression of GPC3 and YAP,enhance the exhibition effect on proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma Huh7 and induce cell apoptosis synergistically.Chang-Jiang Lei Chun Yao De-Ke Li Zhi-Xiong Long Yuan Li Dan Tao Yan-Ping Liou Jiang-Zhou Zhang Ning Liu 2016Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016,9,9:9
11On the Radiative Properties of Ice Clouds:Light Scattering, Remote Sensing,and Radiation Parameterization显示文摘Presented is a review of the radiative properties of ice clouds from three perspectives: light scattering simulations, remote sensing applications, and broadband radiation parameterizations appropriate for numerical models. On the subject of light scattering simulations, several classical computational approaches are reviewed, including the conventional geometric-optics method and its improved forms, the finite-difference time domain technique, the pseudo-spectral time domain technique, the discrete dipole approximation method, and the T-matrix method, with specific applications to the computation of the singlescattering properties of individual ice crystals. The strengths and weaknesses associated with each approach are discussed.With reference to remote sensing, operational retrieval algorithms are reviewed for retrieving cloud optical depth and effective particle size based on solar or thermal infrared(IR) bands. To illustrate the performance of the current solar- and IR-based retrievals, two case studies are presented based on spaceborne observations. The need for a more realistic ice cloud optical model to obtain spectrally consistent retrievals is demonstrated. Furthermore, to complement ice cloud property studies based on passive radiometric measurements, the advantage of incorporating lidar and/or polarimetric measurements is discussed.The performance of ice cloud models based on the use of different ice habits to represent ice particles is illustrated by comparing model results with satellite observations. A summary is provided of a number of parameterization schemes for ice cloud radiative properties that were developed for application to broadband radiative transfer submodels within general circulation models(GCMs). The availability of the single-scattering properties of complex ice habits has led to more accurate radiation parameterizations. 13陆面模拟中植被辐射传输参数化方案研究显示文摘在冠层二流辐射传输模式基础上新发展了一个描述太阳短波辐射在植被中传输的冠层四流辐射传输模式。冠层四流辐射传输模式是在大气辐射传输理论的基础上得到一组描述短波辐射在植被中传输过程的冠层辐射传输基本方程,引进大气中求解辐射传输方程的四流近似解法,并求得冠层四流辐射传输方程的解析解。方程中各项参量能够反映叶子或冠层特殊的几何和光学特征。冠层向上、向下辐射通量取决于冠层散射相函数、叶子在入射光方向投影面积、单个叶子反射率和透射率、叶面积指数以及直射光入射太阳高度角等。四流模式计算叶子水平倾角时对太阳短波辐射的反照率,与二流模式结果比较可以验证模式的理论推导和建模都是正确的:计算结果的比较,表明四流模式在水平叶角分布时计算的冠层反照率与二流模式结果一致,同时直射光从任何太阳高度角入射的冠层反照率结果也一致,从而证明发展的冠层四流辐射传输模式是成功的。模拟试验中将两种模型同时耦合到同一个陆面过程模式中进行比较试验,结果表明,冠层四流辐射传输模式能够得到更精确的植被反照率,从而使得陆面模式计算的地表吸收的净太阳辐射通量更接近于观测值。周文艳 郭品文 罗勇 Kuo-Nan Liou Gu Yu Xue Yongkang 2008气象学报2008,66,3:5

15Science Letters:A robust polysilicon-assisted SCR in ESD protection application显示文摘A novel polysilicon-assisted silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) is presented and analyzed in this paper, which is fabricated in HHNEC's 0.18 μm EEPROM process. The polysilicon-assisted SCRs take advantage of polysilicon layer to help bypass electro-static discharge (ESD) current without occupying extra layout area. TLP current-voltage (I-V) measurement results show that given the same layout areas, robustness performance of polysilicon-assisted SCRs can be improved to 3 times of con- ventional MLSCR's. Moreover, one-finger such polysilicon-assisted SCRs, which occupy only 947 μm2 layout area, can undergo 7-kV HBM ESD stress. Results further demonstrate that the S-type I-V characteristics of polysilicon-assisted SCRs are adjustable to different operating conditions by changing the device dimensions. In this study, Cu-Pt nanocomposites with different metal ratios were synthesized on MWCNTs using a polyol method. The structures and morphologies of the nano hybrid catalysts were analyzed by XRD and TEM. The XRD results indicate that Pt and Cu formed a bimetallic solid solution. The average diameters of the Pt and Cu-Pt nanoparticles on MWCNTs were between 3-10 nm and 5-15 nm, respectively. The electrocatalytic behavior of methanol oxidation reactions was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV).
