1Surface Oxygen Injection in Tin Disulfide Nanosheets for Efficient CO_(2) Electroreduction to Formate and Syngas显示文摘Surface chemistry modification represents a promising strategy to tailor the adsorption and activation of reaction intermediates for enhancing activity.Herein,we designed a surface oxygen-injection strategy to tune the electronic structure of SnS_(2) nanosheets,which showed effectively enhanced electrocatalytic activity and selectivity of CO_(2) reduction to formate and syngas(CO and H_(2)).The oxygen-injection SnS_(2) nanosheets exhibit a remarkable Faradaic efficiency of 91.6%for carbonaceous products with a current density of 24.1 mA cm^(−2) at−0.9 V vs RHE,including 83.2%for formate production and 16.5%for syngas with the CO/H_(2) ratio of 1:1.By operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy,we unravel the in situ surface oxygen doping into the matrix during reaction,thereby optimizing the Sn local electronic states.Operando synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy along with theoretical calculations further reveals that the surface oxygen doping facilitated the CO_(2) activation and enhanced the affinity for HCOO*species.This result demonstrates the potential strategy of surface oxygen injection for the rational design of advanced catalysts for CO_(2) electroreduction.Tao Chen Tong Liu Tao Ding Beibei Pang Lan Wang Xiaokang Liu Xinyi Shen Sicong Wang Dan Wu Dong Liu Linlin Cao Qiquan Luo Wei Zhang Wenkun Zhu Tao Yao 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,11:3
2Ultrasensitive photochromism and impedance dual response to weak visible light by solvated Pb(Ⅱ) modified polyoxomolybdate显示文摘Polyoxometalates (POMs) are important inorganic photochromic materials to be potentially applied in photo-induced switch,energy storage,and even the detection of light.However,due to the limited sensitivity of POMs,it is difficult to realize the photochromic response to weak visible light.In this paper,by the coordination of solvated Pb(Ⅱ),a new structure-defined chain-like polyoxomolybdate complex of[(Pb(DMF)_(4))^(3)(P_(2)Mo_(18)O_(62))_(2)]n(Pb_(3)Mo_(18) ,DMF=dimethylformamide) has been demonstrated by a facile solvent-diffusion approach.By virtue of interactions between Pb(DMF)_(4) and polyoxoanions,Pb_(3)Mo_(18) shows an ultrasensitive photochromic response to weak visible lights and forms the reduced’heteropoly blue’species through ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT) process.A new mechanism is firstly proposed here that the 6s orbital lone electron pair on Pb(II) can effectively stabilize the generated hole of oxygen atoms as a result of O→Mo charge transfer.Through the proposed mechanism,the LMCT barrier is drastically lowered and allows the coloration to be occurred even upon weak visible light.Also,because the conductivity of Pb_(3)Mo_(18) enhances with the increase of reduction extent,its electrochemical impedance signals are proportionally response to irradiation intensity.Especially,for the first time,the polyoxomolybdate composite can be used to detect weak visible light,in which the optical signal can be converted into electrical signal output.Moreover,Pb_(3)Mo_(18) can be drip-coated on the surface of the screen printed chip electrode,which is facile to the detection of light by portable devices compatible with computers,mobile phones and other electronic equipment.This work not only highlights a new approach to the molecular design of photochromic POMs by the coordination of metal ions with the effect of inert electron pair,but also lays a foundation to extend the application of POMs as light signal sensors.Jiayuan Zhang Xinyu Wang Gui Wang Yi Feng Chunhui Zhang Tao Pang Guanggang Gao Linlin Fan Hong Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
3Amplification and Bioinformatics Analysis of vscN Gene from Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to clone and analyze bioinformatics of vscN gene from Vibrio alginolyticus.[Methods]A pair of specific primers was designed based on the vscN gene sequence of V.alginolyticus HY9901.The full length of vscN gene was amplified by PCR and bioinformatics analysis was performed.[Results]The vscN gene was 1323 bp in total,encoding 440 amino acids,with the theoretical molecular weight of 47.86 kD and the theoretical pI value of 5.89.The online prediction showed that there was no signal peptide and no transmembrane region in VscN.The amino acid sequence had 10 N-myristoylation sites,8 phosphorylation sites(2 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,6 casein kinase II phosphorylation sites),1 amidation site,11 microbody C-terminal target signal sites,1 ATP/GTP binding site motif A(P ring),and 1 ATPaseαandβsubunit specific site.Homology analysis showed that the VscN protein of V.alginolyticus had high homology with that of V.antiquarius,with a similarity of 95.14%.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the VscN of V.alginolyticus was clustered into the same subgroup as that of V.diabolicus and V.antiquarius.Functional domain analysis of VscN protein showed that it had Pfam and AAA domains,and involved in the regulation of bacterial virulence.The three-dimensional structure model of VscN simulated by SWISS-MODEL software was similar to the structure of flagellate-specific ATPase FliH-FliI complex.[Conclusions]The results lay a foundation for further study on the regulatory mechanism of VscN protein on bacterial virulence.Linlin YIN Wen LI Haiyun FENG Weijie ZHANG Junlin WANG Huanying PANG Na WANG 2023Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,5:0
4Molecular Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of crp Gene in Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]The crp gene in Vibrio alginolyticus was studied.[Methods]The crp gene of V.alginolyticus HY9901 was cloned and analyzed by bioinformatics.[Results]The ORF of the crp gene is 633 bp long and the predicted amino acid sequence encompasses 210 amino acid residues.The physicochemical property analysis indicated that the chemical formula of CRP is C_(1051)H_(1704)N_(290)O_(308)S_(10) with a molecular weight of 23.6514 kDa,and its theoretical pI is 7.74.Besides,the protein is stable and hydrophilic.The protein had three protein kinase C phosphorylation site,three casein kinase II phosphorylation site,one N-terminal myristoylation site.The BLAST analysis on the sequence revealed high homology with CRPs in other Vibrio species,and particularly the sequence shares about a homology of 99.52%with the CRP in V.parahaemolyticus.The SWISS-MODEL software simulated the subunit tertiary structural model of the CRP,and the similarity with template 3hif.1.A was 95.71%.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for the search for efficient protective antigens against vibrosis.Zhiqing WEI Weijie ZHANG Linlin YIN Haiyun FENG Junlin WANG Fuyuan ZENG Xing XIAO Huanying PANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,2:0

7The near-inertial waves observed east of the Philippines显示文摘Based on mooring observations from Aug.1,2016 to Dec.14,2017,the characteristics and underlying mechanisms of near-inertial waves(NIWs)observed east of the Philippines were studied.Three strong NIW events were investigated in detail.The NIWs in EventⅠwere induced by typhoon Lan and had the strongest magnitudes of 0.35 m/s.The maximum near-inertial kinetic energy(NIKE)was shown at the ocean surface.The NIW in EventⅡwas stimulated by a moderate cyclonic wind with the extreme NIKE located at about 110-m depth.The existence of a cyclonic eddy during EventsⅠandⅡled to a blue shift of near-inertial frequencies.For EventⅢ,the surface near-inertial signals were also induced by local weak wind,whereas the real generation mechanisms for the subsurface NIWs remain unclear.In particular,during EventⅢ,there was a nonlinear wave-wave interaction between NIWs and semidiurnal(D)tides,which further induced strong D±f waves.Overall,the NIWs in the three events exhibited distinct vertical structures.The NIWs in EventsⅠandⅡwere dominated by lower mode s with elevated NIKE well confined to the upper 250 m and 270 m,respectively.In contrast,the NIW EventⅢwas dominated by higher modes and the NIWs penetrated downward beyond 360 m.Such deep penetration of NIWs could be attributed to the weak wind stress curl and positive sea level anomalies associated with an anticyclonic eddy.In addition,the three NIW events had e-folding timescales of less than 7 days.Shengming YUAN Xiaomei YAN Linlin ZHANG Bing YANG Chongguang PANG Dunxin HU 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,5:0
8LHD3 Encoding a J-Domain Protein Controls Heading Date in Rice显示文摘Heading date is one of the most important agronomic traits of rice,which critically affects rice ecogeographical adaptation,yield and quality.In this study,a late heading date 3(lhd3)mutant was screened from the^(60)Co-γirradiation mutant library.The lhd3 delayed heading date in rice under both short day and long day conditions.Map-based cloning combined with Mutmap strategy was adopted to isolate the causal LHD3 gene.The LHD3 gene encodes a DNA_J domain protein,which was ubiquitously expressed in various plant organs,and dominant expressed in stems and leaves.Subcellular localization analysis showed that LHD3 was localized to nucleus,indicating that LHD3 may interact with other elements to regulate the expression of flowering genes.The transcriptions of the heading activators Ehd1,Hd3a and RFT1 significantly decreased in the lhd3 mutant,suggesting that LHD3 may control the heading date through the Ehd1-Hd3a/RFT1 photoperiodic flowering pathway.The variation and haplotype analyses of the genomic region of LHD3 showed that there were 7 haplotypes in the LHD3 region from 4702 accessions.The haplotypes of LHD3 can be divided into two classes:class a and class b,and the heading dates of these two classes were significantly different.Further study showed that two single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),SNP10(G2100C)in Hap II and SNP3(C861T)in Hap VII,may be the functional sites causing early and late heading in accessions.Nucleotide diversity analysis showed LHD3 had been selected in the indica population,rather than in the japonica population.Therefore,the present study sheds light on the regulation of LHD3 on heading date in rice and suggests that LHD3 is a novel promising new target for rice molecular design and breeding improvement.LIU Qiao QIU Linlin HUA Yangguang LI Jing PANG Bo ZHAI Yufeng WANG Dekai 2023Rice science2023,30,5:0
