1Impact of climate factors on runoff in the Kaidu River watershed:path analysis of 50-year data显示文摘Runoff formation is a complex meteorological-hydrological process impacted by many factors,especially in the inland river basin.Based on the data of daily mean air temperature,precipitation and runoff during the period of 1958-2007 in the Kaidu River watershed,this paper analyzed the changes in air temperature,precipitation and runoff and revealed the direct and indirect impacts of daily air temperature and precipitation on daily runoff by path analysis.The results showed that mean temperature time series of the annual,summer and autumn had a significant fluctuant increase during the last 50 years(P < 0.05).Only winter precipitation increased significantly(P < 0.05) with a rate of 1.337 mm/10a.The annual and winter runoff depthes in the last 50 years significantly increased with the rates of 7.11 mm/10a and 1.85 mm/10a,respectively.The driving function of both daily temperature and precipitation on daily runoff in annual and seasonal levels is significant in the Kaidu River watershed by correlation analysis.The result of path analysis showed that the positive effect of daily air temperature on daily runoff depth is much higher than that of daily precipitation in annual,spring,autumn and winter,however,the trend is opposite in summer.XueMei LI LanHai LI LingPeng GUO FeiYun ZHANG Suwannee ADSAVAKULCHAI Ming SHANG 2011Journal of Arid Land2011,3,2:10

7Synthesis of a Photolabeling Probe for the Study of Antiviral Mechanism of Ribavirin显示文摘Ribavirin has been used in urgency to treat SARS patients recently. In order to study its antiviral mechanism by photolabeling approach, we have synthesized and characterized 5-azido-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxiamide 1 as a photolabeling probe of ribavirin. 8Computational studies of σ-type weak interactions between NCO/NCS radicals and XY(X = H,Cl;Y = F,Cl,and Br)显示文摘The triatomic radicals NCO and NCS are of interest in atmospheric chemistry,and both the ends of these radicals can potentially serve as electron donors during the formation of σ-type hydrogen/halogen bonds with electron acceptors XY(X = H,Cl;Y = F,Cl,and Br).The geometries of the weakly bonded systems NCO/NCS···XY were determined at the MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ level of calculation.The results obtained indicate that the geometries in which the hydrogen/halogen atom is bonded at the N atom are more stable than those where it is bonded at the O/S atom,and that it is the molecular electrostatic potential(MEP)-not the electronegativity-that determines the stability of the hydrogen/halogen bond.For the same electron donor(N or O/S) in the triatomic radical and the same X atom in XY,the bond strength decreases in the order Y = F > Cl > Br.In the hydrogen/halogen bond formation process for all of the complexes studied in this work,transfer of spin electron density from the electron donor to the electron acceptor is negligible,but spin density rearranges within the triatomic radicals,being transferred to the terminal atom not interacting with XY.LI XiaoYan ZENG YanLi ZHANG XueYing ZHENG ShiJun MENG LingPeng 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,7:1
9Structural changes of a bacteriophage upon DNA packaging and maturation显示文摘Dear Editor,Tailed,double-stranded DNA(dsDNA)bacteriophages,which belong to the order of Caudovirales,have a tail attached to a pentameric vertex of the icosahedral capsid shell(head)through a 12-fold portal(Johnson and Chiu,2007).The phages package genomic dsDNA into a round procapsid using the portal in complex with an ATP-dependent terminase complex as the motor.During packaging,the procapsid shell expands to a more angular intermediate to match the size of the viral genome(Guo et al.,2014).When the phage head is full,the portal detects internal pressure and conveys a signal from the inner capsid to the exterior,which triggers a sequence of events-the terminase complex cleaving mature DNA genome from a multi-genome concatemer,the release of the terminase complex from the portal,and the attachment of the tail complex-in the completion of phage assembly(Lander et al.,2006;Johnson and Chiu,2007).At the beginning of phage infection,the tail is responsible for receptor recognition,and the portal and tail act as a tunnel for DNA delivery into the host cytoplasm(Johnson and Chiu,2007).These mechanisms of DNA packaging and ejection may also be conserved in many other DNA viruses,including herpesvirus(Wang et al.,2020;Yang et al.,2020).Wenyuan Chen Hao Xiao Xurong Wang Shuanglin Song Zhen Han Xiaowu Li Fan Yang Li Wang Jingdong Song Hongrong Liu Lingpeng Cheng 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,5:1

11Gas-solid coupling laws for deep high-gas coal seams显示文摘A better understanding of gas-solid coupling laws for deep, gassy coal seams is vital for preventing the compound dynamic disasters such as rock burst and gas outburst. In this paper, a gas-solid coupling theoretical model under the influence of ground stress, gas pressure, and mining depth is established and simulated by using COMSOL Multiphysics software. Research results indicate that under the influence of factors such as high ground stress and gas pressure, the mutual coupling interaction between coal and gas is much more significant, which leads to the emergence of new characteristics of gas compound dynamic disasters. Reducing the ground stress concentration in front of the working face can not only minimize the possibility of rock burst accidents, which are mainly caused by ground stress, but also can weaken the role of ground stress as a barrier to gas, thereby decreasing the number of outburst accidents whose dominant factor is gas. 13Deposition of Ag Nanoparticles on Carbon Microspheres Surface:Evaluation of Structures,Electrochemical and Optical Properties显示文摘A hybrid material of carbon microspheres(CMSs) with Ag decoration(Ag/CMSs) was developed.Poly(3-hexylthiophene):Ag/CMSs composite film was prepared by spin-coating.Scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and cyclic voltammetry were employed to analyze the morphologies,structures,thermal properties and energy levels of Ag/CMSs.The optical property of the composite films was characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and fluorescent spectrometry.The results indicate that silver nanoparticles(AgNPs,d = 10-20 nm) are distributed on the surface of CMSs.LUMO and HOMO energy levels of Ag/CMSs are-3.97 and-5.52 e V,below the vacuum energy level,respectively,indicating that it is feasible to use Ag/CMSs as an electron acceptor.Ag NPs are blended into the active layer to trigger localized surface plasmon resonance,and consequently enhance light harvesting.The coupling of surface plasmons and excitons increased the probability of exciton dissociation.杨维佳 HAO Yamin YAN Lingpeng 杨永珍 陈永康 LIU Xuguang XU Bingshe 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,4:1

15Review on Large Eddy Simulation of Turbulent Premixed Combustion in Tubes显示文摘This paper reviews the existing knowledge on the large eddy simulation(LES) of turbulent premixed combustion in empty tubes and obstructed tubes. From the view of model development in LES, this review comprehensively analyzes the development history and applicability of the important Sub-Grid Scale(SGS) viscosity models and SGS combustion models. LES is also used to combine flow and combustion models to reproduce industrial explosion including deflagration and detonation and the transition from deflagration to detonation(DDT). 20Halogen Bond Catalysis on Carbonyl-Olefin Ring-Closing Metathesis Reaction:Comparison with Lewis Acid Catalysis显示文摘The carbonyl-olefin ring-closing metathesis reactions have become a powerful tool for carbon-carbon bond formation.In this work,the halogen bond catalysis and classical Lewis acid catalysis on the carbonyl-olefin ring-closing metathesis reaction were investigated by density function theory.For both the halogen bond catalysis and classical Lewis acid catalysis,the carbonyl-olefin ring-closing me-tathesis reaction occurs by[2+2]-cycloaddition process and[2+2]-cycloreversion process,the reaction energy barriers are low,there-fore,it can be performed easily at room temperature.The essential difference of the two kinds of catalysts is that the catalytic mecha-nism of halogen bond catalysis is mainly contribution of electrostatic interaction,while that of classical Lewis acid catalysis is mainly catalyzed by orbital interaction.The halogen bond donor catalysts(ICI_(3),IF_(3))are expected to be efficient catalysts for the reaction and further promote the chemical synthesis of carbonyl-olefin ring-closing metathesis reaction.Ying Li Yuanyuan Sun Lingpeng Meng Qingzhong Li Yanli Zeng 2022Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,11:0
