10Cx43基因异常胎鼠心脏畸形的超声心动图研究显示文摘目的 观察Cx4 3基因异常引起心功能障碍的超声心动图表现。方法 对胎龄为 14 5d、15 5d或16 5d的Cx4 3基因剔除、CMV4 3和FZ转基因小鼠胚胎 ,进行多普勒超声心动图检测、心脏形态学检查和基因型测定。结果 Cx4 3基因异常小鼠胚胎主要表现为心室收缩期射血峰值增高 (IPSV)或 和舒张期房室瓣口血流频谱呈单峰 (MIP)。IPSV增高与肺动脉口狭窄相一致 ;而舒张期MIP则与右心室肥厚或右心室扩大相符合。结论 超声心动图在小鼠心脏病模型的研究方面具有较高的价值 ;Cx4 3异常可导致肺动脉口狭窄和右室舒张功能障碍。黄国英 LO Cecilia W LINASK Kirsti K 宁寿葆 2003中国比较医学杂志2003,13,4:1
