1Unified calculation method and its application in determining the uniaxial mechanical properties of concrete显示文摘This paper presents a unified calculation method and its application in determining the uniaxial mechanical properties of concrete with concrete strengths ranging from 10 to 140MPa.By analyzing a large collection of test results of the uniaxial mechanicalproperties of normal-strength,high-strength and super high-strength concrete in China and performing a regression analysis,unified calculation formulas for the mechanical indexes of concrete are proposed that can be applied to various grades of concrete for determining the size coefficient,uniaxial compressive strength,uniaxial tensile strength,elastic modulus,and strain at peak uniaxial compression and tension.Optimized mathematical equations for the nonlinear stress-strain relationship of concrete,including the ascending and descending branches.under uniaxial stress,are also established.The elastic modulus is almost constant throughout the elastic stage for the ascending branches of the stress-strain relationship for concrete.The proposed stress-strain relationship of concrete was applied to the nonlinear finite element analysis of both a steel-concrete composite beam and a concrete-filled steel tubular stub column.The analytical results are in good agreement with the experiment results,indicating that the proposed stress-strain relationship of concrete is applicable.The achievements presented in this paper can be used as references for the design and nonlinear finite element analysis of concrete structures.Faxing DING Xiaoyong YING Linchao ZHOU Zhiwu YU 2011Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2011,5,3:38

3Toxicity and clinical reasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) based on ancient and modern literature research显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To probe the toxicity and relative application theory of the commonly-used traditional Chinese herbal drug Taoren(Semen Persicae),and set up a correct attitude and principle and method to use Taoren(Semen Persicae) for treating the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and others in TCM clinic.METHODS:In this study,we analyzed and probed the ancient and modern literature research about Taoren(Semen Persicae),and summarized the realization of its toxicity and application contraindications in ancient herbals and the research assertion of its processing,drug-nature,pharmacologic actions,adverse reaction,and clinical reasonable application in modern literature.RESULTS:We found that some TCM doctors were worried about the effect of Taoren(Semen Persicae) 's disintegrating blood stasis to impair body's healthy Qi and its toxicity,and were not good at using this herb.And some patients were afraid of its toxic and side-effect not to take it.In the ancient and modern literatures some proper hates of Taoren(Semen Persicae) existed,and the toxicity component was also clear-cut,and the applications of Taoren(Semen Persicae) were in many fields especially the gynecological and traumatological diseases.The key root of toxicity generation and unreasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) lies in taking without syndrome differentiation or using with overdosage.CONCLUSION:Under the precondition of correct processing,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and taking the dosage stipulated by laws to apply Taoren(Semen Persicae) should be quite safe.The ancient and modern literature records and researches about Taoren(Semen Persicae) provide the determinate reference for understanding Taoren(Semen Persicae)'s efficacy and drug-nature(toxicity) more objectively and also for further correctly clinic recognition and research on Taoren(Semen Persicae).Shengyan Xi Linchao Qian Haiying Tong Lifeng Yue Hui Zhao Dawei Wang Dawei Lu Pengcheng Li Xinrong Wang 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:5
4Theoretical investigation of interaction between a rectangular plate and fractional viscoelastic foundation显示文摘The interaction between plates and foundations is a typical problem encountered in geotechnical engineering. The long-term plate performance is highly dependent on the rheological characteristics of ground soil. Compared with conventional linear rheology, the fractional calculus-based theory is a more powerful mathematical tool that can address this issue. This paper proposes a fractional Merchant model(FMM) to investigate the time-dependent behavior of a simply supported rectangular plate on viscoelastic foundation. The correspondence principle involving Laplace transforms was employed to derive the closed-form solutions of plate response under uniformly distributed load. The plate deflection,bending moment, and foundation reaction calculated using the FMM were compared with the results obtained from the analogous elastic model(EM) and the standard Merchant model(SMM). It is shown that the upper and lower bound solutions of the FMM can be determined using the EM. In addition, a parametric study was performed to examine the influences of the model parameters on the timedependent behavior of the plateefoundation interaction problem. The results indicate that a small fractional differential order corresponds to a plate resting on a sandy soil foundation, while the fractional differential order value should be increased for a clayey soil foundation. The long-term performance of a foundation plate can be accurately simulated by varying the values of the fractional differential order and the viscosity coefficient. 5Formation blockage risk analysis of geothermal water reinjection:Rock property analysis,pumping and reinjection tests,and long-term reinjection prediction显示文摘The blockage induced by particle migration and deposition is one of the main reasons for the decrease of reinjection capacity in the porous geothermal reservoir with a low and medium temperature.In this paper,a new drilled geothermal well in Xining basin China is taken as an example to investigate the formation blockage risk due to the movable clay and sand particles in pores.The physical properties of the reservoir rocks were analyzed,a series of pumping and reinjection tests were conducted,and the longterm reinjection performance of the well was predicted by numerical simulation based on the test fitting.The results show that the geothermal reservoir rocks are argillaceous and weakly cemented sandstones with a content of movable clay and sand particles up to 0.18–23.42 wt.%.The well presented a high productivity of 935–2186 m3?d-1 at a pressure difference of 0.7–1.62 MPa in the pumping tests associated with a large amount of clay and sand particles produced out,while in the reinjection test,only a low injectivity of 240–480 m3?d-1 was observed at an injection pressure of 0.2–0.6 MPa with the clay and sand particles near the wellbore move into deep.According to the prediction,under conditions of a blockage risk,the injectivity of the well will start to decline after 100 days of injection,and in the third year,it will decrease by 59.00%–77.09%.The influence of invasion of pretreated suspended particles and scale particles can be neglected.Under conditions of a high blockage risk,the injectivity of the well will decrease significantly in the first 20–30 days,with a decline of 75.39%–78.96%.Generally,the higher the injection pressure or rate,the greater the decrease in injectivity of the well caused by particle blockage.Pump lifting is an effective measure to remove the well blockage which can be used regularly.Liang Zhang Songhe Geng Linchao Yang Ronghua Wen Chuan He Zhen Zhao Guangxiong Qin 2022Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,1:3
6Multi-decadal trends in the tropical Pacific western boundary currents retrieved from historical hydrological observations显示文摘As large-scale ocean circulation is a key regulator in the redistribution of oceanic energy, evaluating the multi-decadal trends in the western Pacific Ocean circulation under global warming is essential for not only understanding the basic physical processes but also predicting future climate change in the western Pacific. Employing the hydrological observations of World Ocean Atlas 2018(WOA18) from 1955 to 2017, this study calculated the geostrophic currents, volume transport and multidecadal trends for the North Equatorial Current(NEC), the North Equatorial Countercurrent(NECC), the Mindanao Current(MC), the Kuroshio Current(KC) in the origin and the New Guinea Coastal Undercurrent(NGCUC) within tropical western Pacific Ocean over multi-decades. Furthermore, this study examined the contributions of temperature and salinity variations. The results showed significant strengthening trends in NEC, MC and NGCUC over the past six decades, which is mainly contributed by temperature variations and consistent with the tendency in the dynamic height pattern. Zonal wind stress averaged over the western Pacific Ocean in the same latitude of each current represents the decadal variation and multi-decadal trends in corresponding ocean currents, indicating that the trade wind forcing plays an important role in the decadal trend in the tropical western Pacific circulation. Uncertainties in the observed hydrological data and trends in the currents over the tropical western Pacific are also discussed. 13Visual commonsense reasoning with directional visual connections显示文摘To boost research into cognition-level visual understanding,i.e.,making an accurate inference based on a thorough understanding of visual details,visual commonsense reasoning(VCR)has been proposed.Compared with traditional visual question answering which requires models to select correct answers,VCR requires models to select not only the correct answers,but also the correct rationales.Recent research into human cognition has indicated that brain function or cognition can be considered as a global and dynamic integration of local neuron connectivity,which is helpful in solving specific cognition tasks.Inspired by this idea,we propose a directional connective network to achieve VCR by dynamically reorganizing the visual neuron connectivity that is contextualized using the meaning of questions and answers and leveraging the directional information to enhance the reasoning ability.Specifically,we first develop a GraphVLAD module to capture visual neuron connectivity to fully model visual content correlations.Then,a contextualization process is proposed to fuse sentence representations with visual neuron representations.Finally,based on the output of contextualized connectivity,we propose directional connectivity to infer answers and rationales,which includes a ReasonVLAD module.Experimental results on the VCR dataset and visualization analysis demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.Yahong HAN Arning WU Linchao ZHU Yi YANG 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,5:1

15Advances in proteome-wide analysis of plant lysine acetylation显示文摘Lysine acetylation(LysAc)is a conserved and important post-translational modification(PTM)that plays a key role in plant physiological and metabolic processes.Based on advances in Lys-acetylated protein immunoenrichment and mass-spectrometric technology,LysAc proteomics studies have been performed in many species.Such studies have made substantial contributions to our understanding of plant LysAc,revealing that Lys-acetylated histones and nonhistones are involved in a broad spectrum of plant cellular processes.Here,we present an extensive overview of recent research on plant Lys-acetylproteomes.We provide in-depth insights into the characteristics of plant LysAc modifications and the mechanisms by which LysAc participates in cellular processes and regulates metabolism and physiology during plant growth and development.First,we summarize the characteristics of LysAc,including the properties of Lys-acetylated sites,the motifs that flank Lys-acetylated lysines,and the dynamic alterations in LysAc among different tissues and developmental stages.We also outline a map of Lys-acetylated proteins in the Calvin–Benson cycle and central carbon metabolism–related pathways.We then introduce some examples of the regulation of plant growth,development,and biotic and abiotic stress responses by LysAc.We discuss the interaction between LysAc and Na-terminal acetylation and the crosstalk between LysAc and other PTMs,including phosphorylation and succinylation.Finally,we propose recommendations for future studies in the field.We conclude that LysAc of proteins plays an important role in the regulation of the plant life cycle.Linchao Xia Xiangge Kong Haifeng Song Qingquan Han Sheng Zhang 2022Plant Communications2022,3,1:1
