| 2 | Freestanding Pt nanosheets with high porosity and improved electrocatalytic performance toward the oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Because of the intriguing electronic properties, high specific surface areas and confinement effect, two-dimensional(2D) noble metal nanosheets usually exhibit fascinating physicochemical properties and thus hold great promises in fuel cell devices and beyond. Herein, 2D porous Pt nanosheets composed by interweaved ultrathin nanowires are successfully fabricated via a facile NaCl-templated process. Controlled experiments demonstrate that the adoption of NaCl and appropriate ratio of NaCl and Pt precursor are indispensable for the formation of porous Pt nanosheets. Impressively, the cost-effective NaCl template can be recyclable through a simple recrystallization procedure, which may greatly reduce the synthetic cost. By virtue of their structural merits, including high porosity, 2D anisotropy and abundant defects, the resultant porous Pt nanosheets exhibit superior activity and enhanced stability towards the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) compared to the commercial Pt black in alkaline medium. | 3 | Reinforcement learning based energy efficient robot relay for unmanned aerial vehicles against smart jamming显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)with limited energy resources,severe path loss,and shadowing to the ground base stations are vulnerable to smart jammers that aim to degrade the UAV communication performance and exhaust the UAV energy.The UAV anti-jamming communication performance,such as the outage probability,degrades if the robot relay is not aware of the jamming policies and the UAV network topology.In this paper,we propose a robot relay scheme for UAVs against smart jamming,which combines reinforcement learning with a function approximation approach named tile coding,to jointly optimize the robot moving distance and relay power with the unknown jamming channel states and locations.The robot mobility and relay policy are chosen based on the received jamming power,the robot received signal quality,location and energy consumption,and the bit error rate of the UAV messages.We also present a deep reinforcement learning version for the robot with sufficient computing resources.It uses three deep neural networks to choose the robot mobility and relay policy with reduced sample complexity,so as to avoid exploring dangerous policies that lead to the high outage probability of the UAV messages.The network architecture of the three networks is designed with fully connected layers instead of convolutional layers to reduce the computational complexity,which is analyzed by theoretical analyses.We provide the performance bound of the proposed schemes in terms of the bit error rate,robot energy consumption and utility based on a game-theoretic study.Simulation results show that the performance of our proposed relay schemes,including the bit error rate,the outage probability,and the robot energy consumption outperforms the existing schemes. | Xiaozhen LU Jingfang JIE Zihan LIN Liang XIAO Jin LI Yanyong ZHANG | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1: | 1 |

An improved brain storm optimization algorithm GABSO, which incorporated adaptive learning operator and golden sine operator into the original brain storm optimization(BSO) algorithm, was proposed to solve the problem of RFID network planning(RNP). GABSO algorithm introduces learning operator and golden sine operator to achieve a balance between exploration and development. Based on GABSO algorithm, an optimization model is established to optimize the position of the reader. The GABSO algorithm was tested on the RFID model and dataset, and was compared with other methods. The GABSO algorithm’s tag coverage was increased by 9.62% over the Cuckoo search(CS) algorithm, and 7.70% over BSO. | 9 | Well-Dispersed Graphene Enhanced Lithium Complex Grease Toward High-Efcient Lubrication显示文摘Graphene as a lubricating additive holds great potential for industrial lubrication. However, its poor dispersity and compatibility with base oils and grease hinder maximizing performance. Here, the infuence of graphene dispersion on the thickening efect and lubrication function is considered. A well-dispersed lubricant additive was obtained via trihexyl tetradecyl phosphonium bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate modifed graphene ([P_(66614)][DEHP]-G). Then lithium complex grease was prepared by saponifcation with 12-OH stearic acid, sebacic acid, and lithium hydroxide, using polyalphaolefn (PAO20) as base oil and the modifed-graphene as lubricating additive, with the original graphene as a comparison. The physicochemical properties and lubrication performance of the as-prepared greases were evaluated in detail. The results show that the as-prepared greases have high dropping point and colloidal stability. Furthermore, modifed-graphene lithium complex grease ofered the best friction reduction and anti-wear abilities, manifesting the reduction of friction coefcient and wear volume up to 18.84% and 67.34%, respectively. With base oil overfow and afux, well-dispersed [P_(66614)][DEHP]-G was readily adsorbed to the worn surfaces, resulting in the formation of a continuous and dense graphene deposition flm. The synergy of deposited graphene-flm, spilled oil, and adhesive grease greatly improves the lubrication function of grease. | 10 | Submilliwatt, widely tunable coherent microcomb generation with feedback-free operation显示文摘Microcombs are revolutionizing optoelectronics by providing parallel, mutually coherent wavelengthchannels for time-frequency metrology and information processing. To implement this essential function inintegrated photonic systems, it is desirable to drive microcombs directly with an on-chip laser in a simpleand flexible way. However, two major difficulties have prevented this goal: (1) generating mode-lockedcomb states usually requires a significant amount of pump power and (2) the requirement to align laser andresonator frequency significantly complicates operation and limits the tunability of the comb lines. Here, weaddress these problems by using microresonators on an AlGaAs on-insulator platform to generate dark-pulsemicrocombs. This highly nonlinear platform dramatically relaxes fabrication requirements and leads to arecord-low pump power of <1 mW for coherent comb generation. Dark-pulse microcombs facilitated bythermally controlled avoided mode crossings are accessed by direct distributed feedback laser pumping.Without any feedback or control circuitries, the comb shows good coherence and stability. With around150 mW on-chip power, this approach also leads to an unprecedentedly wide tuning range of over one freespectral range (97.5 GHz). | 14 | Age-related changes in prevalence and symptom characteristics in kidney deficiency syndrome with varied health status:a cross-sectional observational study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to reveal the age-related changes in prevalence and symptom characteristics in kidney deficiency syndrome(KDS)with varied health status.Methods:This cross-sectional observational study was conducted in6 hospitals.Investigators queried participants aged 20e79 about their health,including symptoms if any,and completed questionnaires to collect participants responses.Prevalence,severity,and frequency of KDS and other relevant parameters were observed and recorded.Comparative analysis of countable variables,including prevalence,was performed by frequency analysis and c2 test and expressed as a composite ratio.Comparative analysis of quantitative scores of the severity and frequency of symptoms was performed by the rank-sum test.Regression analysis of the correlation of KDS with potential contributing factors was performed by non-conditional binary logistic stepwise regression of numerical variables.Results:Prevalence of KDS in healthy and unhealthy participants correlated with increasing age(P<0.05).In those with chronic disease,KDS prevalence was comparatively high,but the trend was not obvious.KDS prevalence in participants age 20e39 showed an increasing trend with deteriorating health(P<0.05).Compared to healthy individuals,KDS prevalence in subhealthy persons and those with chronic disease showed an increasing trend(P<0.05)in the 40e59 and 60e79 age groups,whereas there was no difference between subhealthy persons and those with chronic disease age 40e59 and 60e79.Symptom severity scores of KDS showed an increasing trend with increasing age and deteriorating health status(P<0.05).Higher symptom frequency scores were also positively correlated with increasing age(P<0.05),but health status deterioration was not significantly correlated(P>0.05).Age,health status,lower back pain,shin soreness or heel pain,tinnitus or deafness,hair loss or loose teeth,incomplete bladder emptying or incontinence,and sexual dysfunction or infertility were potential factors contributing to KDS(P<0.05),but age was the only independent variable for which OR>1.Moreover,the distribution of typical KDS-related symptoms showed dramatic regularities.Conclusion:Prevalence and symptom characteristics of KDS were found to increase consistently with increasing age and deteriorating health status.Kidney deficiency may be an important mechanism of aging in the subhealthy and chronic disease states. | Yin Zhang Yue Liu Xianping Li Yuezhou Chen Hui Ye Xiaofeng Li Zihan Lin Zheng Wang Wei Huang Xia Ding | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2014,1,1: | 0 |
| 15 | RFID indoor positioning based on semi-supervised actor-critic co-training显示文摘For large-scale radio frequency identification(RFID) indoor positioning system, the positioning scale is relatively large, with less labeled data and more unlabeled data, and it is easily affected by multipath and white noise. An RFID positioning algorithm based on semi-supervised actor-critic co-training(SACC) was proposed to solve this problem. In this research, the positioning is regarded as Markov decision-making process. Firstly, the actor-critic was combined with random actions and the unlabeled best received signal arrival intensity(RSSI) data was selected by co-training of the semi-supervised. Secondly, the actor and the critic were updated by employing Kronecker-factored approximation calculate(K-FAC) natural gradient. Finally, the target position was obtained by co-locating with labeled RSSI data and the selected unlabeled RSSI data. The proposed method reduced the cost of indoor positioning significantly by decreasing the number of labeled data. Meanwhile, with the increase of the positioning targets, the actor could quickly select unlabeled RSSI data and updates the location model. Experiment shows that, compared with other RFID indoor positioning algorithms, such as twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient(TD3), deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG), and actor-critic using Kronecker-factored trust region(ACKTR), the proposed method decreased the average positioning error respectively by 50.226%, 41.916%, and 25.004%.
