| 1 | Effects of dietary alfalfa flavonoids extraction on growth performance,organ development and blood biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese aged from 28 to 70 days显示文摘This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary alfalfa flavonoids extraction supplemental level on growth performance, organ development and blood biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese at the age of 28 to 70 days. Two hundred and forty 21-day-old healthy male geese with similar body weight were randomly distributed into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate. Geese in the control group were fed a basal diet and the others in the experimental groups(groups 1,2, and 3) were fed experimental diets supplemented with 150, 300 and 450 mg/kg alfalfa flavonoids extraction(the concentration of it was 81%), respectively. The experiment had 7 days for pre-test and 42 days for formal test.The results showed that the final body weight and average daily intake of group 2 were significantly higher than those of other groups(P < 0.05). The average daily gain of group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control group and group 1(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in feed-to-gain ratio between each group(P > 0.05). Pre-slaughter live weight, carcass weight, slaughter rate, semieviscerated weight, semi-eviscerated rate, eviscerated weight, eviscerated rate, leg muscle weight and leg muscle rate had no significant difference between each group(P > 0.05). The breast muscle weight and ratio of each test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05) and the group2 was the best. The abdominal fat weight and ratio in the group 1 were significantly higher than those in the control group and group 3(P < 0.05) and the tibia weight in the group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control group and group 1(P < 0.05); There were no significant differences in heart weight,liver weight and the gland stomach weight among all groups(P > 0.05). Spleen weight in test groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The bursa weight and muscular stomach weight in the group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group and group 1(P < 0.05). In serum, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein and urea nitrogen in the group 2 were significantly lower comparing with those in the control group(P < 0.05). High-density lipoprotein in the group 2 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in total serum protein, albumin, globulin and albumin/globulin among all groups(P > 0.05). Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transaminase(AST) in groups 2 and 3 were higher than those in the group1 and control group but not obvious(P > 0.05) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in groups 1 and 2 was higher than that in the control group and group 3(P > 0.05). It is concluded that alfalfa flavonoids extraction added in dietary feed improve the growth performance, organ development and blood biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese. | 2 | Chemical compound cinobufotalin potently induces FOXO1-stimulated cisplatin sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9显示文摘In this study,we present novel molecular mechanisms by which FOXO1 functions as a tumor suppressor to prevent the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).First,we observed that FOXO1 not only controlled tumor stemness and metastasis,but also sensitized NPC cells to cisplatin(DDP)in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that FOXO1-induced miR-200b expression through the GSK3β/β-catenin/TCF4 network-mediated stimulation of ZEB1,which reduced tumor stemness and the epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)signal.Furthermore,we observed FOXO1 interaction with MYH9 and suppression of MYH9 expression by modulating the PI3K/AKT/c-Myc/P53/miR-133a-3p pathway.Decreased MYH9 expression not only reduced its interactions with GSK3β,but also attenuated TRAF6 expression,which then decreased the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of GSK3βprotein.Increased GSK3βexpression stimulated theβ-catenin/TCF4/ZEB1/miR-200b network,which increased the downstream tumor stemness and EMT signals.Subsequently,we observed that chemically synthesized cinobufotalin(CB)strongly increased FOXO1-induced DDP chemosensitivity by reducing MYH9 expression,and the reduction in MYH9 modulated GSK3β/β-catenin and its downstream tumor stemness and EMT signal in NPC.In clinical samples,the combination of low FOXO1 expression and high MYH9 expression indicated the worst overall survival rates.Our studies demonstrated that CB potently induced FOXO1-mediated DDP sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9 to modulate tumor stemness in NPC. | YongHao Li Xiong Liu Xian Lin Menyang Zhao Yanyi Xiao Chen Liu Zixi Liang Zelong Lin Renhui Yi Zibo Tang Jiahao Liu Xin Li Qingping Jiang Libo Li Yinyin Xie Zhen Liu Weiyi Fang | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 6 |

| 7 | Boosting Photocatalytic Oxygen Evolution:Purposely Constructing Direct Z-Scheme Photoanode by Modulating the Interface Electric Field显示文摘Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode has received widespread attention in photoelectrochemical(PEC)water spilling because of its optimized oxidative and reductive capability of composites catalyst.However,its low efficiency could limit its development.Herein,in order to improve the efficiency of PEC water spilling,the all-solid-state direct Z-scheme Ti-ZnFe2O4/Ti-Fe2O3(TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3)nanorod arrays composited with the ideal energy band structure are synthesized by modulating the Fermi level of TZFO for PEC water splitting.The photophysical methods in this work,including the Kelvin probe measurement and transient photovoltage spectroscopy(TPV)measurement,are applied to explore the migration behavior of electric charges at the enhanced interface electric field.Finally,the Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism of TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode is proved successfully.Benefiting from the desirable charge transfer at interface electric field,the TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 exhibits the outstanding photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance,and the photocurrent of 60TZFO/Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode reaches 2.16 mA/cm^2 at 1.23 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is three times higher than that of pure Ti-Fe2O3 photoanode.This work provides a facile approach of modulating interface electric field to optimize the Z-scheme charge-transfer process. | LI Yinyin WU Qiannan ZHANG Kai HU Bin LIN Yanhong WANG Dejun XIE Tengfeng | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6: | 0 |

| 9 | Photodynamic Therapy for Low-grade Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN1):A Case Report显示文摘As a drug-mechanical combination technology,photodynamic(PDT)can achieve accurate and taurgeted therapy for maligmant tumors and benign diseases through the production of reactive oxygen species,oxygen free radicals or singlet oxygen by photosensitizers at specific wavelengths.Compared with traditional surgery,it has the advantages of selective killing.repeatable teatment,preserving target organ fiunction and so on.The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical value of photodynamic therapy in cervical precancerous lesions by taking the patients with low-grade cervical intaepithelial neoplasia(CIN1)with high-risk human papillomavinus(HR HPV)persistent infection diagnosed by'three-step diagnosis and teatment procedure'as an example.Using HiPorfn as a photosensitizer,photodynamic therapy was performed 48 hours after intavenous drip.Set laser wavelength 630nm,light dose density 137.58J/cm^2,ansmission efficiency 1.42,output power 2w.3cm columnar optical fber was placed around the 2cm in the cervical canal to cover all the lesions,and the inadiation time was 900s(600s in the cervical canal and 300s outside the cervical canal).The patients were given oxygen inhalation for 6 hours after operation,and the patients were observed for itching and other discomfort,and paid attention to avoid light.Photodynamic therapy was performed again in the same way on the second day.After two months of treatment,pathological biopsy showed chronic cervicitis,indicating that the disease had been effectively controlled.Theoretically,although the patient is not the absolhute indication of photodynamic therapy(hat is,meeting CIN Ⅱ or CIN Ⅲ,having fertility requirements and not undergoing surgery),this therapy can remove not only the superficial lesions inside and outside the cervix,but also the potential lesions not found under colposcopy.It can also block the persistent infection of HPV by.inhbting the expression of HPV18,E6 and E7mRNA in Hela cells.In combination with Baofukang suppository,it can block HPV infection.Increase the negative conversion rate of cervical HPV and reduce the probablity of recurence after CIN1 cure.For youmng female patients with persistent HR-HPV infection and fertility requirements,photodynamic therapy is an effective choice for clinical treatment of CIN1. | Yinyin Zhang Hong Lin Huizhen Fan | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,6: | 0 |
