1Support technology for mine roadways in extreme weakly cemented strata and its application显示文摘For the engineering geology conditions of bad mine roadway roof and floor lithology in extremely weak cemented strata, the best section shape of the roadway is determined from the study of tunnel surrounding rock displacement, plastic zone and stress distribution in rectangular, circle arch and arch wall sections, respectively. Based on the mining depth and thickness of the coal seam, roadway support technology solutions with different buried depth and thickness of coal seam are proposed. Support schemes are amended and optimized in time through monitoring data of the deformation of roadway,roof separation, I-beam bracket, bolt and anchor cable force to ensure the long-term stability and security of the roadway surrounding rock and support structure. The monitoring results show that mine roadway support schemes for different buried depth and section can be adapted to the characteristics of ground pressure and deformation of the surrounding rock in different depth well, effectively control the roadway surrounding rock deformation and the floor heave and guarantee the safety of construction and basic stability of surrounding rock and support structure.Meng Qingbin Han Lijun Qiao Weiguo Lin Dengge Fan Jiadong 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,2:23
2Effect of cooling rates on dendrite spacings of directionally solidified DZ125 alloy under high thermal gradient显示文摘The dendrite morphologies and spacings of directionally solidified DZ125 superalloy were investigated under high thermal gradient about 500 K/cm. The results reveal that, with increasing cooling rate, both the spacings of primary and secondary dendrite arms decrease, and the dendrite morphologies transit from coarse to superfine dendrite. The secondary dendrite arms trend to be refined and be well developed, and the tertiary dendrite will occur. The predictions of the Kurz/Fisher model and the Hunt/Lu model accord basically with the experimental data for primary dendrite arm spacing. The regression equation of the primary dendrite arm spacings λ1 and the cooling rate Vc is λ1=0.013Vc-0.32. 3Economic Value Evaluation of Wetland Service in Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve,Beijing显示文摘Based on multi-source data,this paper evaluated the economic value of ecological services in the Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve,Beijing,China.The ecological services of wetland included gas regulation,water quality im-provement,biodiversity maintenance,erosion control,water supply,recreational opportunity,raw material supply and existence value.Multiple conventional evaluation methods were used to calculate the value of eight wetland services.The results showed that significant values came from biodiversity maintenance and recreational opportunity.The main reasons were as follows.Firstly,Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve was the habitat for migrant birds,and government had payed more efforts to protect precious birds.Secondly,the population is large in Beijing.People enjoyed going outside and enjoyed the natural and artificial wetland scenes.At the same time,most people were prepared to pay for wetland conservation.The decline of vegetation cover made the economic value of erosion control the lowest.While the shrink of water resource and the deteriorative water quality caused the economic value of water supply lower.The evaluation results could help decision-makers understand the present status of the Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve and provide a scientific basis for strategic decision.ZHU Lin CHEN Yun GONG Huili JIANG Weiguo ZHAO Wenji XIAO Yanfang 2011Chinese Geographical Science2011,21,6:7
4Microbial diversity accumulates in a downstream direction in the Three Gorges Reservoir显示文摘Organic and inorganic materials migrate downstream and have important roles in regulating environmental health in the river networks.However,it remains unclear whether and how a mixture of materials(i.e.,microbial species)from various upstream habitats contribute to microbial community coalescence upstream of a dam.Here we track the spatial variation in microbial abundance and diversity in the Three Gorges Reservoir based on quantitative PCR and 16 S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing data.We further quantitatively assess the relative contributions of microbial species from mainstem,its tributaries,and the surrounding riverbank soils to the area immediately upstream of the Three Gorges Dam(TGD).We found an increase of microbial diversity and the convergent microbial distribution pattern in areas immediately upstream of TGD,suggesting this area become a new confluence for microbial diversity immigrating from upstream.Indeed,the number of shared species increased from upstream to TGD but unique species decreased,indicating immigration of various sources of microbial species overwhelms local environmental conditions in structuring microbial community close to TGD.By quantifying the sources of microbial species close to TGD,we found little contribution from soils as compared to tributaries,especially for sites closer to TGD,suggesting tributary microbes have greater influence on microbial diversity and environmental health in the Three Gorges Reservoir.Collectively,our results suggest that tracking microbial geographic origin and evaluating accumulating effects of microbial diversity shed light on the ecological processes in microbial communities and provide information for regulating aquatic ecological health.Shang Wang Weiguo Hou Hongchen Jiang Liuqin Huang Hailiang Dong Shu Chen Bin Wang Yongcan Chen Binliang Lin Ye Deng 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,3:7
5African Swine Fever Virus Protein E199L Promotes Cell Autophagy through the Interaction of PYCR2显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV),as a member of the large DNA viruses,may regulate autophagy and apoptosis by inhibiting programmed cell death.However,the function of ASFV proteins has not been fully elucidated,especially the role of autophagy in ASFV infection.One of three Pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductases(PYCR),is primarily involved in conversion of glutamate to proline.Previous studies have shown that depletion of PYCR2 was related to the induction of autophagy.In the present study,we found for the first time that ASFV E199 L protein induced a complete autophagy process in Vero and HEK-293 T cells.Through co-immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry(Co IP-MS)analysis,we firstly identified that E199 L interact with PYCR2 in vitro.Importantly,our work provides evidence that E199 L down-regulated the expression of PYCR2,resulting in autophagy activation.Overall,our results demonstrate that ASFV E199 L protein induces complete autophagy through interaction with PYCR2 and down-regulate the expression level of PYCR2,which provide a valuable reference for the role of autophagy during ASFV infection and contribute to the functional clues of PYCR2.Sheng Chen Xinheng Zhang Yu Nie Hongxin Li Weiguo Chen Wencheng Lin Feng Chen Qingmei Xie 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:7
6Simulation of electro-slag re-melting process of 120t large ingot for nuclear power station and its application显示文摘Further research on metallic materials for the super critical rotator and the main pipe line of a nuclear power station is very important for developing the nuclear power industry. In this study, the mathematical model for 120 t large ingot was established, and the computer program ESR3D was developed to simulate the whole electro-slag re-melting (ESR) process. This includes the electrode melting, metallic droplet falling, metal pool forming, metal pool and slag pool rising and moving, installation of top crystallizer, ingot solidifying, etc. The simulated average melting rate of the electrode was in good agreement with that in practical production. 7Solidification microstructure of directionally solidified superalloy under high temperature gradient显示文摘The effect of solidification rate on the microstructure development of nickel-based superalloy under the temperature gradient of 500 K·cm-1 was studied. The results show that, with the increase of directional solidification rate from 50 to 800 μm·s-1, both the primary and the secondary dendrite arm spacings of the alloy decrease gradually, and the dendrite morphologies transform from coarse dendrite to superfine dendrite. The sizes of all precipitates in the superalloy decrease gradually. The morphology of γ' precipitate changes from cube to sphere shape and distributes uniformly in both dendrite core and interdendritic regions. MC carbide morphology changes from coarse block to fine-strip and then to Chinese-script and mainly consists of Ta, W, and Hf elements. 9Effect of cooling rate on MC carbide in directionally solidified nickel-based superalloy under high thermal gradient显示文摘A series of directional solidification experiments have been performed to study the effect of cooling rate on the precipitation behavior of MC carbide in nickel-based superalloy under the temperature gradient of 500 K·s-1.Results reveal that the morphology of MC carbide changes from coarse block to fine strip,then to Chinese-script,and their sizes reduce gradually with the increasing of cooling rate from 2.53 K·s-1 to 36.4 K·s-1.At low cooling rates,most of these carbides are found to be located at the grain boundary and interdendritic regions,while the coupled growth of some carbides and γ matrix in the center of γ grains is occurred at high cooling rate.The main elements forming MC carbide are Ta,W,and Hf.Zhang Weiguo Liu Lin Fu Hengzhi 2012China Foundry2012,9,1:4
10Effect of solidification parameters on the microstructures of a single crystal Ni-based superalloy AM3显示文摘A single crystal Ni-based superalloy AM3 was processed at withdraw rates of 3.5, 10, 50, 100, 200, and 500 μm·s-1, respectively.The as-cast microstructures and solidification segregation ratio were characterized with various withdraw rates.The shape and size of carbide microstructures were determined.As expected, the primary and secondary dendrite arm spacings (PDAS and SDAS) decrease with the increase of withdraw rate.The highest volume fraction of eutectic γ/γ' is observed at the 100 μm·s-1 withdraw rate.The volume fraction of eutectic γ/γ' does not appear to be a strong function of the withdraw rate.With increasing withdraw rate, interface morphologies change in the sequence of planar, cellular, and dendrite.There is a general refinement of the microstructure as the withdraw rate increases.EPMA analysis showed that withdraw rate does not have obvious influence on the segregation of elements.Yu Zhuhuan Liu Lin Zhao Xinbao Zhang Weiguo Zhang Jun Fu Hengzhi 2010China Foundry2010,7,3:4

13Effect of carbon additions on the microstructure of a single crystal Ni-based superalloy AM3显示文摘The microstructure of experimental nickel-base single crystal superalloys with different levels of carbon has been studied. The results indicated that with increasing carbon addition, the liquidus temperature decreased obviously and the as-cast microstructures exhibited a decrease in the amount of γ/γ′ eutectic structure and an increase in the volume fraction of carbides. The carbides formed in these alloys were most script-type MC carbides which appeared continuous dendritic networks in the interdendritic region. 14Self-powered electronic paper with energy supplies and information inputs solely from mechanical motions显示文摘The electronic paper(E-paper)displays features such as flexibility,sunlight visibility,and low power consumption,which makes it ideal for Internet of Things(IoT)applications where the goal is to eliminate bulky power modules.Here,we report a unique self-powered E-paper(SPEP),where information inputs and energy supplies are all converted from mechanical motion by a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).The operation of an electrophoretic E-paper is first investigated,identifying the current density as a determinative parameter for driving pigment particle motion and color change.Electrical and optical responses of the E-paper driven by a slidingmode TENG are then found to be consistent with that under a current source mode.All-in-one monochromic and chromatic SPEPs integrated with a flexible transparent TENG are finally demonstrated,and a pixelated SPEP is discussed for future research.The sliding-driven mechanism of SPEP allows for a potential handwriting function,is free of an extra power supply,and promises undoubtedly a wide range of future applications.YIFAN GU TINGTING HOU PENG CHEN JINXIN CAO CHONGXIANG PAN WEIGUO HU BO-RU YANG XIONG PU AND ZHONG LIN WANG 2020Photonics Research2020,8,9:2

17HTR2A agonists play a therapeutic role by restricting ILC2 activation in papain-induced lung inflammation显示文摘Group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are a category of heterogeneous cells that produce the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13,which mediate the type 2 immune response.However,specific drug targets on lung ILC2s have rarely been reported.Previous studies have shown that type 2 cytokines,such as IL-5 and IL-13,are related to depression.Here,we demonstrated the negative correlation between the depression-associated monoamine neurotransmitter serotonin and secretion of the cytokines IL-5 and IL-13 by ILC2s in individuals with depression.Interestingly,serotonin ameliorates papain-induced lung inflammation by suppressing ILC2 activation.Our data showed that the serotonin receptor HTR2A was highly expressed on ILC2s from mouse lungs and human PBMCs.Furthermore,an HTR2A selective agonist(DOI)impaired ILC2 activation and alleviated the type 2 immune response in vivo and in vitro.Mice with ILC2-specific depletion of HTR2A(Il5^(cre/+)·Htr2a^(flox/flox)mice)abolished the DOI-mediated inhibition of ILC2s in a papain-induced mouse model of inflammation.In conclusion,serotonin and DOI could restrict the type 2 lung immune response,indicating a potential treatment strategy for type 2 lung inflammation by targeting HTR2A on ST2+ILC2s.Zhishuo Wang Chenghua Yan Qizhen Du Yuying Huang Xuezhen Li Dan Zeng Ruizhi Mao Rama Krishna Gurram Shipeng Cheng Wangpeng Gu Lin Zhu Weiguo Fan Liyan Ma Zhiyang Ling Ju Qiu Dangsheng Li Enmei Liu Yaguang Zhang Yiru Fang Jinfang Zhu Bing Sun 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,4:1
18Cloning and characterization of a gene encoding phage-related tail protein (PrTP) of endosymbiont Wolbachia显示文摘Wolbachia is an obligatory, maternally inherited intracellular bacterium, known to infect a wide range of arthropods. It has been implicated in causing cytoplasmic incompatibility (CI), parthenogenesis, the feminization of genetic males and male-killing in different hosts. However, the molecular mechanisms by which this fastidious bacterium causes these reproductive abnormalities have not yet been determined. In this study, we report on the cloning and characterization of the gene encoding phage-related tail protein (PrTP) from Wolbachia in Drosophila melanogaster CantonS (wMelCS) and from Wolbachia in Drosophila melanogaster yw67c23 (wMel) by representational difference analysis (RDA) and ligation-mediated PCR (LM-PCR). The functionality of a bipartite nuclear localization signal sequence (NLS) of the gene was also successfully tested in Drosophila S2 cells. PrTP expression in various strains of Wolbachia was investigated. Our results suggest that PrTP may not induce CI directly.
