| 1 | Psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare workers:a cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Background Healthcare workers fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic are under tremendous pressure,which puts them at an increased risk of developing psychological problems.Aims This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of psychological problems in different healthcare workers(ie,physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals)during the COVID-19 pandemic in China and explore factors that are associated with the onset of psychological problems in this population during this public health crisis.Methods A cross-sectional,web-based survey was conducted in February 2020 among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Psychological problems were assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire and Insomnia Severity Index.Logistic regression analyses were used to explore the factors that were associated with psychological problems.Results The prevalence of symptoms of anxiety,depression,insomnia and the overall psychological problems in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in China was 46.04%,44.37%,28.75%and 56.59%,respectively.The prevalence of the overall psychological problems in physicians,medical residents,nurses,technicians and public health professionals was 60.35%,50.82%,62.02%,57.54%and 62.40%,respectively.Compared with healthcare workers who did not participate in front-line work,front-line healthcare workers had a higher risk of anxiety,insomnia and overall psychological problems.In addition,attention to negative or neutral information about the pandemic,receiving negative feedback from families and friends who joined front-line work,and unwillingness to join front-line work if given a free choice were three major factors for these psychological problems.Conclusions Psychological problems are pervasive among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.Receiving negative information and participating in front-line work appear to be.important risk factors for psychological problems.The psychological health of different healthcare workers should be protected during the COVID-19 pandemic with timely interventions and proper information feedback. | Jianyu Que Le Shi Jiahui Deng Jiajia Liu Li Zhang Suying Wu Yimiao Gong Weizhen Huang Kai Yuan Wei Yan Yankun Sun Maosheng Ran Yanping Bao Lin Lu | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020,33,3: | 8 |

| 3 | Fe5C2 nanoparticles as low-cost HER electrocatalyst:the importance of Co substitution显示文摘Constructing and understanding the doping effect of secondary metal in transition metal carbide(TMC)catalysts is pivotal for the design of low-cost hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) electrocatalysts. In this work, we developed a wet-chemistry strategy for synthesizing Co-modified Fe_5C_2 nanoparticles((Fe_(1-x)Cox)_5C_2 NPs) as highly active HER electrocatalysts in basic solution. The structure of(Fe_(1-x)Cox)_5C_2 NPs was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), extended X-ray absorption fine structure spectra(EXAFS) and scanning/transmission electron microscopy(S/TEM), indicating that the isomorphous substitution of cobalt in the lattice of Fe_5C_2.(Fe_(0.75) Co_(0.25))_5C_2 exhibited the best HER activity(174 mV for j = -10 mA/cm^2). Computational calculation results indicate that Co provides the most active site for HER. X-ray adsorption spectra(XAS) studies further suggested that the electron transfer in Fe–C bonds are enhanced by the substitution of Co, which modulates the hydrogen adsorption on the adjacent electronic-enriched carbon, and therefore promotes HER activity. | 4 | Simultaneous removal of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) by Mg–Al–Cl layered double hydroxide and mechanism insight显示文摘Mg–Al–Cl layered double hydroxide(Cl-LDH) was prepared to simultaneously remove Cu(Ⅱ)and Cr(VI) from aqueous solution. The coexisting Cu(Ⅱ)(20 mg/L) and Cr(VI)(40 mg/L) were completely removed within 30 min by Cl-LDH in a dosage of 2.0 g/L; the removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ) was accelerated in the presence of Cr(VI). Moreover, compared with the adsorption of single Cu(Ⅱ) or Cr(VI), the adsorption capacities of Cl-LDH for Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(VI) can be improved by 81.05% and 49.56%, respectively, in the case of coexisting Cu(Ⅱ)(200 mg/L) and Cr(VI)(400 mg/L). The affecting factors(such as solution initial p H, adsorbent dosage, and contact time) have been systematically investigated. Besides, the changes of p H values and the concentrations of Mg^(2+) and Al^(2+)in relevant solutions were monitored. To get the underlying mechanism, the Cl-LDH samples before and after adsorption were thoroughly characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. On the basis of these analyses, a possible mechanism was proposed. The coadsorption process involves anion exchange of Cr(VI) with Cl-in Cl-LDH interlayer, isomorphic substitution of Mg^(2+) with Cu^(2+), formation of Cu_2Cl(OH)_3precipitation, and the adsorption of Cr(VI) by Cu_2Cl(OH)_3. | 5 | Stress Granule Formation is One of the Early Antiviral Mechanisms for Host Cells Against Coxsackievirus B Infection显示文摘Stress granules(SGs) are intracellular granules formed when cellular translation is blocked and have been reported to be involved in a variety of viral infections. Our previous studies revealed that SGs are involved in the coxsackievirus B(CVB)infection process, but the role of SGs in CVB infection has not been fully explored. In this study, we found that CVB type 3(CVB3) could induce SG formation in the early phase of infection. Results showed that levels of CVB3 RNA and protein were significantly inhibited during the early stage of CVB3 infection by the elevated formation of SGs, while viral RNA and protein synthesis were significantly promoted when SG formation was blocked. | 6 | Expression Profile and Function Analysis of Long Non-coding RNAs in the Infection of Coxsackievirus B3显示文摘The roles of IncRNAs in the infection of enteroviruses have been barely demonstrated.In this study,we used coxsackievirus B3(CVB3),a typical enterovirus,as a model to investigate the expression profiles and functional roles of IncRNAs in enterovirus infection.We profiled IncRNAs and mRNA expression in CVB3-infected HeLa cells by IncRNA-mRNA integrated microarrays.As a result,700 differentially expressed IncRNAs(431 up-regulated and 269 down-regulated)and 665 differentially expressed mRNAs(299 up-regulated and 366 down-regulated)were identified in CVB3 infection.Then we performed IncRNA-mRNA integrated pathway analysis to identify potential functional impacts of the differentially expressed mRNAs,in which IncRNA-mRNA correlation network was built.According to IncRNA-mRNA correlation,we found that XLOC-001188,an IncRNA down-regulated in CVB3 infection,was negatively correlated with NFAT5 mRNA,an anti-CVB3 gene reported previously.This interaction was supported by qPCR detection following siRNA-mediated knockdown of XLOC-001188,which showed an increase of NFAT5 mRNA and a reduction of CVB3 genomic RNA.In addition,we observed that four most significantly altered IncRNAs,SNHG11,RP11-145F16.2,RP11-1023L17.1 and RP11-1021N1.2 share several common correlated genes critical for CVB3 infection,such as BRE and IRF2BP1.In all,our studies reveal the alteration of IncRNA expression in CVB3 infection and its potential influence on CVB3 replication,providing useful information for future studies of enterovirus infection. | Lei Tong Ye Qiu Hui Wang Yunyue Qu Yuanbo Zhao Lexun Lin Yan Wang Weizhen Xu Wenran Zhao Hongyan He Guangze Zhao Mary HZhang Decheng Yang Xingyi Ge Zhaohua Zhong | 2019 | Virologica Sinica2019,34,6: | 2 |

The main results indicate that the heredity of Cyclamen persicum color follows both quantitative and qualitative hereditary regularity. All genes can be classified as two groups of the throat-gene and coronal-gene occupying different spots on the chromosome. The colored gene is the dominant gene, while the white gene is the recessive one. The gene groups and their quantity determine the color of cyclamen persicum. We have proposed a novel method in which the toxicity of the waste is reduced during the fast growth of nanoparticals. It is suggested that this method could be used in the treatment of the Cr(VI)-containing nanowastes from the chlorate plants. In this work, the efficiencies of the treatment at both room and high temperatures were further studied. The craft route is advanced for the treatment at the high temperature. The phase, morphology, size, and thermal behavior of the detoxified solid were analyzed by XRD, SEM, and DTA. The solid was also tried as the raw of glaze. | 14 | Leaf Vein Variations and Gene Control Mode of Cyclamen Hederifolium显示文摘In order to explore the heredity of leaf veins of Cyclamen Hederifolium and to breed excellent varieties,selfing measurement for six types of different leaf veins were carried out and the genetic constitutions of leaf veins were studied according to the separation conditions of their progenies. The results showed that the inbred progenies of B or M types were B or M types with a percentage of 100% while the progenies of F,H,X and L types had character segregations. The separation law illustrated that leaf veins of Cyclamen Hederifolium were controlled by minor multiple genes and each locus was consisted of a pair of alleles,RLof RB. RL was responsible for the green phenotype of leaves and RBwas responsible for the silvery white phenotype of leaves. Leaves were deep green when the genotype of the locus was RLRL; leaves were green when the genotype was RLRB; leaves were silvery white when the genotype was RBRB. The aggregative pattern of each locus formed different leaf vein types. | 15 | Optimal Variable Combinations of Co-pelletization of Eucalyptus Sawdust and Natural Forest Sawdust显示文摘Eucalyptus sawdust is a residue from fast-growing forest processing.Utilization of Eucalyptus sawdust as fuel by co-pelletization with natural forest sawdust could solve problems of waste disposal and material supply limitation of pellet production.This work targeted at providing a useful reference for improving pellet properties and optimizing variable combinations.Experiments were arranged using response surface methodology with a central composite design and carried out using a uniaxial piston-cylinder densification apparatus.Based on the analysis of variance of effects of variables on responses,the optimal models were all selected as quadratic and expressed in the form of regression equations.The differences between adjusted R2 and predicted R2 are all within 0.2 and the adequate precision is all greater than four illustrating the reliability of the established models.The optimal variable combinations were obtained according to the desired response goals and validation experiments were conducted.Errors between response predicted and actual values were calculated and applied to improve the model accuracy.After modification,final errors were reduced to less than 9%and could be accepted by pellet production.Experimental results also demonstrated that pellet properties and higher heating value were all increased by co-pelletization and optimization.This will be very beneficial for pellet application.Furthermore,these results could provide the required data for designing a suitable machine of pellet production. | Weizhen Li Yanqin Huang Lin Lang Yang Jiang Yan Wang Xiuli Yin | 2020 | Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology(B)2020,10,3: | 0 |
