1Genetic diversity and DNA fingerprinting in jute(Corchorus spp.) based on SSR markers显示文摘Genetic diversity analysis and DNA finger printing are very useful in breeding programs,seed conservation and management. Jute(Corchorus spp.) is the second most important natural fiber crop after cotton. DNA fingerprinting studies in jute using SSR markers are limited. In this study, 58 jute accessions, including two control varieties(Huangma 179 and Kuanyechangguo) from the official variety registry in China were evaluated with 28 pairs of SSR primers. A total of 184 polymorphic loci were identified. Each primer detected 3 to 15 polymorphic loci, with an average of 6.6. The 58 jute accessions were DNA-fingerprinted with 67 SSR markers from the 28 primer pairs. These markers differentiated the 58 jute accessions from one another, with Co SSR305-120 and Co SSR174-195 differentiating Huangma 179 and Kuanyechangguo, respectively. NTSYS-pc2.10 software was used to analyze the genetic diversity in the 58 jute accessions. Their genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.520 to 0.910 with an average of 0.749, indicating relatively great genetic diversity among them. The 58 jute accessions were divided into four groups with the coefficient 0.710 used as a value for classification, consistent with their species and pedigrees. 44D printing of personalized shape memory polymer vascular stents with negative Poisson’s ratio structure:A preliminary study显示文摘Four-dimensional(4D)printing,integrates transformation information into three-dimensional(3D)-printed structures,which means that 3D-printed structures are able to change their shapes,properties,or functionalities over time.Here,two types of shape memory personalized vascular stents with negative Poisson’s ratio structure are developed via 4D printing.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structure.Axial compression tests,radial compression tests and three-point bending tests are carried out to study the mechanical properties of the stents.In addition,fluid-structure interaction and stress distribution during the shape recovery process are investigated based on finite element method.The shape memory behaviors of the stents are excellent and in vitro feasibility tests demonstrate that the stents can expand the simulated narrow blood vessel rapidly.Therefore,4D printed shape memory stents with negative Poisson’s ratio structure are highly promising for the treatment of vascular stenosis.LIN Cheng ZHANG LiJin LIU YanJu LIU LiWu LENG JinSong 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,4:3
5Low power 3.1–10.6 GHz IR-UWB transmitter for Gbps wireless communications显示文摘This paper reviews and discusses the design of a low-power single-full-band (3.1-10.6 GHz) non- carrier impulse-radio ultra wideband (UWB) transmitter featuring 5th-order Gaussian derivative pulse shaping, integrated BPSK modulation, and 2.5 kV whole-chip ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection. The UWB transmitter design has been implemented in a commercial 0.18 μm CMOS technology with a very small die size of 0.25 mm2. The fabricated chips have demonstrated full functionality, extremely low power consumption of 0.14 pJ/p-mV, and an ultra short pulse width of 394 ps. 6Fast formation of NaA zeolite membrane in the microwave field显示文摘NaA zeolite membrane was successfully synthesized on the porous α-Al2O3 support by microwave heating. The synthesis of NaA zeolite membrane in the microwave field only needs 15 min and the synthesis time is 10 times shorter than that by conventional heating. SEM characterization indicates that the zeolite crystals in the NaA zeolite membrane synthesized by microwave heating are uniform in size; the membrane thickness is about 4 μm and is thinner than that of the NaA zeolite membrane synthesized by conventional heating. 12PD0325901, an ERK inhibitor, enhances the efficacy of PD-1 inhibitor in non-small cell lung carcinoma显示文摘ERK pathway regulated the programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)expression which was linked to the response of programmed death-1(PD-1)/PD-L1 blockade therapy.So it is deducible that ERK inhibitor could enhance the efficacy of PD-1 inhibitor in cancer immunotherapy.In this study,PD0325901,an oral potent ERK inhibitor,strongly enhanced the efficacy of PD-1 antibody in vitro and in vivo models in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC)cells.Mechanistically,PD0325901 or shRNA-ERK1/2 significantly downregulated the PD-L1 expression in NSCLC cells and increased the CD3+T cells infiltration and functions in tumor tissue.There was a positive correlation between the p-ERK1/2 expression and PD-L1 expression in patients with NSCLC.And the patients with low p-ERK1/2 expression were observed a high response rate of PD-1/PD-L1 blockage therapy.Our results demonstrate that PD0325901,an ERK inhibitor,can enhance the efficacy of PD-1 blockage against NSCLC in vitro and in vivo models.And the combination of ERK inhibitor such as PD0325901 and PD-1/PD-L1 blockage is a promising regimen and encouraged to be further confirmed in the treatment of patients with NSCLC.Min Luo Yuhui Xia Fang Wang Hong Zhang Danting Su Chaoyue Su Chuan Yang Shaocong Wu Sainan An Suxia Lin Liwu Fu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10:1
