1Ultrastructure of junction areas between neurons and astrocytes in rat supraoptic nuclei显示文摘AIM: To determine the ultrastructure of junction areas between neurons and astrocytes of supraoptic nuclei in rats orally administered 30 g/L NaCI solution for 5 days. METHODS: The anti-connexin (CX) 43 and anti-CX32 double immunoelectromicroscopic labeled method, and anti-Fos or anti-glial fibdllary acidic protein (GFAP) immunohistochemistry were used to detect changes in the junctional area between neurons and astrocytes in supraoptic nuclei of 5 rats after 30 g/L NaCL solution was given for 5days. RESULTS: A heterotypic connexin32/connexin43 gapjunction (HGJ) between neurons and astrocytes (AS) in rat supraoptic nuclei was observed, which was characterized by the thickening and dark staining of cytomembranes with a narrow cleft between them. The number of HGJs and Fos like immunoreactive (-LI) cells was significantly increased following hyperosmotic stimuli, that is, the rats were administered 30 g/L NaCI solution orally or 90 g/L NaCI solution intravenously. HGJs could be blocked with carbenoxolone (CBX), a gap junction blocker, and the number of Fos-LI neurons was significantly decreased compared with that in rats without CBX injection, while Fos-LI ASs were not affected. It crystallizes in a triclinic system with space group P 1, a =0 625 59(8) nm, b =0 639 84(9) nm, c =0 747 19(10) nm, α =78 718(2)°, β =80 099(2)°, γ =77 100(2). 16EFFECT OF EPIMEDIUM FLAVONE TOTAL(EFT) ON THE IMMUNOFUNCTION OF EHRLICH ASCITES CANCER(EAC) BEARING MICE显示文摘Effect of Epimedium Flavone Total(EFT) on the immunofunction of mice which was burdened with Ehrlich Ascites Cancer (EAC) was studied. The results showed that EFT could increase phagocytosis activity of macrophagocyte (P<0 05), promote lymphocyte transformation rate (P<0 01), increased the sero antibody level meanly (P<0 05), low dosage group could increased Plaque Forming Cell (PFC) signficantly (P<0 05), raise the ratio of spleen to body (P<0 05) of EAC bearing mice. EFT may be enhance burdened mice’s immunofunction. Low dosage can improve sero antibody level. Effect on regulating cellular immunofunction are related to dosage. 17Review of human–robot coordination control for rehabilitation based on motor function evaluation显示文摘As a wearable and intelligent system, a lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robot can provide auxiliary rehabilitation training for patients with lower limb walking impairment/loss and address the existing problem of insufficient medical resources. One of the main elements of such a human–robot coupling system is a control system to ensure human–robot coordination. This review aims to summarise the development of human–robot coordination control and the associated research achievements and provide insight into the research challenges in promoting innovative design in such control systems. The patients’ functional disorders and clinical rehabilitation needs regarding lower limbs are analysed in detail, forming the basis for the human–robot coordination of lower limb rehabilitation robots. Then, human–robot coordination is discussed in terms of three aspects: modelling, perception and control.
