13D-printed cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold with biomimetic micro-structure and micro-environment to enhance in situ meniscus regeneration显示文摘Despite intensive effort was made to regenerate injured meniscus by cell-free strategies through recruiting endogenous stem/progenitor cells,meniscus regeneration remains a great challenge in clinic.In this study,we found decellularized meniscal extracellular matrix(MECM)preserved native meniscal collagen and glycosaminoglycans which could be a good endogenous regeneration guider for stem cells.Moreover,MECM significantly promoted meniscal fibrochondrocytes viability and proliferation,increased the expression of type II collagen and proteoglycans in vitro.Meanwhile,we designed 3D-printed polycaprolactone(PCL)scaffolds which mimic the circumferential and radial collagen orientation in native meniscus.Taken these two advantages together,a micro-structure and micro-environment dually biomimetic cell-free scaffold was manipulated.This cell-free PCL-MECM scaffold displayed superior biocompatibility and yielded favorable biomechanical capacities closely to native meniscus.Strikingly,neo-menisci were regenerated within PCL-MECM scaffolds which were transplanted into knee joints underwent medial meniscectomy in rabbits and sheep models.Histological staining confirmed neo-menisci showed meniscus-like heterogeneous staining.Mankin scores showed PCL-MECM scaffold could protect articular cartilage well,and knee X-ray examination revealed same results.Knee magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning also showed some neo-menisci in PCL-MECM scaffold group.In conclusion,PCL-MECM scaffold appears to optimize meniscus regeneration.This could represent a promising approach worthy of further investigation in preclinical applications.Weimin Guo Mingxue Chen Zhenyong Wang Yue Tian Jinxuan Zheng Shuang Gao Yangyang Li Yufeng Zheng Xu Li Jingxiang Huang Wei Niu Shuangpeng Jiang Chunxiang Hao Zhiguo Yuan Yu Zhang Mingjie Wang Zehao Wang Jiang Peng Aiyuan Wang Yu Wang Xiang Sui Wenjing Xu Libo Hao Xifu Zheng Shuyun Liu Quanyi Guo 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1

3Thermodynamic Study on Self-propagating High Temperature Synthesis of TiB2/Fe Composites显示文摘Based on the experimental analysis and theoretical calculation, the self-propagating high temperature synthesis of TiB2/Fe composite was studied. The experimental results show that the interfacial between TiB2 and Fe was smooth and clear, and the composite bending strength increased with the addition of Fe, however, the hardness decreased accordingly. The thermodynamics of the composites preparation process was calculated. The calculation results show that the primary chemical reaction was the reaction between Ti and B. The extra B can react with Fe, producing the brittle phase Fe2 B. By increasing Ti, the production of Fe2B will decrease and a few of Ti-Fe intermetallic compound will be produced by the reaction between Ti and Fe in the composites. 5Calculation of Ground Vertical Displacements,Tilts and Their Distribution Characteristics around an Irregular Load显示文摘Based on the load model of a uniform isotropic semi-infinite elastic medium,we deduced a calculation of vertical displacement and tilt and proposed a method of calculation of vertical displacements and tilts caused by irregular load on the ground or underground at a certain point with two-dimensional and three-dimensional shapes. We compared the difference between the simplified model and the irregular model. Finally,the vertical displacements near the irregular load and the distribution of horizontal tilt are presented.The results show that,compared with the point simplified model,the irregular load model has certain advantages for describing the near field. The establishment of a twodimensional irregular load model can help with the calculation of the modal vector superposition after load scattering. The three-dimensional irregular load model can redistribute load through different weights given to the scattered points after the load scattering,and then obtain displacement with the vector calculation method. 8Effect of Support Height on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Selective Laser Melting Ti-15Mo Alloy显示文摘In this research,for the first time,the Ti-15Mo alloy generated via selective laser melting(SLM)with many different support heights was examined.With the increase of the support height,the risks of forming microcracks and small holes increase while the ductility of the sample decreases.The grain sizes of the samples decrease with an increase in support height because of the more efficient heat dissipation rate during the SLM process.The average grain sizes of the samples are 36.95±0.7μm(5 mm-sample I),35.24±0.7μm(10 mm-sample II)and 33.91±0.7μm(15 mm-sample III),respectively.As the support height increases,the intensity of(111)texture increases and the misorientation angles gradually decrease.The ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and ductility of the three samples are 970±13 MPa,769±12 MPa and 9.78%±1.5%(sample I),1051±11 MPa,932±11 MPa and 7.17%±2%(sample II),1123±14 MPa,1089±9 MPa and 5.4%±1.4%(sample III),respectively.The decrease in grain size,increase in dislocation density and enhancement of the(111)texture are all conducive to achieving the higher strength.Libo Zhou Xisheng Bi Jinshan Sun Zhiming Hu Cong Li Jian Chen Yanjie Ren Yan Niu Wei Qiu Wei Chen 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,12:0
9Continuous Dehydrogenation of n-Pentanol over a Cr Modified Cu/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3)Catalyst显示文摘The oxidant-free dehydrogenation of n-pentanol over copper based catalysts was investigated in this paper.The effect of metal modification on the activity and stability of the copper catalyst supported onγ-Al_(2)O_(3)and La_(2)O_(3)(Cu/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3))was clarified and a Cr modified Cu/Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3)(Cu-Cr/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3))showed the best catalytic performance.The conversion of n-pentanol was 70.0%and the selectivity for n-pentanal increased to 97.1%over Cu-Cr/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3).X-ray diffraction and temperature programmed reduction of H2 indicated that the addition of Cr favors the formation and reduction of the copper oxide,and the dispersion of the active Cu^(0) species,accounting for the good activity and stability of this catalyst.Furthermore,the lower amount of acidic sites in Cu-Cr/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-La_(2)O_(3)is suggested to suppress the dehydration in oxidant-free dehydrogenation of n-pentanol,accounting for the higher selectivity for n-pentanal.Chen Liu Yalong Wang Hailong Chu Mande Qiu Libo Niu Guoyi Bai 2014Chinese Journal of Chemistry2014,32,12:0
