| 2 | P92抗蠕变钢管微观组织对持久性能的影响显示文摘P92钢管的生产旨在获得回火马氏体的微观组织;但在某些条件下,尤其在生产厚壁钢管时,可能会形成少量的铁素体。对此,本文对众多P92钢试样进行了大量深入的微观组织分析,并研究了回火马氏体基体中存在少量铁素体组织对其短期和持久性能的影响。发现P92钢管中可能存在成因和性能不同的2种铁素体组织;在钢液凝固过程中,如果铁素体和奥氏体形成元素未保持适当的平衡,稳定铁素体(也称δ-铁素体)会形成并保留在冷却至室温后的微观组织中;在热处理过程中,如果从奥氏体化温度冷却的速度较慢,奥氏体会分解成铁素体和碳化物,形成另一种形式的铁素体;对不含铁素体和含铁素体体积分数为8%的试样进行对比分析,未观察到P92钢短期和持久性能上的明显变化,如进行了持续时间达70 000h的蠕变性能试验,蠕变断裂数据处在基于ECCC评定数据曲线的分散带内。最后提出采用比较法测定无缝钢管和锻件中铁素体组织含量的指导方法,目前已经作为VdTV数据表,得到了确认和公布。 | Vida Knezevic Bruno Lefebvre Ivana Parezanovic | 2016 | 热力发电2016，45，3： | 5 |
| 3 | Modification of the adsorption and catalytic properties of micro-and mesoporous materials by reactions with organometallic complexes显示文摘This review describes the work of two laboratories in the field of the modification of micro-and mesoporous molecular sieves through reactions with organometallic complexes.The modification of zeolites can occur inside the pore channels or on the external surface,depending on the size of the organometallic complex.When the modification occurs on the external surface,it results in a decrease of the pore entrance,which will lead in turn to a modification of the sorption properties of the zeolite,by decreasing the rate of the adsorption(mainly by a kinetic control).Such a material can be also used in catalysis,because the external acid sites,which are responsible for side-reactions,have been removed upon grafting.When small organometallic complexes are used,they can fill the channels and cages of the zeolite and react with internal hydroxyl groups.Due to the high acidity of zeolites,the reaction occurs very easily(for example at-100℃ on faujasite),in contrast to what is observed on the external surface,therefore leading to high metal loadings.In that case,the modification of the sorption properties will be mainly related to a thermodynamic control.The resulting materials can be useful in catalysis,by combining the activity of the organometallic complex and properties(for example shape-selectivity) of the zeolite.Modification of mesoporous molecular sieves occurs always in the pores and results in altering of the sorption properties of the solid,by changing the interaction type between the sorbent and the sorbate.For example the sorption isotherm of alkanes is changed from type II to type III according to the IUPAC nomenclature. | LEFEBVRE Frédéric PUTAJ Piotr BASSET Jean-Marie | 2010 | Science China Chemistry2010，53，9： | 4 |

| 9 | Prevalence of Malnutrition and Frailty in Elderly Cancer Patients and Resulting Impact on Primary Treatment Recommendations in Colorectal and Breast Cancer显示文摘Objectives To estimate the prevalence of malnutrition in elderly cancer patients and its association with frailty and primary cancer treatment recommendations in patients with the two most prevalent cancers(colorectal cancer,CRC and breast cancer,BC)in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France.Methods The entire cohort of 704 patients aged 75 years or older presenting with cancer who underwent comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)between 2014 and 2017 was included.Nutritional status,frailty(defined by the Balducci classification system based on CGA parameters and comorbidity),and pathological criteria were analyzed in terms of the cancer treatment recommendations suggested by geriatricians both in the whole cohort and in those with CRC and BC.Results In the whole group of 704 patients(84.3+/-4.8 years),the prevalence of malnutrition was 62.9%,and was higher in CRC than in BC patients(71.1%vs 55.4%,P<0.01).In a multivariate analysis,malnutrition and frailty(as determined by the Balducci classification system)were independently related in CRC patients(OR:7.28,95%CI,1.58~34.03;P=0.012)and were unrelated to metastasis[odds ratio(OR):1.34,95%CI,0.56~3.18;P=0.5].By contrast,malnutrition in BC patients was related exclusively to the extent of metastasis(OR:3.52,95%CI,1.50~8.24;P=0.002).It was also demonstrated that geriatricians had a greater tendency to suggest only palliative care to CRC patients presenting with malnutrition(15.4%vs 2.7%,P=0.006)than to BC patients(9.8%vs 5.4%,NS).Conclusion Malnutrition in elderly cancer patients is prevalent,especially in those with colorectal cancer,where malnutrition is frailty-related and may strongly impact on cancer treatment strategies. | Vittoria Balzano Véronique Dardaine Giraud Carine Sauger Carole Lefebvre Patrick Heitzmann Thierry Lecomtef Étienne Dorvalg | 2020 | Journal of Nutritional Oncology2020，5，4： | 2 |

| 18 | Predominant mucosal expression of 5-HT_(4(+h)) receptor splice variants in pig stomach and colon显示文摘AIM: To investigate cellular 5-HT4(-h/+h) receptor distribution, particularly in the epithelial layer, by laser mi-crodissection and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in porcine gastrointestinal (GI) tissues. METHODS: A stepwise approach was used to evaluate RNA quality and to study cell-specific 5-HT4 receptor mRNA expression in the porcine gastric fundus and colon descendens. After freezing, staining and laser microdissection and pressure catapulting (LMPC), RNA quality was evaluated by the Experion automated electrophoresis system. 5-HT4 receptor and glyceral-dehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) expressions were examined by endpoint reverse transcription (RT)-PCR in mucosal and muscle-myenteric plexus (MMP) tissue fractions, in mucosal and MMP parts of hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained tissue sections andin microdissected patches of the epithelial and circular smooth muscle cell layer in these sections. Pig gastric fundus tissue sections were also stained immunohisto-chemically (IHC) for enterochromaffin cells (EC cells; MAB352); these cells were isolated by LMPC and examined by endpoint RT-PCR. RESULTS: After HE staining, the epithelial and circular smooth muscle cell layer of pig colon descendens and the epithelial cell layer of gastric fundus were identified morphologically and isolated by LMPC. EC cells of pig gastric fundus were successfully stained by IHC and isolated by LMPC. Freezing, HE and IHC staining, and LMPC had no influence on RNA quality. 5-HT4 recep-tor and GAPDH mRNA expressions were detected in mucosa and MMP tissue fractions, and in mucosal and MMP parts of HE stained tissue sections of pig colon descendens and gastric fundus. In the mucosa tissue fractions of both GI regions, the expression of h-exon containing receptor [5-HT4(+h) receptor] mRNA was significantly higher (P<0.01) compared to 5-HT4(-h) re-ceptor expression, and a similar trend was obtained in the mucosal part of HE stained tissue sections. Large microdissected patches of the epithelial and circular smooth muscle cell layer of pig colon descendens and of the epithelial cell layer of pig gastric fundus, also showed 5-HT4 receptor and GAPDH mRNA expression. No 5-HT4 receptor mRNA expression was detected in gastric LMPC-isolated EC cells from IHC stained tissues, which cells were positive for GAPDH.
